Lovely, quiet, private apartment in a beautiful Victorian mansion, located just a quick walk to Cheeseman Park and to the Denver Botanical Gardens. The space was clean, cozy and very well maintained. We did not cook in, but the kitchen is well stocked if you do plan to prepare meals (grocery shop is a short walk away), plenty of extra towels and face cloths, bed was super comfy. Josh provided clear instructions for check in and the process was easy. The walk way and entrance to the apartment was well lit at night. The only thing that could be a problem if you plan to have a rental car, which we did not, is the parking. It is a busy residential area with street parking. We have stayed at several locations in that immediate area when visiting our daughter and son-in-law and we have firmly decided that for all future stays, Josh's place will definately be our first choice.

Had a lovely time in this airbnb! Everything was clean when we arrived and looked just like the pictures. I’ll definitely have this place in mind next time I visit Colorado.

We stayed at this home a few years ago and were happy to see it was available for our trip! It is a small apartment and perfect for the two of us. It is conveniently located 2 blocks from downtown Golden.

Bonnie’s place provided us the perfect rest spot while we visited family in Erie, Colorado. We were pleased to find delicious muffins at checkin, as well as a generous selection of hot drinks for the Keurig ! Wonderful shower, towels, and mattress for a good nights sleep. Be sure to watch your toes around the base of the metal bedframe! Spacious kitchen and bathroom . Bonnie is so approachable , and a plus is that her own home is right next door . Walkable to downtown and terrific restaurants ( in good weather😊). Do NOT miss “ Stacey’s Kitchen “ or the “ Erie Social Club”!!!! Be sure to double check closing times, as they are earlier than on the East coast. We Look forward to returning to Bonnie’ s Place!!!

Sonja's basement apartment worked really well for my purposes. I stayed for a week and it felt like home! It's situated in a comfortable neighborhood and although you're in the basement of a house, it felt private. I did not hear any noises above me like some previous reviews stated. Everything was peaceful and quiet for the entire time I was there. Having a fully functional kitchen and laundry machines was great. When I had a question, Sonja called me back almost immediately to answer it. I'd highly recommend!

Everything was great! Good clear instructions and check-in was easy. Great location for our weekend trip. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this lovely abode with a couple friends while we were in town for a convention. Our flight got in late but Becky was accommodating and made it easy to find the place despite the weird arrival time. During our stay we found plenty amenities that made the stay feel cozy. We walked and had spent time during the day only to arrive back to warm and welcoming house. Becky offered many times for help navigating Boulder and even provided extra clarity about navigating via public transport. If I were to visit Boulder again, I would seek to stay here again.

Lenus's place was very nice, walkable to where we needed to be. She was very friendly and had great communication. Would recommend!

We had a great stay at Rohini's. She is a wonderful host. The location is incredible, walkable to the Botanic Gardens and close to wonderful cafes and restaurants. I would highly recommend.

This place was so perfect. It was spacious and very homey for us. As for the location it was within walking distance to the Stanley Marketplace and other small businesses. The best is that it was just blocks from our family, we were able to walk back and forth for daily visits. I will certainly be booking this Air BnB again when we are ack in the area. !

Very comfortable stay, great place to work, and a great neighborhood. if you're into coffee, bring your grinder! There's a DeLonghi there!

Great place with a Euro vibe. Awesome retro kitchen. Access right outside to hiking paths. Would definitely stay there again.

Travis's place was exactly what we needed. I had medical appointments at National Jewish Health scheduled over several days and was able to walk to and from my appointments. We also enjoyed walking to the Denver City Park, local coffee shops and nearby restaurants, and the local area Sprouts Market. Travis has a couple of bicycles for guests to use, and we enjoyed a nice bike ride one afternoon. The place was lovely - comfortable, roomy, and well appointed. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen had almost everything we needed (we brought our own veggie steamer). The bathtub was the best ever - I could almost lie down in it! A relaxing soak was the perfect way to end the day. We will definitely rent this place again if it is available next time we come.

This was our second stay at Road Trip and loved it once again. The place is so comfortable and cozy, and has all the amenities you need! We were able to cook our meals there, play pool, and relax! There is so much to do in the area and Road Trip is such a great place to stay. We are already planning a third return visit!

I’ve been staying in Airbnbs for the past 18 months, and Kathryn’s place was the very best place I have stayed. Not only is it beautiful inside, but everything about the place is top notch. The furnishings and bedding are high quality. It doesn’t feel like a rental. Kathryn and Martin are delightful hosts. There is nothing they haven’t thought of to make you feel welcome and right at home. You will love this spot in Boulder.❤️

We had a great time at Ben’s place! Amazing location, very convenient parking options via mobile app (paid, but reasonably priced around $30/night - and most importantly, safe), and the comfiest couch! The bidet was a nice touch too :) Ben was responsive and very helpful over chat as we got ourselves settled in. Although this is his home, Ben was never there while we stayed, so it felt like a private space. He kept his personal belongings out of sight, so we didn’t have to think about them. Thanks Ben for making our stay comfortable!

We had such a wonderful time at John And Kyla's place! First off, they are among the kindest people we've ever met. They are super accommodating and kept good contact with us the whole time. The heater to the hot tub wasn't working, and although we told them it was no bother, they promptly found a back up one the next day! they try really hard to make each stay perfect and it shows. Also, we had a decent amount of snow on our final day (we're from Florida and haven't experienced driving in snow) and John plowed the driveway for us and helped us get our car onto the road. He was so eager to help whenever we needed it. The space was also cozy and private, and was the perfect home base for our adventures. It was very peaceful waking up to the sound of birds every morning. We hope to be back again in the summer!

Damon was a fantastic host! We drove up from Texas for New years and this is the perfect spot in Aurora close to a bunch of neighborhood grocers, food options & parks/ hiking. Even though on the listing you are informed that you might hear them upstairs (& their dog) we didn’t really hear anything the duration of our trip (5 days). We were also happy with the beds super super comfy and everyone had their own space and bathroom. The furniture was really comfy as well & the appliances were all as listed. Damon responded super quickly anytime I messaged. Highly recommend for a group of friends or family.

This was my first stay in the city as I usually stay in the countryside but this was a great first experience. Chris had everything truly thought out. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and felt safe at all times. Not too far from all the places we went to go eat or shop at. Pros: -wireless phone chargers on each nightstand of the bed! Super convenient & nice surprise. - bed was extremely comfortable, clean and the cleanest bed I’ve seen yet. Oh and you can adjust the head and feet to be inclined. (Cool!) - hot tub & patio area was really nice still felt private enough to enjoy. -Could still smoke outside :) - store bags are in cupboards and as out of state folks we totally forgot to take them because we totally forgot grocery bags are not free. - fully decked kitchen with all the basics- - Chris did a great job of having simple and not over the top instructions for check out. I appreciated that very much as some are overkill. -super modern & beautiful decor loved it!!!

Louisa was very responsive to any and all questions I had. Her penthouse apartment was fabulous. Beautifully appointed, incredible amenities within the building (including exercise room and don’t miss the rooftop pool, sauna, and fire pit), and is a perfect location in Cherry Creek. There is a mall right across the street where we enjoyed a wonderful Farmers Market on Saturday morning, but if you like shopping, one block from the building begins several streets of lovely name brand as well as local artisan shops. I shared the AirBnB with three other cousins for a reunion. The king-sized beds in the two bedrooms along with two baths was just right for our accommodations, and we four gals were able to catchup, drink wine, and laugh into the night. So much better than being in a hotel. Also, the building is very secure. It was truly a luxurious way to gather with family. Would definitely recommend and will use again if ever returning to the Denver area.

Lacy was an amazing host. The place was absolutely amazing! Great location and she was very helpful and allowed us to check out late! 5 stars!
