Todd and Cindy were flexible with my arrival schedule. The place is very clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. Comfy den area to relax in. Complete privacy. Very convenient location. Occasional slight noise from upstairs but nothing that disturbed our stay. We hope to be back!

Kylen's place was amazing! Beautiful sunlit apartment and a great location with a whole foods right downstairs.

Highly recommend! This rental is within walking distance of numerous delicious restaurants and entertainment spots, making it a perfect location. Having our own parking was convenient, and Whole Foods, along with other grocery stores, was also nearby. The apartment itself was beautiful and exactly what we needed! The complex offers fantastic amenities, including a large hot tub, pool, entertainment area, and gym. Although our stay was short, we would definitely return to fully enjoy the amenities and the convenience of walking to a basketball game and other fun activities.

This home was great! All the amenities were amazing and we all had such a great time using them. In particular the mini ping pong set and hot tub were a big hit. The location was great and many restaurants were within a 10 min drive. Both of the hosts were super helpful with any questions or concerns I had! 10/10 would stay again and recommend to friends!

Prestige, beautifully decorated home that worked great for all three generations of our family. A very eclectic neighborhood that was very close to great restaurants, museums and activities. Probably the best stocked kitchen that I have encountered with any Airbnb. The layout was perfect which allowed for open family space but privacy with bedrooms and bathrooms. Great outdoor patio with hot tub. 5 star ratings!

It was the perfect place to get business women together for a mastermind. Everyone slept great and had plenty of room in this house. We spent most of our time in the living room and dining room, which speaks a lot to the cozy energy of the home. Thank you for being so communicative, Mark! That alone made the stay a good one!

This place was amazing. We stayed here for a long weekend for my bachelor party and it had everything we needed and more. The amenities were great and there was so much to do around the house. Everyone felt very comfortable and spread out with how spacious the place was. Also perfect distance near plenty of stores and restaurants as well as near everywhere downtown that we wanted to be. Would happily stay here or book with our hosts again. Thank you for everything!

House as described. Simple accommodations nothing fancy but good value for the amount of people it sleeps and a great location. Good communication and responsiveness from hosts

Our stay at this home was truly outstanding! While it was a bit further from our conference venue than expected, the comfort and quality of the house made the drive absolutely worth it. The rooms were spacious, clean, and there was plenty of space for our group to relax and enjoy. One small misunderstanding was with the neighborhood's strict quiet hours. We were mindful of the rules, but discovered that playing music through a Bluetooth speaker—combined with a few of our older guests (ages 40 to 77) who use hearing aids and speak louder than average—may have triggered the noise sensor. We made every effort to adjust accordingly and respected the guidelines. A couple of suggestions to make an already great experience even better: adding TVs in the bedrooms would be a wonderful enhancement, as our group had diverse entertainment preferences. Also, having a few more washcloths in the bathrooms would be appreciated. Other than these minor things, the home exceeded our expectations.

Jessica's place was great for our stay! We had a group of 5 girls and had plenty of space and also enjoyed the hot tub and theater room. We also were going between Boulder and Denver and this was a perfect in between location.

Steve-Os house was wonderful and extremely comfortable! The house was well equipped and conveniently located between Boulder and Denver. It was a 1 hr drive to Eldora for skiing. We also loved relaxing in the HUGE hot tub. We had tons of fun playing all games too! We would definitely stay here again!
