Rob was HANDS DOWN the best host I’ve had. I was initially supposed to stay at another Airbnb in Denver but was unable to. It was late at night, around 10:30pm when I’m panicking and trying to find somewhere for my dog and I to sleep that night. I booked another place and upon messaging that host, the reservation was unceremoniously cancelled by that host without even a word from them. So frickin rude, right? Now I’m in tears and really freaking out. I’m in town for work, been driving all day, and I still don’t know where I’m going to sleep. I find Robs place, book it, and he was SO HELPFUL even with how late it was. I was able to drive right over there, get in, and get to sleep. Rob, thank you so, so much for your hospitality. The house itself is wonderful. It’s very cute and cozy. The side yard was perfect for my dog. I would 100000% stay here again.

A beautiful place to wake up and look at the mountains! Me and my friends really enjoyed our selves! Would recommend staying here and the host responded super fast with anything needed (not that there was anything wrong) 10/10!!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was super cozy. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. We did have an issue with the bedroom sheets but Nina was super responsive and took care of us quickly. I highly recommend this place and would stay again on my next trip to Colorado.

Great stay; everything we needed! Clean, fenced in backyard was perfect for the dogs. Heated floor in the bathroom was a nice touch.

My partner and I recently visited Denver, Colorado and stayed at Berenice and Jese's home. It was extremely clean and beautifully furnished. We felt right at home and even discussed re-booking this place for our next trip to Colorado. It is a duplex, but this was not a problem because the connecting doors are locked and there are separate entrances to the each living area. The kitchen comes furnished with all the cooking necessities too! I highly recommend staying here if you ever plan on visiting Denver.

The house is in a great location, you can walk to restaurants, lake and park. I loved the doggie door, and the house was comfortable. Communication with the hosts was nice and easy.

Great house. In a convenient location if you are planning to visit the zoo or the Science and Nature museum. Very clean and comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A great place to stay in the mountains and is pet friendly. It was perfect for the wife and I and our pup that we brough along. We were pleasantly surprised with all the amenities that were supplied (extra towels and cooking supplies and such). Each room was climate controlled for heat, which was also nice. Along with the gas fireplace, its a cozy stay. Tim also has a about a 3 acre fenced in yard that was perfect for our dog who of course loved it also. All in all great stay and we will be coming back.

We enjoyed a long weekend here. The hosts did a great job. Hot tub was wonderful. Great walkable neighborhood. We will be back sometime soon.

Bonnie’s place provided us the perfect rest spot while we visited family in Erie, Colorado. We were pleased to find delicious muffins at checkin, as well as a generous selection of hot drinks for the Keurig ! Wonderful shower, towels, and mattress for a good nights sleep. Be sure to watch your toes around the base of the metal bedframe! Spacious kitchen and bathroom . Bonnie is so approachable , and a plus is that her own home is right next door . Walkable to downtown and terrific restaurants ( in good weather😊). Do NOT miss “ Stacey’s Kitchen “ or the “ Erie Social Club”!!!! Be sure to double check closing times, as they are earlier than on the East coast. We Look forward to returning to Bonnie’ s Place!!!

Very nice host!! She allows dogs, so my dog and hers had the chance to play with each other. Nice location as well, I liked how close we were to everything.

Sonja's basement apartment worked really well for my purposes. I stayed for a week and it felt like home! It's situated in a comfortable neighborhood and although you're in the basement of a house, it felt private. I did not hear any noises above me like some previous reviews stated. Everything was peaceful and quiet for the entire time I was there. Having a fully functional kitchen and laundry machines was great. When I had a question, Sonja called me back almost immediately to answer it. I'd highly recommend!

We loved Brandon’s place. We stayed for a month to snowboard at Copper and all the trip was just 1 hour 15 minutes (no traffic) so great location to get to the mountains. The beds were really comfortable we had a great sleep every day. There’s just one TV in the Living Room. For long stays and kids in the house an extra TV in one of the bedrooms will help big time! The place is on broadway so you have great places walking distance to eat or drink. If you like vintage style. It’s the right place to visit all the vintage stores nearby!!! I totally recommend this place.

Second time I’ve used Ling’s place as it is perfect for my needs. Clean, convenient and comfortable. Will stay again.

We enjoyed our stay but especially loved the live plants and sound machines for sleeping. It was literally across the street from the best taco spot and chill wine and food spot ever! We walked to 16th street mall and all over the downtown area. We would definitely recommend this spot!

Great stay! The place was clean, quiet, and exactly as described. Perfect location for my work trip in Denver. Host was responsive and check-in was super easy. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is very easy and fast to check in and out. Gina was great to work with. Three of us stayed there for a professional conference. Gina set us up with a caterer, so we could host clients for the Super Bowl. The experience exceeded our expectations.

Mark communicated super well and we found his place comfortable for our stay. There were a few places to eat nearby, my husbands favorite was Esters.

Great place in a great location. Jenny was super accommodating and incredibly helpful during our stay. Would highly recommend!
