This house was a great place to stay in Denver; the neighborhood was quiet and close to parks, groceries and other places of interest. It was larger than we expected from the photos. We have family in Denver and were able to gather at the house for some meals and games. Darrow provided plenty of paper goods to start with and left notes with instructions for various amenities. I hope we can stay here again when our family gathers in the city.

We stayed at Mara's while a family member was being evaluated at an area hospital. The location was just a short drive from the hospital and it was nice to have a comfortable place to stay in close proximity to the hospital. After the snow storm, Mara contacted me to let me know someone would be by to shovel the front steps and they were. Thank you!

The property was everything it exclaimed to be in the photos and descriptions. It is close to so many local shops and stores. Also the mall wasn’t too far! My family and I enjoyed the peaceful serenity the property had. It was amazing. Will definitely return.

For 11 nerds who came to Denver for a Magic: The Gathering tournament this place was perfect! Cozy, clean, roomy, and a hot tub!

We really loved this stay. We had seven adults (professional colleagues) and it was kind of perfect. Every bedroom was clean and well appointed. The bathrooms were great. The kitchen was huge and well supplied. There were multiple gathering areas for casual relaxation times (we were in the house a lot for both work and recreation). It was a great walking neighborhood, including to many fun eateries, and the park across the street is lovely. With all this, we didn’t really need to contact the hosts much but when we did they were responsive and friendly. A great all-around stay.

Mario’s house was perfect for our group in town for the National Western Stock Show. Comfortably slept all of our group, close to the stock yard and tons of different eatery options in close proximity. We arrived early to get ahead of weather and Mario made it so we could check in a day early. Great spot, thank you Mario!

Had a great stay at Julie’s place, it was exactly as described and Julie was a very responsive and communicative host. The place has a lot of charm and is in a great area that is within short walking distance to many destinations in RiNo. Would stay here again next time I visit Denver!

Erica & Brianna were great hosts! I was unfortunately working through my visit (for a conference), so I did not stay for much of the time, but their space was warm, clean, quiet, and welcoming. It was a nice neighborhood for a walk in the morning and evening. The coffee on-site was a lifesaver!

We stayed here for a week of work in Denver. Easy 15-minute commute for my daughter into Denver. I worked from "home." We made our meals at the apartment most nights. The kitchen was easy to navigate and pretty well equipped. We needed to ask for/find kitchen towels, paper towels, sponge. It was all there just had to look. The place was very clean and quiet. Nice sleeping arrangements. Bathroom clean. Nice linens. The laundry room is in a shared space with the lower-level unit. Nothing in walkable distance; restaurants and shopping are all within a 10-minute drive. We started to refer to the apartment as "home" after the first day... because that is how it felt. I would book again. No regrets.

I stayed at Travis's place over the the holidays and it was amazing. His space is extremely warm and welcoming. I loved the fireplace as well as the heated floors in the bathroom. I found it so cozy that it was hard to leave! Plenty of coffee stocked as well as all the essentials needed to make a good meal at home. I would definitely stay at Travis's place again.

Very responsive host. Clear instructions for entry and for check out. Cozy spot. I was there for 8 days, so it was perfect for one person for that long period of time. I could see staying there as a couple for a few nights.

The apartment is in an excellent location. We enjoyed it for seven days. It’s a very clean and quiet place. The view of Denver City is extraordinary. I’ll go back there again next year.

A great place to make a memorable time with friends and family. There’s plenty to do in the house and in the surrounding areas. The hot tub in the evening was the highlight of the experience! The city lights and quiet location makes for great views and comfortable relaxing. Jimmy was very accommodating and communicative. The whole experience was very smooth and relaxing :)

I just really want to say Keven’s place was immaculate and fully equipped with everything that you could possibly want it was so beautiful clean and spacious to host our 11 gust the hot tub was a perfect bonus Keven was truly a super host and would reply very quickly to any questions I had about anything we will definitely be going back . Our stay was from 02/20/25—02/24/25 we just honestly wish we could have had more time anyway I would definitely recommend the property!

This was a perfect place for my family to stay over the Thanksgiving weekend. The listing describes the place well. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking meals. Beds were comfortable. Location was convenient for our stay in Boulder.

A stay at John’s gorgeous place is all about easy & delightful connections - to a terrific house and host, to the most amazing “Central Park”, and to all that Denver and its mountains have to offer. Its location on Washington Park (with two lakes, walking & biking paths, tennis courts, volleyball nets, a rec center for $6/day with work out facilities, pool and group classes) can’t be beat. It is also walkable to amazing (independently owned) breakfast shops, restaurants, and boutiques (check out Bon Ami for dinner). It’s a 15-minute drive to downtown Denver, 30-minutes to Lookout Mountain or RedRock Amphitheater, and an hour to Boulder. The house itself is stunning with amazing art, a large bedroom and huge bathroom with sauna. We also sat outside on his stunning patio after heating up our leftovers saved in his fridge. Don’t be afraid of sharing the house with John. He gives you the utmost in privacy. Come and go as you please. But he’s also delightful to get to know! A great stay!

My family and I can’t say enough about this place. It was a beautiful place to spend Christmas as we felt right at home. We enjoyed our stay very much.
