The house is great for family gathering, quiet, and in a gated compound. Shops and restaurants are nearby, and the location is great for moning or afternoon strolls. The water heater was only working on first day, though.

Lingkungan rumah yang sangat tenang, bersih, dan nyaman. Cocok dengan anak-anak. Keharuman aroma therapi dalam rumah juga cocok. Portal perumahan dijaga security 24 jam. Dekat dengan minimarket, bisa berjalan kaki kira-kira 7 menit sambil menikmati suasana perumahan. Dan tentunya pihak Tuan Rumah pak Antonius yang sangat responsif. Akan ke sini lagi jika ke area sentul.

Iqbal place was amazing. Me and my family love to stay there. Iwas very clean and tidy, every room has its own bathroom More like sanctuary, quiet and calm. We love to see sunset to over the rooftop. There's a small lake in the back And when its time to rest its very quiet, more like you are living far from the town.. quick escape plan for family to reconnect.. They have pool on second floor and also helper is very helpfull to pick up our grab food order... Thanks iqbal.

Quick response and clear instruction from host. Peaceful surrounding with access to swimming pool. Great for family staycation. Keep in mind this is a 3-level property with stairs

I, my husband and our 3 years old son we came from Bali to BSD for 9 days for holidays and we found this house and it's unexpectedly amazing. Shortly, Claudia is the best host we ever had, the way she prepared the house is 11/10. The location just beside tolls, surrounding by many F&B, and convenience stores. overall we were really enjoy our stay and will coming back and referencing to our relatives 🤎🙏🏽 1000% recommended!

Stayed for two months here and didn’t disappoint at all. Erin and Angki were very responsive. The location is as described. The area was situated in a peaceful and breezy setting. It is near the playground which our kid loves very much. There is a lake and many shops within walking distance. No washing machine provided, but there are 3-4 laundry shops just nearby and can provide pickup services. A 5-star stay. Will be surely coming again.

Saya datang bersama rombongan untuk kegiatan acara. Pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan, tuan rumah benar² baik, ramah, dan sangat membantu.... begitupun dengan pengurus villa, pak Asep yang sedia membantu. sempat sedikit ada kendala tapi bisa terselesaikan dengan cepat... recommended 👍

Since there are several bathrooms and sophisticated furniture, we could have a comfortable stay here. Additionally, this house has an alternative power supply, so we could remain comfortable even during a power outage.

Good place, clean, private

Very easy to reach, and simply put just exactly what is listed on the web. Be aware if you order gojek to this place, the map will direct to the back side of the building which isn't accessible, so you need to manually inform the driver that it is right across INSISTS. Most drivers got lost and quite few of them had little to no patience unless you inform them beforehand. Overall, a very great place to stay.

The place is located in strategic location and easy to find. The facilities provided are very complete and comfortable for a family stay. David also responsive and warm. Highly recommended!

4 hari di sini numpang rekaman vokal. This place was everything we needed. Private; homey; lingkungannya hening & tenang tapi di satu sisi juga strategis kalo butuh apa2 ada mall & supermarket; semua fasilitas rumah berfungsi dengan baik termasuk hot shower & dispenser air panas. Ownernya enak diajak komunikasi. Check out gak ada masalah, bahkan kita minta waktu tambahan beberapa lama untuk nunggu jemputan dan langsung diiyakan. Overall aku sangat recommend tempat ini. Alhamdulillah. MasyaAllah. The place matches the photos. It was also easy to find, located in quiet and peaceful area, clean, smells nice, and has many aesthetic spots for taking photos (my all sis-in-law loved this part much!). Even my ma-in-law praised my choice for this staycation; She loved this home and said the layout of this home were very well thought out, with a minimalist yet luxurious & beautiful design. By the time we got there, Mba Yati (the helper) greeted us, gave us a quick tour, and had already turned on the diffuser and air conditioners to cool all rooms. She also diligently cleaned the outdoor and pool areas without disturbing us. It was so comfortable that we preferred to order food online rather than go out. We only found the barbecue grill upon arrival, wish we'd known earlier~ Oh ya, in the master bathroom, they even provided Sensatia for the toiletries, felt like staying at 5-star hotel! It was truly a delightful experience! Thank you, Marcella! <3
