Absolutley lovely, the cabin was incredible with gorgeous views and very easy to access. Incredible offerings aswell, and very clean and tidy. Will definatley be staying again and will be recommending to friends and family. 10 out of 10

A short but very comfortable and convenient stay. The place was just what we needed for our young family, was clean and tidy and the provision of some milk/tea/coffee on our arrival was very welcome! Instructions, check in and communications all very good. Would definitely both recommend to others and consider returning if we are that way again.

Gorgeous place to stay, very good for the price. Provided things for hot drinks, cereal, snacks, they even treated us to a late check out which we really appreciated in the morning!

It was an incredibly pleasant snd peaceful stay in a cosy, cabin-like space. It was compact and had everything we needed. The hosts were friendly and communicated everything in a clear and timely manner too. I only stayed for two nights, but if ever I return to Manchester, I'd love to stay again!

Absolutely amazing place, so peacefull. A great little wooden cabin with a log burner. shared toilet facilities further down the farm but that was non-issue. A lack of a shower block is the only downfall but absolutely doesn't take away from how much we enjoyed it, we will definitely stay again if in the area. Loved every minute of it. Dot is extremely helpful too. Top quality all round.

We had a fantastic night away here! Everything was exactly as described, very clean, cosy and well furnished. My children especially loved seeing the turkey and very friendly dog!

An amazing stay! A short but oh so sweet weekend of hiking. Wendy & Simon are outstanding hosts - incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They make you feel right at home and have so many tips and suggestions on what to do in the area. Make sure to ask about the history of the building - makes it all that much more special! They’ve created a beautiful, private place to stay close to amazing hiking routes and wonderful pubs and cafes! The Airbnb itself was comfortable, very clean, and perfect for a great nights rest and beautiful morning view. We cannot wait to come back! A big thank you to Wendy and Simon 😊

We usually stay in a hotel when we visit our son in Nottingham- but not anymore now I’ve discovered Rob and Jo’s place- slept so well and am usually a really light sleeper so that was a real plus. The garden house was spotless and lovely and warm despite it being below freezing outside. Rob and Jo are lovely people who made us feel very welcome. The breakfast bits were an extra treat- all so calm and quiet. Will definitely be back and would recommend 100%. Thank you so much!!

Colin was a fantastic host from the point of making the booking, until the moment I checked out. fantastic little place he has and as good as it looks on the pictures, it is even better in person! Colin sent over a handy local guidebook with a variety of places nearby to go to, and another guidebook with all the instructions needed to make your stay as hassle free as possible. he messaged me the day after checking in to ensure I was happy with everything and if I was to need anything at all he would be there to help me. I honestly can not think of a single fault regarding coins hosting skills, or the fantastic little place he has.

Some places just feel like a home from home when you arrive and the Shepherds Hut did just that. Clean, comfortable, warm and had everything we needed. In a stunning location with walks on our doorstep and great places to eat nearby (can recommend The Red Lion at Litton and The Woodyard in Bakewell). Our first experience with an AirB&B and would love to come back.

Everything about the accommodation was really lovely and we felt very relaxed throughout our stay. We enjoyed kindly being shown the Boulder Field cabin and surrounding area which was quite magical. An early evening walk from the farm to Robin Hood’s Stride was a delight in the spring sunshine. It felt like a little holiday even though we only stayed two nights! This area really is a gem and it felt that Rachael & Gerry enjoyed welcoming others to experience it.

Loved my short stay here, description is accurate and cabin is lovely and cosy. despite the working farm location it was very quiet and peaceful.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Rita’s Retreat, a true home from home! Waking up to serene surroundings was absolute bliss! We would recommend to anyone! We’ll definitely visit again! X

Beautiful place in a peaceful private location. It was just what I was looking for. It was super clean and cosy when I arrived! Beautiful sunsets every night and lovely to sit outside and watch with the ponies! Highly recommend for anyone wanting a cosy get away

The place is so cute and cosy, everything was perfect! Nicola was very patient considering we got lost on the way and she stayed on the line until we found the place (our fault for not being great with directions even though she sent us very clear instructions beforehand! haha). I would definitely recommend will probably stay there again in future! Thanks Nicola!

We had a wonderful time in Tiny House at Nigel and Laura's Glamping. They are great hosts, helpful and responsive. It was a surprise BDay weekend for my hubby, and they left him a lovely surprise BDay gift what was so nice. The weather wasn't the best, so we spent most of the time exploring Tiny House, what was our main goal. Wonderful place with all the facilities you need and TV and broadband games. The house was spotless with a lot of space inside and out. Surly we will go back there when the wheatear will be better to explore the area.

Second time staying, the place was lovely as always! Was able to see some of the farm animals too! Hosts are friendly and helpful. We love the hut, the area and the farm cats! Will definitely come again next year!

Me and my partner wanted a quiet getaway for her birthday and we definitely got that with this. We both were able to relax peacefully and also used the fire pit to sit by the fire and have marshmallows. There was plenty of walks within the area which we took full advantage of with our dogs. This place is perfect to get away and get some peace and quiet whilst also being in a cosy cabin.

Absolutely fantastic 2 night stay at the old tour bus. We absolutely loved the location, privacy and facilities. Camera and karaoke/speaker was a fantastic touch. The outdoor cinema can be viewed from the hotub and on the net which was perfect. The area is well lit at night and so cosy. We were nervous about our 11 week old puppy getting loose but he honestly loved it and stayed by us the whole time. You are right in the Forrest so makes for great walking. We walked to the talbot inn which did a fantastic Sunday roast. We had a beautiful steak diner on the second night cooked on the fire pit, just stunning. The bed and pillows were next level comfy! Tips for others coming: - Get a little food shop before you come as there isn’t a shop near by and the lanes can be quite daunting to drive through. - Bring a couple of your favourite games as unfortunately the chess set and other games were missing pieces. Overall fantastic stay and will be coming again

We had a perfect two night stay at Richard’s place, can’t fault it! The good’s van has been done up to an excellent standard, everything has been thought of. The outside space is very idyllic with fabulous views across the hills and farm. The private bathroom is a very short walk and was spotless and had everything you needed. Richard is a great host and gave recommendations for walks, was very responsive and helped with check in. A fantastic place I would definitely recommend!
