Fantastic room, great value. Very quiet spot but near city centre and literally across the road from kelham island. Neil was perfect throughout, very responsive to questions. On the day I arrived it was pouring with rain and he offered to drive me to a pub I was meeting friends in, so I didn't get soaked. An excellent host and excellent accomodation.

We had a lovely stay at Neil's place. The house looks as described if not better. Everything was spotless clean and the bed was comfortable. Check in was easy and Neil was really nice. The house is about 3 mins walk from the tramline but it was still really quiet during the night.For about 5-10 mins walk there are good places to eat and drink.

Perfect place and perfect location for the project I’ve been working on! Will be booking again soon! Parking is perfect / bed is so amazing that I’ve had to order the same bedding and mattress for my house !

Really nice flat 5 minutes walk from the centre and 5 minutes from Kelham Island. Lovely and clean with all mod cons.

Neil is a good host with clear communication. The space was ideal for my trip to Sheffield and the location was right on the doorstep of Kelham Island with the city centre being about 10 minutes away by tram. Excellent value for money.

Clean, well equipped, secure, quiet

What a house! An amazing place near to the station, which was really useful. Comfortable and big beds and a nice shower. Gill came by and gave us some croissants one morning, and has been the perfect host - friendly and easy to communicate with at all times. A very relaxing place to stay in a pretty little town. Would recommend!

Ideal place to stay while we visited friends locally. Beds are huge and very comfortable.

Great place to stay, comfortable and luxurious with lots of amenities and welcoming atmosphere. William had left out a tray of goodies, snacks and had made up the sofa bed for one of us. House has a great layout, nice log burner, decent TV and comfortable sitting areas. Bathrooms nicely decorated and clean. Just all round great place to spend a night. Will definitely stay again if in the area. Many thanks

I’ve never stayed in an Airbnb so clean! Esther was a great host, very flexible with my late check in and provided a peaceful haven for a night over a very busy work weekend.

Me & my friends had a great weekend here. The facilities were excellent (the indoor swimming pool, pool table, darts board, table tennis, cinema room and outdoor space) and enabled us to have a very fun weekend with multiple activities without having to leave the home. Additionally Gary was an excellent host, responding swiftly to any questions and queries we had. Would recommend to anybody considering.

Absolutely loved my stay, it was perfect for a few days to get away and work remotely. I chose this accommodation mainly because of the snooker table and that is very rare and hard to find on Airbnb. I would definitely stay again and hopefully next time I can get out and explore a bit more and work less! Thank you again for being a great host.
