The lodge is beautiful lots of space and the garden is set up perfectly for relaxing in a peaceful environment. Would highly recommend.

I have booked this stay for my brother birthday and to have a wonderful time. The cottage is amazing and the surrounding has beautiful views and walk. Amber was very friendly and a wonderful host.

We spent a lovely extended weekend at the barn visiting our family in Norfolk. The barn was clean, warm and comfortable and had everything that we needed. Jill and Phil were friendly and welcoming and check-in and check-out were easy. The super-king sized bed was comfy and the hot tub was an added bonus after a busy couple of days with the grandchildren.

Had a lovely stay at the Woodpecker cabin! It was really a peaceful stay, with beautiful surroundings and the contactless check-in added to this secluded feeling. We managed to see lots of wildlife (barn owls, pheasants, hares etc) and enjoyed the relaxation in front of the firepit and in the hot tub!

We had a fantastic stay for a girls weekend away . Watching the stars in the hot tub was amazing. Our hosts were so friendly and location is soo peaceful. I’m looking forward to coming back with the family . My kids are going to love the games rooms.

A beautiful eco friendly house. The house was clean and comfortable, had a well equipped kitchen, along with log burner and wood fired hot tub. Andrew and Alice were very responsive, yet unobtrusive. We drove and explored the local area, which was lovely (despite the weather) A beautiful property.

We had a lovely weekend in the cottage so much so that we didn’t leave for the whole day , it was the perfect treat , clean , cosy , Jane was a lovely host thank you for the milk and cookies , nice little church at the end of the path and we loved seeing the piggies in the morning ! The hot tub is the highlight for us Thank you Jane for a lovely break away from normal life

A beautiful cottage in a fabulous location. Burnham Overy Staithe is very pretty and the cottage is a short walk from the creek and Norfolk coastal path. Just 4 miles to Holkham and the lovely Lookout café and bird hide. The Coastliner bus runs past the front door so easy access to Wells or King’s Lynn. The Hero pub was lovely for an evening meal. The cottage is very pretty with a lovely sun trap garden to the front and courtyard to the rear. The décor is quirky and interesting and the view from the top floor is fantastic. Thank you for a lovely long weekend.

Very peaceful and relaxing stay and all the amenities just a few minutes drive away, in a good location to visit many interesting places along the Norfolk coast. Mario the host made us feel very welcome with milk in the fridge and a nice sponge cake on our arrival. The garden is very nice with an enclosed seating area and a large grass area behond with mature trees and shrubs, will definitely return in the future

We had an absolutely wonderful family weekend in Victoria’s beautiful farmhouse. There was everything we needed and the kitchen was very well equipped. All the bedrooms were great and the garden is beautiful - the children loved the trampoline! We also loved having the cats around - very friendly! Thank you so much. We had a great time!

A beautiful cottage in the perfect location. 20-30 mins from every major place you could want to go. Cosy and homely with a lovely sunny garden. Private and secure, a real Norfolk countryside stay! We loved our stay, everything we needed was provided and Scott gave us all the information we needed to allow easy check in. We can’t wait to come back again, hopefully for longer next time. The lodge was everything we could have hoped for, warm, comfortable, with everything you could want or need. Beautiful quiet surroundings with lovely walks, a very relaxing and enjoyable weekend!

We had a lovely time at Nick and Liz’s cottage with our kids. It was a great base to explore around Norfolk. The view across the fields was really peaceful. Liz was really helpful with local recommendations for pubs and places to explore.

We cannot recommend this place highly enough. Beautifully decorated with everything you need and more. Melissa and Chris were exceptionally warm in their welcome. Recommend the local dairy for raw milk, etc.

This was the second time we have stayed as a family at Graham's house when visiting Suffolk, and it was just as comfortable and welcoming as the first time. Graham was a great host who was able to accommodate our requested dates and offered a flexible check-in. The house is really well equipped and clean and in a lovely location with a lot of character. The beds are very comfy too, and we really valued the treats on arrival to toast the New Year - thank you so much - would highly recommend staying here!

Lovely place the setting was gorgeous we all had a fabulous time thankyou so much for mum& dads hamper that you left us ! The hot tub was just right all in all was a lovely break for us all & the dogs loved it aswell!

We had a great stay at Steve’s place, it was exactly what we wanted.

Marc, the host, was extremely helpful and responsive. He ensured we had all the necessary information prior to arrival. There was an issue with the first bathroom toilet, however Marc immediately offered for someone to come and have a look at it. The place was very peaceful and had a beautiful setting. It was cosy and we felt right at home! We only stayed for one night but we will definitely be returning! Lovely place and beautiful surroundings Thankyou!
