Derwent Bridge : locations de vacances

The location was great for our family day trips, and a nice neighbourhood with a convenient Woolies etc for supplies. We especially loved the views of the river and Mt Wellington up to the bridge, including all of the lights at night. Lovely clean home, good amount of space for a family of four. Well equipped kitchen for cooking, and well supplied bathroom. Nice and warm with aircon and electric fireplace. Thanks Rebecca!

Great place, very nicely furnished with super comfy beds. Don’t be fooled by external appearances, inside it is lovely.

A fantastic beach cottage that is highly recommended. Everyone talks about the views and the settings - and for very good reason. This is possibly one of the best located options in all of Tasmania. Primrose Sands is a stunning curved beach with benign waters, and the cottage is right on the beach. The cottage is very comfortable, and extremely well kitted out. The kitchen is excellent, with modern equipment, a well stocked pantry and lots of gadgets. The bedrooms comfortable, and we really appreciated the wood burner and the ready supply of logs. However, the allure is outside and we loved the access to sea kayaks which provided the highlight of our trip - watching a pod of dolphins cavorting around the kayaks. There are (well kept and good quality) life jackets - as well as fishing rods and toys for younger children. Port Arthur is an excellent day trip option from here, and we’d also recommend Bangor Vineyard for an outstanding lunch and vineyard tour. We hope to come back soon!

What a beautiful experience! Joanne was nothing but amazing. This place is in a very central location and very affordable. Our host was always responsive and catered to all of our needs very promptly. I would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Hobart. 5 Stars!

Elisabeth’s accommodation was just beautiful so clean and homely with plenty of space to spread out ..Loved the seperate sitting areas ..As we walked into the main kitchen living area all I could say was Wow ..it was all open plan and so tasteful decorated ..Just a couple of minutes to the beautiful Spring beach we loved a morning stroll then back there after lunch for lazing about and swimming …We returned late afternoon and got comfortable on the large deck at the rear of the home …The home had everything we needed for our 4 night stay could not be more comfortable…The large bathroom with the window shower was amazing and very private ..Our bedrooms were a great size very clean and comfortable ..We would definitely recommend Elisabeth’s accommodation we shall be returning for sure . We had a lovely stay at Ashleigh’s place. Lovely and clean and well equipped kitchen and functional laundry which was super useful. A perfect setup for family. We would certainly stay here again.

If you are looking for a quiet getaway where you will relax then this is a wonderful spot. Loved the pademelons visiting us in the backyard. Has the amenities you would want and having the fireplace & outdoor fire pit ready to go was appreciated.

It was a perfectly curated accommodation, with chic design and thoughtful amenities. I can’t decide if i love the location or the comfort of this home more!

Epic mountain views, cute friendly farm animals, welcoming and accessible host, but gave plenty of space. Cabin has everything you need. Really lovely stay
