We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family to be while we had our sons memorial.

Elk View Lodge did not disappoint. It comfortably fit our group of 4 adults and 8 children. We had loads of beautiful snow outside and a cozy and pristine home inside for our long weekend away! Michelle was incredibly responsive and helpful. We will definitely be coming back— hopefully next time for a summertime trip to explore all the hiking, biking and rafting in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at Linda's place! It's tucked away in the woods which made it feel private and you're surrounded by nature, which we liked. We enjoyed the fireplace, and the open kitchen / dinning room / living room is great for socializing with family. I would recommend this place if you're coming to Black Butte.

Phenomenal! Christy went above and beyond to make the entire stay outstanding. She made fantastic local recommendations, and as someone who was traveling alone she made me feel like I was at home. The space was spotless (cleanest AirBnB I’ve stayed in) and had plenty of towels and everything else you would need. It’s located just outside of town, very safe and quiet and you can see the stars at night!

From my mother Rae Lynch (another AirBnB member) who stayed in one of the three rooms that we rented: Staying at Pegi's house was a great experience. She is a gracious, friendly host - a very sociable person, who is easy to engage in conversation. We highly recommend this location to others and would definitely choose to stay with her again when we return to Bend. She has a large lovely backyard with a lot of room to relax and many outdoor games to play - it is truly a sanctuary with more than 40 trees to provide some shade throughout the day, and a very peaceful place to watch the sky turn orange as the sun sets, or sit out and watch for shooting stars at night. Her home has very comfortable beds. Upon request, she will cook delicious continental breakfasts each morning for a nominal fee of $5 per person, but if you prefer to find breakfast in town, she will always have coffee/tea/cocoa available each morning.

Absolutely loved our stay at Pegi's...only wished it could have been longer! Her breakfast is a MUST, so plan to treat yourself :) As well as the robes and slippers. Will be looking to return to Sunny Acres for a future visit (pro-tip check out the website ahead of time)

We chose the "Trip House" for the second consecutive year for our family's stay in Black Butte and we had another awesome stay! The house was super clean on arrival and entry was easy. We were so grateful for the A/C this year! 10 minute walk to Paulina Pool, which is a lovely place to enjoy some sun and a less-busy pool. The beds are very comfortable and we appreciated the new mattresses in the bunk room this year! The house has two separate living areas which worked out great for our group. Colette was super responsive to questions and proactive about checking in while we there to make sure everything was going well. We'll be back next year!

This place is a hidden gem! Gorgeous property with sweeping views. The RV has everything you need. Very private and cozy. Jennifer and Martin are exceptional hosts. Highly recommend!

After plans for camping fell apart for us we were glad to find a space that felt like the perfect mix between camping and having a warm bed to crawl into.

Rufus and Mary were wonderful hosts! The Airbnb was cozy and felt very safe, with access only through a gated entrance. Watching the cows and chickens added to the charm of our stay. Mary was especially kind and came to our rescue when we arrived late at night and realized we had forgotten something important. Their responsiveness and hospitality made all the difference. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Large cozy space with plenty of room for our group of 8 and then some. Brian was available, responsive and friendly. The checkout process was simple and it was about a 10 minute drive into town. Very well stocked kitchen too!

Words cannot describe the beauty and perfection of the home, furnishings and surroundings! The host and her team are helpful and kind. Love the location and atmosphere!

We loved our stay! We were grateful to find a local option for a midweek stay while renovation work at our own house was underway. We were all comfortable (including our dog) and were able to work from the space during the day, and walk the property, visit with the goats/chickens, and take in the beautiful scenery anytime. Chad was a wonderful and thoughtful host who went above and beyond. We had everything we needed.

So relaxing and beautiful—even the teens appreciated it! The cabin was incredibly comfortable with stunning views and close to amazing outdoor adventures. Maria went above and beyond, stocking the home with thoughtful extras, including a welcome package full of goodies. The toiletries were surprisingly high quality—so nice I ordered them when I got home! The dog-friendly touches were also a lifesaver, especially the pet supplies in the laundry room. We enjoyed using the BBQ and sitting around the outdoor fire pit in the evenings. Inside, the record player and chess set were big hits, and we loved seeing deer each morning. Maria was super responsive and gave great local tips. Smith Rock was just 10 minutes away! Bonus: there's a popcorn maker, so no need to pack one. We truly didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back!

We loved the privacy of this stay. Waking up to the friendly goats was such a bonus. Great walks right out the gate. How’s we’re friendly and so easy to work with.

This is one the BEST places I've stayed and hosts we've interacted with! The location is so peaceful if you're just going to hang around the property and convenient if going out for the day. We felt so at home right away as the apartment is very clean, relaxing and comfortable. More spacious and nice than the pictures even suggest in my opinion. Gigi was so easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to help us with some potential changes we thought we might need to make with our reservation. Would LOVE to stay here again!

Our group of family and friends felt very at home here. It is a beautiful and thoughtfully designed home that is both cozily comfortable and very spacious. We were very grateful to be there.

A lovely location and space. Beautifully decorated. Being on the second floor, with all the large windows and decks, and expansive views, we truly felt on top of the world;) Having a spacious garage to park our car in was fabulous as the weather got down into the low 30s at night. We would come back in a heartbeat, and look forward to visiting during the summer.

Conveniently located to the village and SHARC where we attended a family wedding. Comfortable stay for everyone with each bedroom having a bathroom, nice dining area, plenty of kitchen tools and appliances, and plenty of seating for the family. Appreciated the opportunity for early check in with text notice unit was ready. Prompt response when door lock alerted low battery. Courtesy call from Vacassa in advance welcoming us and stating to contact gif anything needed.

Alan is a fantastic host. He's responsive, friendly, and helpful. The space is very comfortable and well-designed with not one, but two workspaces and lots of storage space. The internet was great, especially for being outside of town. We stayed on the ranch for a month and even though the space is connected to the main house, we never heard anything coming from there. We did get to see some Bison, but never found the Yaks. The only drawback for us was the kitchen is tiny and there isn't a stove. But that's because we were there for a month. There is a large toaster oven and magnetic burner, so cooking is possible and Alan even let us use his grill.

A beautiful log home in a quiet, peaceful setting. Access to hiking/ biking trails. Wildlife everywhere. Great hot tub/ deck. Sisters is an awesome place to relax. Tom, the host, made everything easy and gave great instructions. We will be back!

Beautiful house and setting! House was welcoming, clean and cozy. We all slept really well and the kids had so much fun playing in the big grassy yard, watching fish in the pond and playing on the play structure. We would definitely stay here again.
