The house worked very well for our large family. In particular, the kitchen/dining/living area is spacious and well arranged. We fit everyone around the dining table. The living room fireplace is a nice touch; we wish the fireplace would have worked in the small family room, too. With four bedrooms and the loft, there is plenty of sleeping space. It would be nice to have another bathroom, but at least all the bathrooms have a shower. The kitchen has everything you need for food prep and lots of counter space. AvantStay says there is a drip coffee maker, but there is a Keurig as well; it would have been good to know that before we arrived. We parked one car in the garage; we could have parked two. That brings us to the pool/hot tub. AvantStay should say up front how much extra you pay to have the pool heated. Given the price of the rental, a heated pool should be included. One more nit to pick: The TVs take some learning. Apps should be up to date. Overall, a great home.

Not a bad word to say about Eric & Emile's Caldera property! Enough room to house a large group, the amenities and garage playspace were clutch, and the kids had an amazing time. The design was amazing and all the details made it feel like a home - unlike some bare bones vacation rental properties. Can't recommend enjoying any season in Sunriver/Caldera and staying here!

We’ve been staying in Sunriver annually since the 80s, and this was one of our favorites! Very clean, spacious, family friendly. The house was perfect for our family of 10. Big kitchen, living space, huge bedrooms and playroom downstairs. The kids bedrooms had AMAZING bunk bed forts that made it all so fun! Garage had many bikes, a pool table, air hockey, basketball….everything you could want. Hot tub was hot and very clean. Steps from the North Store which was very convenient. Heidi (the host) was very responsive and friendly. We will stay here again for sure!

The house, surroundings and amenities were great, as advertised. Water pressure was a little low, especially in downstairs shower. Had everything we needed and more, lots of games, hot tub was great.

Home was perfect size for our family…enough rooms for our large group, the living area is open and big enough for everyone to eat or play pool or hang out around the table. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at this cabin! The setting was peaceful, surrounded by nature, and the cabin itself was cozy and clean. It had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to a comfortable bed. The host was friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend for anyone looking to disconnect and enjoy a relaxing getaway!

Great location. Close to town and an easy trip to Hoodoo. The condo was clean, quiet, and private. This was one of the most thoughtfully hosted places we’ve stayed. The kitchen was beautiful, organized and stocked with good quality pans, dishes, utensils etc. The furniture and bedding were comfortable. We loved the touches like the wall hooks and lighting (especially the under cabinet motion lights in the bathroom). Bonus to have a washer and dryer in the unit and a hot tub a short walk away. Everything was well organized, labeled and instructions were clear. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location close to downtown bend and mt bachelor, nice area with great walking trails. Cozy place with all the things you need for a week!

Great place to stay if you are looking to be near both Mt. Bachelor and town! Convenient to the grocery, places to eat, etc. The kitchen was well stocked.

This was our second time to stay here on a ski trip and we enjoyed it very much again. The place is comfortable, clean, close to great activities. It is a short walk to the restaurant, hot tub house, playground, and more. Would definitely recommend.

A great stay starts with a great Host. Thank you Lyle for being accommodating from the beginning. You can tell thought went into the recent renovation. Every room and space had its unique features and made for an amazing stay. The condo was cozy and had a great modern feel to it. All of the amenities you’ll need with a great price as the cherry on top.

This condo is beautiful inside with a spacious living and dining area, gorgeous master suite and everything you need in the kitchen. The unit is well maintained and has views out the living area to a peaceful forested area. The bedrooms are cozy and the beds are very comfortable. Even in the cold weather during our visit the unit heating system worked well and we stayed toasty warm, plus we enjoyed using the gas fireplace in the living area. The host was quick to answer any questions we had and was very friendly and helpful.

We loved staying here! Everything was fabulous... the location, decor, layout, beds, showers, etc. etc... It was perfect. We will be back!
