We enjoyed our stay. Was very clean and loved the backyard. Also loved having the park around the corner.

It was our first time in the area and we spent spring break here. We hand the most relaxing time in this beautiful home. Everything was as described and even the neighbors were so friendly!

We had a great stay at Sarah’s place in Scottsdale! Check in was easy and she was so friendly and flexible. Everything was as described and clean. The pool and games made a perfect weekend at the house and restaurants/shops are a quick uber away. Highly recommend staying here!

We loved our stay at this house. The bedrooms were all utilized as well as the pullout couch. Plenty of kitchen space as well as a large pantry to put items in. The heated pool felt incredible during the cold Phoenix night and the putting green was a lot of fun as well. This is a great place to stay. The host is communicative and provides detailed instructions that ensure the check-in process is easy. After a 6 and a half hour drive, we really appreciated being able to get into the house without any hassle. If we come back to Phoenix next year we will definitely stay here again

We frequently travel to Phoenix and have stayed at several of Sacha’s properties. This is my favorite one yet! The large unique yard was awesome, especially as we travel with our dog and grill frequently. With Sacha’s properties we know it’s always a reliable experience, great communication, and clean well-stocked houses. Great stay!

garage was unavailable however Edgar the host came and provided a key for the gates and we were able to park our bikes in a safe area,,Edgar was more than kind for his time,,the house was more than I expected,,very clean and comfortable especially the bed

We could have come with nothing but our clothes and medications. She had everything else! So many details considered! Ashley went upbove and beyond with constant communication. We had asked if ther was a cooler we could use. We planned to buy one, but she had one waiting for us when we got there. She had snacks and treats set out for us on the counter and seasonings and oils in the cupboards, and condiments and drinks in the fridge! Toiletries were stocked! when we were done swimming in the heated pool and hot tub, there was still a closet full of games to play. We were never bored! beds and couch were so compfy, and she had many many towels! Big washer and dryer to use. location was perfect and quiet. she also had many things sticked for babies. We didn't need that, but I noticed it was set up for small children as well. We felt so spoiled! we will definitely come back!

This place was perfect for our family and friends. The house was clean and accommodating. The hosts were very responsive and friendly.

What a BEAUTIFUL home! Jenn was such an amazing host, and the home is exactly as described and also in the perfect location with shopping, grocery stores and coffee shops etc. very nearby. The bedrooms are very cozy (extremely comfortable mattresses) and we loved our stay. We would definitely re-book during our next trip to Scottsdale— thank you so much!

Good Life’s home was clean, in a perfect location, and made it extremely easy check in and out! The house was exactly as pictured. The beads were very nice! So many places we have stayed have horrible cheap beds that make sleeping impossible! No these! The beds were fi But soft and the pillows were very nice! We had an easy trip. I would recommend booking this property

This was a great find for our family on spring break. Spacious enough for our family of 4 and the backyard was a hit! The home office space was very helpful, beds were extremely comfortable, delicious citrus trees in the yard - we truly enjoyed every part of our stay and would recommend it to anyone!

Place is fantastic. Close to everything Scottsdale has to offer without being in the center of the hustle and bustle. Home is super clean, pool and hot tub were perfect. We swam every day. The home is well stocked (one caveat there is no seasonings so if you plan on cooking throw some in a bag for yourself). Great value and Cathy is super responsive/helpful. We’ll definitely be back.

House and property was nice & clean and stocked with necessary supplies which lasted for our 4 day stay. There was plenty of room for our family of 10. There were some minor issues which were addressed immediately. There was an issue with the master shower. There was no cold water and they had to send a plumber to check on it, and the plumber stated that someone had turned the cold water off from the main valve, not sure how that happened. I did feel the $150 a day for the pool was a bit steep considering there was a limit on the temperature we could set for the pool. Also, there was a drone flying over the property for one of the days, which was very intrusive. I did let the host know, and they said that they would check into it. On the day of checkout, landscapers were in the backyard using a blower at 7:45am, I think that’s kind of early.

The house is roomy with nice common areas in the kitchen and living areas. The kitchen had plenty of dishes - coffee cups and utensils. The back yard has nice pool chairs and lounges.

Really great hosts and place to stay at. Very comfy and hosts are very accommodating and had really clear communication. Really worth experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. Everything was clean and ready for us....even early, so we could check in early. The location was great and easy access to everything. The house was lovely and spacious. The backyard was a wonderful oasis to relax in. Neighbours were friendly and kind and the neighbourhood was great to walk in. When we arrived the dishwasher wasn't working and Lisa took care of it immediately, having a new dishwasher installed within days. Lisa was incredibly responsive to any of our inquiries within the same day. The support staff for the house, gardeners, pool maintenance and general maintenance were very good. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything.

Could not be happier with our stay and cannot say enough good things! The host was extremely responsive and very accommodating. The house met all our expectations, looked just like the photos, was clean and comfortable, and so much fun to stay in. I would stay here every time if possible!

Our family had a wonderful time at their place. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Adults enjoyed barbeque, and having cocktails outside. Great location. Hope to stay there next year with family

We had an amazing time! The place was incredible for a bachelorette! Very affordable, extremely clean, and had everything we needed. A fun float for the pool, coffee and tea, salt/pepper/oil for cooking, plenty of plates and silverware/baking and cooking utensils, etc. the bedrooms were spacious, had plenty of storage and closet space, and beds were very comfortable! Additionally, instructions for lights, using the pool/spa, the Sonos system, etc. were all available and clear. 11/10! It was close and easy to uber to old town and just a short drive to hiking trails. We absolutely loved the place and amenities! Almost forgot the pool and spa! Also incredible! Jackie was a great, responsive host and even left us a welcome basket. 10/10 would recommend!

Great location & has everything you could possibly need. I try to come out for spring training every year & will look here first.

Marks home was a wonderful oasis. Our family loved being in a great area with a wonderful backyard and pool. The pool was a great depth for my younger children to play an enjoy. The inside of the home was spacious and inviting with a wonderful kitchen. All appliances and amenities were top notch.

My friends and I booked this place for my bachelorette. We had such an amazing stay. The place is even better in person. Stunning backyard. Melissa was so kind and very responsive. I would totally stay there again. It also seems like a great place for families to stay.
