Wonderful, convenient location. Pleasant and safe neighborhood, good for walking. We liked the addition of the privacy screen on the pool cage. The pool is great… sun all day! Hosts very responsive and accommodating!

This wasn't our first time staying, still wish we could give 10 stars. We will definitely be back again in the future!

The house was very nice and clean. Joe was extremely responsive to any communication. Minor issues with the electronic lock but it was handled quickly. Make sure to bring your own water / coffee etc. That was one thing that would have been nice but certainly not a problem. We did not cook on our short trip but it looked like the necessary items were there. Overall, great experience, and the hosts are super nice and accommodating.

Fantastic stay! We has some issues with the house we rented last year so I was nervous about renting again. Delsy went way beyond normal to answer my many questions and concerns prior to renting with Her. She was very patient and gracious with us. Her house was spotless and bug free. All beds were comfortable. Highlight of this house is the back yard and many plants surrounding the house. There is a shaded area consisting of eating table, hot tub, and couches so you can get out of the sun and then the pool is in a sunny area all enclosed within a Lanai. Hot tub and pool were fantastic. Pool is about 12X24. Big enough to swim in yet small enough that the sun heated it up to a comfortable temp. Delsy is very nice . She bought us a new barbeque. House has some bonuses not mentioned in ad such as two beach chairs , and pool noodles. A wonderful experience and I would have no problem recommending this house to my friends. Thank you Delsy for everything.

Gail was terrific to work with. She was always responsive and answered my questions quickly and fully. The rental was exactly as we expected. Clean, quiet, comfortable. We would be happy to stay there again! 🙂

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of three, but it would also work great for up to six guests! The pool was a beautiful 85 degrees 24/7 and the hot tub was very relaxing. Having a TV out by the pool area was a nice added bonus. The neighborhood was clean and quiet, and we felt very safe there. Nice central location between things to do in Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte and the Gulf beaches. Our 7 year old did not want to leave. We would definitely come back and rent here again!

We had a wonderful stay. We had to book quickly due to a family health emergency, but Elena was very accommodating and the home was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located.

We had a lovely time staying here. The house was clean, with a great, well outfitted kitchen and comfortable and roomy living room. The bedrooms are small but functional. The pool and lanai were lovely. The pool isn’t heated but we were able to have fun swimming in February. Our kids had so much fun fishing off the dock into the canal. We loved going to the beaches at Manasota Key, Gasparilla Island, Nokomis and Siesta Key! It’s a great little house if you just want to relax around the pool or if you’re looking to explore the local beaches. We found lots of beautiful options within an hour drive.

Great stay! Only able to enjoy one night, but loved the location. Very peaceful and got to pet the cows out back. Not far from shark tooth hunting for fellow fossil hunters. Would stay again!

Upon arrival, Te quickly and warmly greeted my husband, dog Mina, and I, showed us to our space and we immediately felt right at home!. CLEAN, organized, and literally offering everything needed to relax and enjoy vacation. Not to forget, the divine outdoor shower!! This space as a beautiful ambiance and incredible vibe, we will definitely be back!! 💜🙏☀️

Mike and Karen were amazing hosts and extremely hospitable:) my only wish was that my dad and I could have stayed longer. 100 percent plan on returning next year for some more fishing. 6 stars

We loved our 2 bedroom apartment with full kitchen and balcony overlooking the grill,hammocks and picnic table area. Easy walk to the beach and we found sharks teeth without any equipment or sifting.

We enjoyed our stay & would love to come back. It had everything we needed & more. Thanks for a great stay.

Chadwick Marina Cove was a wonderful place to stay, we had an event on Dearborn and Chadwick's was close by. It was great to see progress being made after the devastating storms. We'll definitely stay again. Thanks Scott and Judy

Beautiful location. Condo is right on the beach with quiet, peaceful surroundings. Restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Trevor was an awesome host! I reached out to him with some questions and he responded immediately. He also gave clear instructions on what was to be done and expected. His place was very clean and tidy. We loved the view from the balcony. There were some very nice sunsets. It is practically right in downtown and very walkable. I definitely recommend staying at this location if you’re going to be traveling to Sebring or the surrounding areas.

I spent the month of March here. I’ve been coming to this area for over 40 years and this is the 2nd year at the complex. I hope I can book it for next March. The condo has all the necessary amenities and it felt like home. Tastefully decorated and comfortable. Had necessary consumables to get my stay started which I appreciated. Any time I had a question Rachel answered immediately. This was a perfect stay in every way-first 2 weeks with golfing girlfriends ( lots of courses nearby) and second 2 weeks were with my pool/beach friends. The only thing lacking were beach chairs but we were able to borrow some. Hurricane Ian damaged their roof and it was replaced while I was there. I was worried it was going to be a noise headache but it really was not an issue. Over the past 2 years here, I’ve met many of the other owners and everyone is so welcoming. I can’t wait to get back.

Great place to stay with easy access to the beach!

We got to meet the friendly Host and her husband as they were walking out the door we were walking in they gave us several tips on the area.we walked into a cutely decorated spacious condo very well stocked and clean. The Host left us a welcome card and basket of goodies . we felt very at home right away. we also enjoyed the 2 bikes that came with the condo nice extra and nice pool and beach area. Also very centrally located to many things to do and restaurants. We definitely want to come back in the future. This was our first time staying at Jim's place, though it's our second visit to this lovely condo. Jim's home truly feels like a slice of paradise. The apartment is cozy and perfectly suited for our small family. The sunrises from the back and the sunsets on the beach are simply breathtaking. The heated pool is a fantastic amenity, and Jim generously provides plenty of beach and pool gear, making our stay even more enjoyable. His attention to detail and responsiveness in the chat were greatly appreciated, always making us feel welcome and cared for. Jim's hospitality and the serene beauty of the location make this a perfect getaway spot. We can't wait to return and create even more wonderful memories here. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and picturesque retreat!

Lori was a wonderful host. She was very quick to respond to any messages. Her place was very clean and well kept. The community was quiet and peaceful with some things to do within walking distance of the house. Would absolutely consider staying again.
