We enjoyed Jan’s house. It was a quiet neighborhood, perfect for walking the dog. Short drive to restaurants, beaches, grocery stores, Shamrock Park, Brohard dog beach, pretty much anything we wanted to do. The lanai was a nice area to sit in the shade. Wish I had a way to post a recording of all the various birds chirping away! Home was clean and Jan was a responsive host with any questions we had. Yard was private and fenced in nicely for our dog. Appreciated having laundry soap, body wash, dish detergent, & paper goods to get through our stay. So often all you get is enough for a few days, if that. Comfortable beds too! We would stay again. Sonia & Daniel's house exceeded all our needs for our son's stay visiting his grandparents in Venice. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Everything he needed was there, and he enjoyed a quiet place to relax. The screened in lanai was a nice place to enjoy morning coffee. The neighborhood was very peaceful, and our son was happy to be able to do a morning run down through Shamrock Park, which is on the water. Sonia and Daniel were very responsive to our messages. We would definitely consider renting this house again!

Allie was amazing to work with. She was always responsive and attentive. I had a fabulous stay. Location was perfect for my baseball needs at Centennial Park. I endorse Allie and this quaint, comfortable home with my highest recommendation.

We had a lovely time staying here. The house was clean, with a great, well outfitted kitchen and comfortable and roomy living room. The bedrooms are small but functional. The pool and lanai were lovely. The pool isn’t heated but we were able to have fun swimming in February. Our kids had so much fun fishing off the dock into the canal. We loved going to the beaches at Manasota Key, Gasparilla Island, Nokomis and Siesta Key! It’s a great little house if you just want to relax around the pool or if you’re looking to explore the local beaches. We found lots of beautiful options within an hour drive.

Great place near the beaches. Our dog loved the spacious backyard and the wildlife. The home was very cozy and comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back to stay again.

My wife and I stayed at Wendy's place for a month. The house is located in a nice quite area surrounded by similar one family homes. The poeple in the area were very nice and welcoming. Check in was easy and communication withour host was easy. The home has a nice in ground pool in the back heated by solar. The home also had a nice lani in the back with a grill and table. The yard was very large and private.

This is an incredible house. The location is perfect and private. We had our little pug with us and it was exactly what we needed. The pool is warm and clean and very enjoyable as the sun goes down. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen well appointed. I’ve stayed at a lot of rentals and this is one of the best. If you’re looking for a rental just book this one. You won’t be disappointed.

We stayed at Kristal and Garrett's Aldama home for 2 months. We were looking for a quiet place with privacy. We chose the perfect house. The neighaborhood is very comfortable. The house and pool were in great condition and had plenty of great amenities. I mentioned one piece of cooking equipment that would be nice to have, and it showed up on the front porch the next morning! We could not have asked for more attentive and caring hosts.

Melissa made my family and I feel right at home! My kids had an absolute blast and her responsiveness was quick and very knowledgeable. Don’t let the hurricane deter you. There was plenty to do and not enough time in the day to do it. 5 stars all the way!

Mary was so easy to talk to and very responsive. We chatting before and during our arrival. She has a lovely, Clean, organized home. She has been so gracious and we loved our stay there.

Had a lovely stay here. Communication with Carmen was fantastic. Decorating in home was tasteful and lovely and we felt right at home.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of three, but it would also work great for up to six guests! The pool was a beautiful 85 degrees 24/7 and the hot tub was very relaxing. Having a TV out by the pool area was a nice added bonus. The neighborhood was clean and quiet, and we felt very safe there. Nice central location between things to do in Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte and the Gulf beaches. Our 7 year old did not want to leave. We would definitely come back and rent here again!

Great home! Great pool! Great location! It's about halfway between Venice Beach and manasota Beach. Those were our two destinations so this worked out perfect! The backyard is fenced and was perfect for our dogs. Lots of beach chairs, toys, coolers and everything else you need for a day at the beach. Beach. We also really enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage.

This was our second year in a row staying at the Sly Gator house. We would recommend anyone to stay here who is looking for a truly one of a kind stay. It's right next to the Peace River Charter, where you can walk over for an airboat ride. My kids love the fact that there is a small farm right next to it as well as an exotic animal zoo. Such a fun location! We plan on staying here every year!

AJ was a great host! Very responsive and even got my wife a cake for her birthday! The property was beautiful, quiet, and was the perfect getaway from Miami. Would recommend

Very clean and well appointed house in a very quiet neighborhood. John was very helpful throughout the stay. I could easily drive to everything nearby. I wish I had walked in the lovely park on the Peace River.

lovely little place, i was in late and out early so i never had the chance to meet the host in person, but they were helpful in messages. the place was really nice, and very easy to find and access. they also had a trail in the back they welcomed me to explore (and im sure this will be of interest to almost no one but me, but realizing the back part of that trail was scrub-type habitat just made my night completely, i just love that kind of habitat, its very special to me. lots of rare and unique plants)

David’s place was a good fit for 4 of us The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room for us to move around. The washer and dryer were handy and the coffee bar was handy. If you’re in Arcadia it’s a great option!

This house is the perfect cozy space. Very comfortable & close to restaurants. We stayed here during our visit to peace River and it was perfect, the outdoor space was cute & cozy. The pictures simply do not do this place justice for how cute it is decorated with all the vintage furniture and decor. We would definitely stay here again.
