If you are looking for peaceful, calm, clean and safe, you want this place. As a woman traveling alone, I felt extremely safe on this property and walked around the property at night with no fear. It is very gated and the front desk crew are incredible. The only fair warning is because of all the steel used to build the building (must withstand hurricanes) your internet is iffy and same goes for your phone service. If those 2 things aren't a concern, I would stay here in a NY minute. The host responded to me immediately and after checking in, I didn't have to contact her because everything went so smoothly.

Te was an amazing host. I had a couple questions before we even checked in, and she answered us very promptly. I loved the Zen Boho very chill spot looking out at the little garden oasis was very peaceful. We took advantage of the hot tub, which was nice very tranquil setting. We would definitely return..

We loved this place! It was just exactly as stated in the B&B ad. The hosts communicated great and timely. We were close to Sebring, which is where we wanted to be and it was easy to get around and also had great places to just take a ride. Loved it, appreciated it, and we hope to be back again! The Florida weather was great as our home state of Ohio was cold while we were gone.

Enjoyed the stay. Very nice. Very clean. Very comfortable. Loved the Welcome greeting and box of chocolates. Loved having coffee out in the sunroom in the mornings. Enjoyed it enough that will like to go back next year.

Listing was as described. Was near the highway so some sound cut through but overall place was beautifully kept and felt right at home. No one bothered me as well so that’s a plus. I would return.

I was completely satisfied with the accommodation. The accommodation was clean, new including the equipment. Kitchen fully equipped. I will be happy to return.

The hosts were excellent. It was a wonderful stay and I really enjoyed watching the ducks on the canal.

Our stay at the Starfish was AWESOME! Beautiful condo with beautiful surroundings. The beach access to the beautiful private/quiet/not crowded beach just sealed the deal on our weekend getaway! The hammocks and cornhole on the property are such a great added touch also! We cant wait to book again soon! We loved it!!

My stay at “The Deb’s” was all I hoped it would be and more! Their home, the pool and surrounding neighborhood are like something out of a Better Homes magazine. The bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. When I wasn’t out exploring, I was enjoying the pool and beautiful lake view. The Deb’s are super cool and were a pleasure to talk to! I would 100% stay here again and certainly hope to. Thank you both for an amazing stay!

Quiet place and a beautiful place, definitely a great place.

Had a great time staying in the guesthouse. Very spacious. The bed was very comfortable, as well as the couch. We stay in Arcadia twice a year, will definitely look for the spot again. Highly recommended.

Beautiful home in a beautiful part of town. Durrell was an awesome host. Goes out of his way to make the place feel like home. This is our second time staying at his place for work and we will without a doubt be there again. Only thing is no TVs but didn’t bother us. 10/10

Beautiful location. Condo is right on the beach with quiet, peaceful surroundings. Restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Clean place, close to everything, exactly as described.

We were pleasantly surprised by Nicole’s apartment. It was extremely clean, lots of towels, linen, well appointed kitchen and everything else needed to make it like home. We didn’t need to buy or bring anything for the beach because we had beach chairs and an umbrella which were in really great shape. The apartment is within a short driving distance to beaches, stores, restaurants and shop. We had a great time and felt right at home. We highly recommend her place to anyone vacationing in the area.

This place is so much better than pictures! The location is perfect, no streets to cross to get to the beach. The condo was brand new inside and beautifully decorated. The amenities were fantastic. Walking distance to yummy food and live music. The pool across the street is great for the kids as well. I would definitely stay here again!

The condo was nicely updated and well equipped. Trevor was the best host we have had - very helpful. He makes a great ambassador for Sebring, which is like a taste of a quiet, southern hometown.

I spent the month of March here. I’ve been coming to this area for over 40 years and this is the 2nd year at the complex. I hope I can book it for next March. The condo has all the necessary amenities and it felt like home. Tastefully decorated and comfortable. Had necessary consumables to get my stay started which I appreciated. Any time I had a question Rachel answered immediately. This was a perfect stay in every way-first 2 weeks with golfing girlfriends ( lots of courses nearby) and second 2 weeks were with my pool/beach friends. The only thing lacking were beach chairs but we were able to borrow some. Hurricane Ian damaged their roof and it was replaced while I was there. I was worried it was going to be a noise headache but it really was not an issue. Over the past 2 years here, I’ve met many of the other owners and everyone is so welcoming. I can’t wait to get back.

A very peaceful condo with a great view. Easy walk to the beach or sit on the comfy balcony and enjoy the view. The condo was very cute but spacious. It’s also a short walk to the nearest restaurant with entertainment. The island is still working to recover from the devastating hurricanes but this place was a slice of heaven. Also very good communication.

Lori was a wonderful host. She was very quick to respond to any messages. Her place was very clean and well kept. The community was quiet and peaceful with some things to do within walking distance of the house. Would absolutely consider staying again.
