This is a beautiful home in a peaceful beautiful neighborhood with extremely manicured lawns. I’m sure the residents are in competition with each other 😊. The home has all the resources and comforts any family would need, well done! On my visit in March of 2023, I will check the availability for the same location.

The house was more than we could have asked for. Everything was brand new, clean, and thoughtful. We’re actually locals and can attest to the great location. Surrounded by safe parks, great food, and easy access to everything. Great host that was always responsive and hospitable!

Truthfully a wonderful experience! Andrea has a beautiful property and it has everything you could need inside of it. The beds are very comfortable. It has flexible parking and beautiful scenery! If you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful, stay then this is the place!

Our stay here was great! The house was clean and had lots of space inside and outside to relax. I particularly enjoyed sitting outside under the covered patio which had a nice view of the pond. I would definitely stay here again.

All things considered this is a really good value. Nice place to stay. Very safe area in a very unsafe city. Definitely would recommend if safety is a concern.

The place was beautiful. It was like walking into an antique. The place was beautifully and tastefully decorated with a beautiful Holiday theme (but not religious, if that matters to anyone), and came with a record player and some old LP’s. It was very clean and it feels like Julie thought of every amenity possible. Julie was very accessible and responded to any questions that I had very promptly. We came for the Liberty Bowl and the house was located next to everything that I wanted to do. It was only a few minutes drive to the Liberty Bowl stadium, the Bass Pro pyramid and Beale St. I would love to return to Memphis for next year’s Liberty Bowl and stay here again!

Amazing stay! Mark thought of everything. The house felt like home. Full attention to every detail made our Memphis stay one of a kind. True Southern Hospitality at it’s finest. Jamey was very accommodating and understanding and had exceptional communication skills. I was in a unique situation where it required a lot of last minute decisions and required some pivoting and he was able to accommodate all my needs. I highly recommend staying here as the area was cozy and the hosts were extremely friendly.

This was a great place to stay! We came into town with 8 friends to see two concerts at FedEx Forum and hang out. The place was clean and comfortable, with 3 king beds, plus a room with 2 bunks. Perfect for our crazy group. The living areas were also comfortable for all of us, with plenty of seating in the kitchen area for those who couldn't fit on the two couches and chairs to watch the SEC Championship game before heading out for the night. Central Gardens is totally walkable, and within half a mile of the best parts of Memphis, from Overton Park to Overton Square to Midtown to Cooper-Young. Ben was very responsive to my questions, and even offered up the basement for my buddy who had some storage bins in the back of his pickup he didn't want to leave outside or carry up the stairs. I will say, the stairs are steep and windy up to the property, so it might not be best for older folks with difficulties climbing stairs. Definitely would stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay, at first I was skeptical just looking at the address but when I got there I realized I was mistaken!! It was a great place in a safe area and I’d definitely stay there again!! I’d recommend this place and this host to anyone! Being a host myself, I tend to be picky and I was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful it was, especially for the price!! Give it a shot, you won’t regret it!!

I had a fantastic stay at Alicia’s Airbnb! The house was incredibly clean and very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax. It was well-maintained, and the amenities made the stay even more comfortable. The location was perfect for us, especially for fishing—easy access to great spots made our trip even more enjoyable. The check-in process was smooth, alicia was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. One of the best parts was the fenced yard, which allowed our dogs to run and be free safely. It was such a relief to have a secure space for them to enjoy! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place in Sardis

Penny and her husband are doing a great job. Their restaurant next door was convenient and served really good food. We truly appreciated the hospitality and enjoyed our stay. The home was comfortable and well-equipped, making for a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

Beautiful location and everything you could possibly need in the unit. My wife and I will definitely be back. We really enjoyed the walk to the lake
