The Airbnb was exactly what we were looking for. We were in town visiting family and friends and this was a great location in downtown Hernando. The location is very close to restaurants, shops, etc. The host was very responsive and accommodating and the house was very clean and private. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great and peaceful time. We needed a place quick (due to storms) and Gilmore made it easy and was very responsive. We look forward to staying here again.

Truthfully a wonderful experience! Andrea has a beautiful property and it has everything you could need inside of it. The beds are very comfortable. It has flexible parking and beautiful scenery! If you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful, stay then this is the place!

Great stay at this 2F apartment within walking distance to everything I needed while in Memphis. Host was on top of communication and super friendly.

This was a great place to stay! We came into town with 8 friends to see two concerts at FedEx Forum and hang out. The place was clean and comfortable, with 3 king beds, plus a room with 2 bunks. Perfect for our crazy group. The living areas were also comfortable for all of us, with plenty of seating in the kitchen area for those who couldn't fit on the two couches and chairs to watch the SEC Championship game before heading out for the night. Central Gardens is totally walkable, and within half a mile of the best parts of Memphis, from Overton Park to Overton Square to Midtown to Cooper-Young. Ben was very responsive to my questions, and even offered up the basement for my buddy who had some storage bins in the back of his pickup he didn't want to leave outside or carry up the stairs. I will say, the stairs are steep and windy up to the property, so it might not be best for older folks with difficulties climbing stairs. Definitely would stay here again.

This was my second time to stay with Tim. Location is great and close to where I needed to be. Instructions were easy and the place was nice.

Room number 5 was our apartment. It had a bedroom, kitchen/den and bathroom. very clean. The shower was great. The number of steps to climb were not a problem. There was parking in the back but we parked in the street. Comfortable bed. There are restaurants walking distance and many close by for a short drive and we did both. There is a Huey's not far and we recommend it. We would definitely stay at 92 Belvedere in the future. There are apartments across the street, but everything is cool.

I loved this space! I've been "doing" Air bnb for nearly a decade and this one stands out because of all the little touches that express how much Annie wanted to create a unique and welcoming experience for her guests. Many hosts don't do much for decor or amenities. This place has character and history; great art, everything one would need to cook, little treats and more!

if you are reading this review & looking to book just go ahead and book! 10/10 i will recommend and definitely keep this place in mind when visiting memphis again! very helpful communicating host!
