This is the best place we have stayed in 30A! It is so nice, new, clean and cozy. The pictures don’t do it justice. There is an awesome private dock right out the back door. The wonderful oaks around the house make it feel like you’re in a treehouse! Ann could not have been more helpful. We loved it!

SUCH a great place to stay. Lots and lots of room for us all to sleep. Pool was so fun and heated, beach was BEAUTIFUL and we had it almost completely to ourselves! Todd and his entourage all communicated well with me. We had a problem with the bed that was taken care of immediately. You might take note that 8 of the single beds are in areas with no doors so they aren’t private. We had to turn off extra lights and try to keep the noise level down when our littles went to bed but it wasn’t really a problem! Thanks so much!!!!!

We absolutely love this 30A bungalow! It was perfect for 2 families for our spring break trip. Everything was in walking distance or a quick drive and Aimee provided so many recommendations during our stay, so there was no shortage of things to do or places to eat. The house is beautiful, cozy, and clean! We loved it so much we are planning to visit again next year! Highly recommend booking this Airbnb and staying in the 30A area :)

Can’t express how loved this place was by my group and I! It was so incredibly comfy and felt so safe! I was a little worried beforehand because it was a group of 18-19 y/os, but we couldn’t have felt safer on every night of our stay! Kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for our trip and it was very easy to find everything! Nick was so great at communicating all through our stay and as I said, couldn’t have been a better trip!!

They were great to work with. Little trouble with the hot tub but not their fault it was switched to economy mode but they had the repair guy out right away until it was fixed. Really great with lots of plates and silverware and beach toys. Bunch of little things that make it nicer and easier for a stay. Thank you!

My family and I had a great stay at this home! The location was perfect. Just a short drive to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sand and ocean whenever we wanted. The house was clean and comfortable for a nice relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The host was responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. I’d definitely stay here again!

This place was amazing! It has a great location with lots of groceries stores nearby and close to the beach. The host was very friendly and helpful with our stay, we would definitely recommend staying here! The large backyard, the grill, the pool table, and all other amenities were great to have!

Our extended family of 8 stayed here for some needed R&R. Kelley was very responsive, and let me know ahead of check-in that the cleaners left laundry behind. She got there before I did, but our daughter and family who were already there said they were super friendly and took care of the shortcomings of a new cleaning crew. She looked at the tile floors and felt like they were not clean to their standards and so remopped all the floors. We were very appreciative. Anything that came up, they quickly addressed and took care of. Honestly have never had a host be so attentive and responsive!! There are several sitting areas for people to spread out and have their own space. We had brought our own boat, and it was great being able to dock it right there on property. Kelley provides several kayaks and a paddleboard, and some life jackets - most of them are for children, fyi. We enjoyed our stay!

we had some issues, but the host was quick to deal with any issues we had and thoroughly explained why the issues occurred and immediately took care of the issues at hand. the property was beautiful and I will be booking again over and over. all issues were resolved same day. but we fell In love with the property and how close it was to everything we wanted to do. we go to PCB multiple times a year and I can only hope and pray that this property is available every single time we choose to book. wonderful host, wonderful property.

Great little place to stay at. The place was not to far from Panama City Beach (~35 mins). Place was great to BBQ and chill outside. Very clean and just what we had expected too! Would come back for sure! 10/10

Can’t wait to go back to Kathryn and Ron’s property. Was such an amazing weekend, they are an amazing persons and very gentle with us. The food was delicious and made by Kathryn, I loved the boat ride with Ron; husband and I were amazed by the Choctawhatchee river. For sure we will be back!

Book now! We just finished our trip at this beautiful location, and it was absolutely perfect! The setting is a true gem—peaceful and scenic. We loved every moment of our stay. The private beach and backyard amenities were fantastic, providing an ideal place to relax and unwind. Inside, the home was just as lovely—thoughtfully decorated and cozy, with everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking tools we could ask for, making meal preparation a breeze. Additionally, the owners were incredibly responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. We can easily imagine returning to this spot again! I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a serene getaway with all the comforts of home. It is super family-friendly! We had six children (ages 1 to 17) and six adults, and everyone had a great time!

The cottage was a great location for a great price. We really enjoyed our time visiting the FWB area. Steve & Tara were friendly and helpful with any questions we had. I would recommend their airbnb!

Lovely place with a large yard very well kept and organized inside and out! Our host, Suzanne, was very responsive and proactive with communicating directions and answering any questions we had. Overall we had an excellent stay and a wonderful vacation!

Absolutely loved the place. it was like driving up to a magical fairy place. The suite was beautiful. Annie was quick to respond to any questions and was even let us know the place was ready for early check in. Buddy was so nice. I wish that we hadn't been on the go the whole time because it is a perfect place to sit back and relax.
