Michelle’s place was a great home base for us. Lots of space for a family of four, and an easy drive to lots of restaurants, museums, and downtown. A charming historic home with an authentic feel.

My wife and I requested a stay here VERY last minute and couldn’t be more thankful that we did. This space is GORGEOUS and had everything we needed and more. Open layout on the first floor makes it feel welcoming to anyone and the kitchen space allows you to feel right at home. If you are wanting to check out local Detroit restaurants there a few INCREDIBLE spots right nearby as well. The dogs had a fully enclosed yard to get their energy out and we’ll be requesting this space again whenever we’re in Detroit. Tyson is an A++ host and the space reflects every bit of that.

Very cute house on a quiet street. Amenities and photos are accurate, host is accommodating and friendly! Only thing I can say is I didn’t know smoking is only allowed in the basement, but as long as I could smoke indoors I didn’t mind. Great stay, would book again

Missy was a super host! Extremely responsive for anything we needed to communicate, and when out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. The property was absolutely as described, up north feel in Southern Michigan. The deck and the lake were fabulous. Will stay here again the next time we are visiting family. Perfect place, host and location!

A very nice place for us to stay over Thanksgiving weekend while we were in town visiting family.

Home was beautiful, everything was spotless. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Very nice home that felt like "a home away from home." I would gladly stay there again.

The home is beautiful and check-in was seamless. They offer a few pairs of flip flops to walk around the house in, two bath robes, snacks, and bottled water. Very cozy! Just BE CARFEFUL if youre booking this place to have family or friends visit you because they told me they charge $15 per person who enters the home. That fee applies to any extra people whether they stay the night or not. I dont remember that information being in the listing, either way, $600 for two nights should cover three guests but apparently it doesnt. I described in detail why I was coming, and who was to be on the property and they ACCEPTED the booking before telling me about the fees. I suggest you message these people before sending a request to book to make sure there are no surprise fees. Seems like they'll add fees wherever they can out of nowhere. Other than communicating with them the stay was lovely.

This is my second time staying at this apartment and probably won't be the last! There was an issue with the shower when we first arrived, but Jesse was quick to respond and got it fixed for us as fast as he could. A very cosy little home away from home, I highly recommend to everyone who asks :)

We needed three bedrooms for our stay, and Ian offered two separate units: the Zen Suite (one bedroom) located above the Cook Suite (two bedrooms). Each suite has its own separate entrance, which was OK with us. Both suites were clean and comfortable, and I particularly liked the interior design. The Zen Suite also had a hot tub on the large patio, which was a highlight of our stay. Check-in was easy. There's a nice grocery store just across the street and several restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay and Ian was more than accommodating to our last minute request. Highly recommend this host. This particular location was really close to local restaurants and bars. I really enjoyed being so close. I was traveling alone with friends and we all felt very safe in the neighborhood and in the house.

This place was as pictured. We had a great time there, clean place and rooms. The interior looks better than the exterior of the house. The neighborhood looks decrepit but that’s just residential areas around Detroit downtown.

This is my third stay at Julie's place. Julie's place is always relaxing, clean, comfortable, and includes a fabulous breakfast. It's a great location in a peaceful neighborhood (with walking trails nearby), yet very close campus and to all the activities of Ann Arbor. Julie is truly a superhost. I enjoy returning each year and catching up on what’s new with her and Ann Arbor. I highly recommend staying here and will return!

Great location. Very close to the bridge/tunnel to USA. Catherine is a lovely host and the freshly prepared breakfast was the icing on the cake. We travelled with our golden retriever and the stay was perfect. We will definitely visit again.

This property was an excellent choice. Location, property, and attention to detail were very much appreciated. The owners were very professional and any communication was done in a very timely manner. The property felt like our home away from home. Very safe and quiet. Perfect one night stay! The hot tub was definitely our favorite part. Walkable to downtown Clarkston for dinner even on a cold January evening. lots of local recommendations. Super clean and spacious and we had our privacy. Also had fun playing some of the games that were provided. Highly recommend!

What a special place Robert has created—a top Airbnb experience. A MUST for musicians and music lovers. Robert was friendly, responsive, and ready to greet us when we arrived. We loved his studio tour and spending our evening listening to music and playing the piano. So many special touches like fresh fruit, snacks, and all the fixings for omelettes or oatmeal in the morning. This is one of my favorite Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at, and I only wish we could have stayed longer! We’ll be back!!

Elmtree Resort exceeded our expectations.Hosts were lovely and welcoming.Even allowed an earlier check in to accommodate our plans.The place was lovely and peaceful,spotlessly clean.The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable .Would stay only here if possible when in the area.

I really enjoyed staying at Angelas home! She was very responsive and the Bnb was very clean. The breakfast was also so amazing! Definitely will stay again :)
