i will definitely be returning! the location is great and in a safe area my car felt super safe in the parking garage a beautiful view out of the window everything’s new and modern super clean checking in was super easy they show you every step on how to get in !

Very clear instructions clean upon arrival minus another unit smoke detector beeping all night it was a nice stay for location and price would definitely come back loved the place no easy smooth 1 night stay

Adam was very helpful and prompt with his response time, the unit was clean and also looked exactly like the photos displayed so their were no surprises when I arrived. Great location, loved that it was so walkable as we didn't have a car. Place was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to be comfortable. The view was amazing and the host was very responsive!

My stay at Carole’s Motown Oasis was wonderful, choked full of amenities and plenty space to stretch out. It was clean and ready for a peaceful stay. Perfectly equipped for a short or long stay. Plenty of desk space for work and tv equipped in every room. It has a nice walk out patio perfect sunbathing or morning breakfast. All around great stay and better host cant wait to visit again.

Auntie Blondie (as she told me to call her) was an awesome host. She was very thorough giving me a tour of the property and was a phone call away when I needed anything. The location and views were great for the price and would recommend this property to anyone in the area. Thank you again for allowing us to celebrate in your property.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The home was nicely decorated and furnished. We walked to everything that we came to Detroit to do. Communication was great excellent!

I had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and made everything super easy.

The condo is very nice and Sequoyah has added the extras that made my stay great. The bedding was really soft and comfortable and the bed was adjustable!! I thought the phone charger cords for any kind of cell phone was a thoughtful touch and I appreciated the small refrigerator in the room. I only wish I had brought the sign-in information for the TV apps I subscribe to to use on Roku. This place was not far from my event and near shopping and restaurants. At first, I was not sure about going upstairs, but it wasn’t a big flight or difficult. Sequoyah met me outside and helped me carry my stuff. I thought that was considerate. The price was very reasonable and would, definitely, stay here again.

I stayed here for work, it was five minutes from my job and easily accessible to all major roads. Grocery store around the corner to get groceries the complex is clean, quiet, and cozy.

Ruth Ellen's place is a gem! It is located near anything you might want or need but feels private and secluded. As a plus, Ruth Ellen is wonderful and is an excellent communicator.

Loved our time there in January! The house is a perfect gathering spot for family- fantastic kitchen outfitted with everything. Well suited for small children (with crib, single bed in roomy master) yet elegant enough for discerning adults. The activity filled basement is great for kids, teens and adults. Well done, and Thank you!

Very nice place, with three bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room and a backyard, clean and with all the amenities you may need. Everything is new, beds are really comfy and there is free coffee. Quiet and safe neighborhood, 20 minutes walk to the bus stop that takes you downtown, which is around a 35 minute ride. There are many restaurants and coffee shops around Ferndale, and the public library is only a few minutes walking from the house. Sam was attentive and always replied promptly to my messages. We were originally three people but ended adding a fourth person last minute and there was no issue at all with this! Would repeat again with this place if I travel back to Detroit.

A very pleasant experience. From check in through check out, not a single complaint. No detail overlooked in the space - from an updated and fully furnished and spacious kitchen with double oven, air fryer, large island, ample dining room seating for our family of 12, dishes, utensils, etc. to the fully stocked bathrooms...huge living room and family room...no detail for guest comfort was forgotten. Instructions/communication were clear before arrival, during our stay and at checkout. Hostess very responsive. I would stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

John is a friendly, delightful, and helpful host! His house is spacious, fun, and perfect for family gatherings! Highly recommend!

Nice place everything we needed

Was such a fun experience, with a very comfortable home. A great time coupled with an awesome host. We had lots of things going on with this vacation and a large meetup of people. Mike helped make that a comfy and stress free situation by being readily available and easy to work with. Would come back again!!
