Great spot in a great neighborhood! Loved the coffee shop around the corner. Very quiet and clean, with everything you need.

We had a good time staying at Joseph’s , everything went easy and smooth.

This is a beautiful loft in a great location right next to Eastern Market. We came into town for the Lions game and were pleased with the easy walk to Ford Field and other downtown attractions.

I booked with Arthur to do a surprise private wedding ceremony for my wife and me. I booked with another Airbnb and when I seen Arthur’s Rose loft. I knew immediately it was perfect for what I wanted to do. My wife loved it so much, as did I. Arthur had everything I needed that I forgot about with everything that was going on. I will definitely book again. You have to experience it for yourself especially if you want to have a romantic getaway without any interruptions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great place to stay if you like being able to walk to stores and restaurants. Dylan was always very quick to respond to questions that we had regarding the loft and surrounding areas. Great host. Thank you Dylan

Our experience was great, comfortable accommodations, that were just as described. A clean space with unique features, and a view too! A very nice host. Margaret prepared us prior to our arrival of the details, which eased anxiety and helped us feel welcome. She was quick to respond, went above and beyond (leaving treats) and meeting our every need. We will be back when we find our selves wanting to watch the Red Wings again and spend time in the motor city.

Me and a book club of moms needed a weekend away and Amy and Scott’s place was perfect. Scott helped us get settled in and even brought a fresh made appetizer that was so good, thoughtful, and unexpected. We spent the whole weekend reading, eating, crafting, and hanging out in the hottub. The hosts were extremely responsive and flexible leading up to the stay, then so helpful as the stay progressed. Apparently there was another group staying on property at the time but with our separate entrance we never crossed paths. Everything was clean and the kitchen had everything you could think to need. We would LOVE to stay here again and likely will. I didn’t get to meet Amy but Scott was the best host, we felt so at home and cared for. Actually we had a baby with us and he even went as far as to bring up a bin of toys for him to play with. I can’t recommend this house/family enough. They are good people offering a beautiful space in a serene location. We absolutely enjoyed our stay!

Enjoyed our stay at Ashley's loft. Great location in detroit. Was just in the perfect location! The loft itself was amazing and very nice. Ashley's photos and discription were exactly as things looked in person. Would highly recommend staying in her loft if your in or around detroit and need a place to stay.

Sharon was a GREAT!! Host the place was very nice & clean centrally located by lots of restaurants & shopping!

We stayed here in July and when we decided to travel to MI for the holidays, this was the first place we checked for availability. It is close to kids and grandkids in Ypsilanti and Dundee. We love the local restaurants and bars. The Airbnb is beautifully renovated with a wonderful kitchen and living area.

Would definitely book again love this place!
