Everything was exactly as described. Wonderful little place. The available off street parking was a huge bonus. Ty & Grace were great hosts & we were surprised with snacks when we arrived. Glad we found their place!!

This was our second stay at Zachary's place - it was just as great as our first visit! Super cozy, great local food and safe neighborhood.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at CoCo AirBnB. The location was clean, had all the amenities and was definitely worth the price. Coco was easy to communicate with. The only issue was initially it was quite hard to find but other than that, I will be staying again! Thank you for having me!

Great space right downtown in Chatham close to restaurants, the Capitol Theater, Turns and Tales and many thrift shops. The space was accurate to the photos and a great place to stay for a couple nights in Chatham. Downtown Chatham can get loud at night with car noise and people walking down the alley outside the bedroom window so if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs.

Great stay! Easy walk to nice restaurants and entertainment in Royal Oak, and a quiet spot next to parks and school.

I had an enjoyable stay at Helen's place. It was easy to find and conveniently located with a Walmart Super Store nearby. Check-in was quick with a numeric lock through a private entrance. There was a long stair case leading up to the apartment which I wasn't expecting. The unit was nice and clean with a private balcony overlooking the Sydenham River and situated right next to a bridge. I could hear a "river of cars' during rush hours which I soon got used to. The kitchen was brightly lit and well equipped with a large industrial size sink. There were two seatings to choose from for meals, between a more traditional dining table and a higher table with bar chairs. The bedroom was spacious. Despite the lack of a closet, the host was thoughtful with providing a coat rack with hangers. Helen was accommodating with my request for relatively scent free linens since I am sensitive to the scent of most laundry detergents and dryer sheets. Thank you Helen!

We had a great stay at this apartment. Ron, who lives in the house above, is very friendly and accommodating. He let us have access to a second bathroom upstairs and even loaned my husband his ski gloves. He is a super host!

I really enjoyed my stay at the house, it was in a perfect location for me, super easy to find, and simple easy check in and check out, Mateos's was always available if needed and always very responsive to any messages or communication we had during my stay, he was a great host and I would highly recommend staying here and I would certainly stay again if I'm back in the area and the home is available, especially in the summer with the home having a pool, it is winter now and the home was great it would be over the top with the pool in the summer, a great place to stay!

House is located in a quiet neighborhood, lots of space, adequate parking and had all the amenities we needed! Host is very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay and will book again for future stays!

5 stars. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. Air conditioning is quiet and works great. Check in and check out easy. Host was responsive throughout our trip. It is a little noisy due to upstairs guests.

The house was great. She had so much extra linens and blankets! The house felt warm and cozy. The deck looked great but unfortunately it was too cold to enjoy it.

Meghan’s place was easy to find and comfortable. Lots of restaurants in the area. I had a minor problem with the door lock and contacted Meghan who responded immediately and fixed the problem immediately. I was originally skeptical about renting Airbnb because I have never stayed in one myself however I was very satisfied.

I have stayed at this property multiple times. This is and will continue to be my “go to” Airbnb when visiting the area!!

Great stay. Everything was exactly as described in the listing & the communication / correspondence was thorough & prompt. A fellow artist & myself were staying in town for the week to paint murals at a new & restaurant opening up & it was exactly what we needed. An oasis of rest & relaxation! Highly recommend if anyone needs a place to stay in the area.

This is a great place to stay if you want to be right near all the downtown Ann Arbor stuff. I was in for the film festival and walking to the Michigan Theater in less than 10 minutes. Plus the treadmill and bike are a good workout option if you have a login for Peleton. Everything was clean, and the instructions provided make it really easy to find and access the apartment. All places have imperfections, and here they're just minor things that didn't particularly impact my stay: the kitchen sink has some sort of sensor that we didn't really understand, there isn't directly power access on the nightstand, and the TVs are old (so not well accessible to streaming; Netflix and Amazon Prime are possible though). However, I'm just noting these things in case they matter a lot more for other guest; not a big deal for me. The location and workout equipment made it a fantastic choice for my trip.

Easy check in and check out, the listing described the condo accurately. Kristina was an amazing host, she’s very proactive and quick to respond. She had great recommendations for food and activities around the area. The location was very peaceful!

This place was perfect. It had TVs in all the rooms, a great kitchen, clean bathrooms and comfortable living room. Corrie responded almost immediately to anything I messaged her about. It’s within walking distance to so many things! My family would definitely stay here again!

My Best friend, of 30 years, and I live 1/2 way across the country from each other. So once a year we have a girls weekend 1/2 way towards each other, which happens to be somewhere in Ohio. This time we visited Oak Harbor and stayed in Muddy Water Properties. What an idyllic setting. the birds and wildlife that came up to the 4 seasons room in the quiet of the morning was so stress relieving. We had a wonderful time catching up, laughing, crying and observing the view. Thank you for a wonderful reunion from Iowa and Virginia
