The place exactly matches the description and is one of the better Airbnbs that I have stayed in..Tanushree is a super host who was available throughout and took care of all the minute details, and also equipped the kitchen with essentials which were definitely more than enough. The Jacuzzi is an add on and the host made it extra special by providing bath salts & essential oils, which is rare in an Airbnb...Overall a worthy stay and would definitely like to visit again

Excellent Villa with modern amenities. Good linen and cleanliness. Master Chef was a very good cook and cooked very nice Konkani and Maharashtrian Veg and NonVeg food.

Ths place was simply awesome. It is a lovely property amidst nature. The food served by the caretakers was awesome and worth the price. They are very humble people and were proactive to meet our needs. The property is very beautiful surrounded with trees, and would pump up your lungs with fresh air. 🙂 Being a fitness freak I just could not have enough within and around the property. The check-in was super easy. The host and the caretaker both are responsive. I really loved it and seemed to me this place would be even great to visit during rains and even winter season. Already planning another visit.

The home is very beautiful and very well kept. We had a very pleasant and peaceful experience staying at Nivaant. Good amenities provided as well as the place was also very clean. Hassle free check-in and check-out also helps a lot.

The stay was really nice, it was very convenient, neat and clean - with really good facilities including spacious bedrooms & clean bathrooms. The kitchen made it even better. Altogether it gave a homely feeling.!

This place is located at Agardanda which is not a tourist hotspot so you have all the peace in the world. One can catch a ferry and go to Dive Agar comfortably with the car. The beach there is very nice and so is the Murud beach. Vinod - the caretaker is good but unfortunately he was not available for 2 days due to his personal commitments. He helped us on the last day. Caterer Rima did a very good job by providing us with yummy dishes. You need to order in advance (as at most places in Konkan) the food is a bit on spicy side but once told she gave as per our liking. Overall it was a delightful experience. Will definitely visit again!

I had a great stay at this Place! The property was exactly as described—spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable. It's located in a convenient spot, making it easy to access everything we needed, and the best part was how close it was to the beach! Just a short walk and we were enjoying the waves. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with great location and easy access to local spots.
