This was a lovely place to unwind, relax and take in the gorgeous views of the ocean. Very walkable to coffee and shopping areas. Right next to Boiler Point where you can watch the waves roll into the bay. Bed was very comfortable. Bathrooms clean with walk in shower and tub- take your choice. Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals and have morning coffee while enjoying the view of the coast.

What a great place for a family to come together and spend quality time! The house was more than we expected a Ray flexed to answer and solve issues that we did have. Definitely a wonderful place to visit during the Winter season and enjoy the crashing waves of the Oregon Coast. Very thankful for a well stocked kitchen, as we had 10 family members, and enjoyed cooking and preparing during the Christmas season. Absolutely a wonderful spot and we look forward to the next time! Our family vacation here was perfect. Everything was exactly as pictured/described. Our family group of 11 was comfortable in the space. As a mom of 4 small toddlers I was impressed that I didn’t have to baby proof anything but the space still felt very nice. Kitchen was well equipped with all we needed, all the appliances were efficient and functioned well. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great. Views were incredible, our family got the master and thoroughly enjoyed watching the waves from bed. Hot tub was very enjoyable. The walk to the beach access was flat and an easy distance for even the toddlers to manage easily. Dee was responsive to our questions and ahead of time everything was so well explained we didn’t really need to ask her much! Our family loved our stay here and hope to stay again. 10/10 recommend!!

The house was beautifully decorated, clean, clutter free, and a perfect place to relax. The hot tub was fabulous! The house was private and a short distance away from the the busier, downtown stretch of Lincoln City. An ideal getaway. We really appreciated how welcome our pets were and the amenity's provided. We also truly appreciated the noon checkout which allowed us to relax on our last day of vacation rather than a mad rush to get out the door. We would go back to Brad's place in a heartbeat.

We absolutely loved staying at Tim’s home with our family. The house had everything you could possibly need or want. The king bedroom had one of the more comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The kids enjoyed the carriage house having a little privacy. I also really appreciated the close distance to the beach. The private beach had some of the best tide pools I’ve seen on the Oregon coast, Tim was very good at communicating with us throughout our whole stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place to vacation at. We will definitely be renting this home in the future.

Loved staying here to celebrate our anniversary. It was clean and cozy and a super short walk to the beach. Plus the bed and bedding were the best I’ve slept in aside from my own bed, it was like home away from home. Would love to come back again!

This place exceeded my hopes and expectations. It’s a really unique configuration with essentially two adjacent places with a shared deck with a hot tub. It was perfect for my friend and I to enjoy some shared time but also be able to retreat to our private spaces. Each unit was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Beds were comfy too. It’s a very short drive to the beaches and a short walk to restaurants. Overall just a gem that I highly recommend.

What a great beach house! 4 bedroom, 2 story house allowed for the kids to play and the adults to socialize and relax. with With direct access to the beach anyone could go out whenever they felt like it. and the hot tub and pool table was SO wonderful. Very much enjoyed our stay.
