I really liked the house, it is cozy, clean, bright. It is located in a good and quiet place. There are also toys for children, which we really liked.

Our family vacation here was perfect. Everything was exactly as pictured/described. Our family group of 11 was comfortable in the space. As a mom of 4 small toddlers I was impressed that I didn’t have to baby proof anything but the space still felt very nice. Kitchen was well equipped with all we needed, all the appliances were efficient and functioned well. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great. Views were incredible, our family got the master and thoroughly enjoyed watching the waves from bed. Hot tub was very enjoyable. The walk to the beach access was flat and an easy distance for even the toddlers to manage easily. Dee was responsive to our questions and ahead of time everything was so well explained we didn’t really need to ask her much! Our family loved our stay here and hope to stay again. 10/10 recommend!!

We took a vacation with our 3 of our kids and 3 grandchildren (11 total). The house was plenty big enough, each family had a master bathroom to themselves, there was plenty of "spaces" to hang out in and relax. We never felt like we were tripping over each other. The house is absolutely beautiful, well cared for, and in a great location to the beach! Just have to cross the street...it's that close! I would highly recommend this house for anyone with a larger group as there is ample space. Was very appreciative of all the "household" items that were available as well. Most places don't supply so much stuff and it really felt like home. (Just bigger!) We will definitely look for availability in this home for a future use.

The location is amazing being a few steps away from one of the best in the area! The house was very well equipped and super comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and has a population of huge cute bunnies that our furbaby Wanda was so enamored by! Would definitely recommend!

Deb was an amazing host! Let me check in last minute and made sure everything was set and ready to go for us. The house was beautiful and clean and the beds were super comfy, we enjoyed our time there.

Paul and Elizabeth were exemplary hosts, always communicating promptly and effectively. Their farmhouse was well appointed and adorably decorated in farm-animal-themed furnishings. The fireplace was a highlight, and there was so much space! The chocolate chip cookies were also a delight to come home to after dinner. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This house is absolutely lovely. The hot tub was hot and it works well. There's ample cooking/eating wear. Plenty of pillows and beds were comfortable. The dog areas is great with the exception of the little ones can slip right under the fence. It not a large area but its perfect for getting them out. I really enjoyed my stay at this house.

Our group had a wonderful stay! The home is exactly as pictured, and was perfect for our group of 9 (ages 30 - 60). The views throughout the home are incredible, and we could not stop talking about how the kitchen had everything we needed. From an espresso machine, to a griddle, to actually having dishes/cutlery to accommodate the amount of guests the home sleeps. While we visited in February, and thus did not spend much time outside, there were no signs of going stir crazy from our group because there was space to be together and apart, and everything felt so open. The heated floors were a pleasant surprise, and added a wonderful warmth to the modern space. We would love to stay again!

Stunning! This felt like a true home-away-from home for a few days and everything about the listing was exactly as described when I checked in. I was looking for beautiful ocean views, a place directly on the water where I’d be able to feel at-home during my stay. Jane’s place absolutely nailed it. I would love to return and have already shared Jane’s place with friends looking for great stays along the coast. Our hosts were so friendly and quickly responded. The unit was spotless and well-stocked with linens and even kitchenware if you’re planning to eat in during your stay.

The best aspect of this place is the location. It is within walking distance of several good restaurants, is very close to an excellent grocery store, an art center, and one of the great walking beaches on the Oregon coast. The kitchen is well appointed; we had what we needed to make tasty meals. This is a studio, so your kitchen and bedroom are in the space. This was not a problem, however, and I enjoyed watching the waves from the comfortable king sized bed. Netflix served fine for entertainment and we heard little noise from neighbors. All in all a really nice Thanksgiving getaway.

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to amazing restaurants, yet peaceful and relaxing. Sand castle was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed. The thoughtful touches, like complimentary coffee, a cozy fireplace, great hot tub, made my stay even better. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lincoln city!

We stayed in Unit 12 on the second floor. The huge, attached patio had a wonderful view of the ocean even though there were other houses nearby. The floor plan was very spacious and comfortably furnished for our party of four (+dog). The kitchen had everything we needed. Lisa was available and on site for anything we needed. The whole place was clean and comfortable. I would say the only drawbacks would be there was only one bathroom and the closest beach access was a little challenging for someone who might not be in great shape. Although, there was easier beach access on the next street over which was a pleasant enough stroll. All in all, we had a wonderful time at Beachcombers… we really felt at home which made our vacation especially relaxing.

The host was incredibly to work with and responded quickly. She was accommodating and easy to work with. The space was beautiful and the view was great. I wish I had paid better attention to the listing because there were lots of stairs and no elevator.

We thoroughly enjoyed every second at this quaint studio condo on the beaches of Newsokwin! This was our first time to see the Pacific and my what a show it put on for us! And this condo allowed for the perfect location to see majestic waves, wildlife, and sunsets! We walked to and ate at the on property restaurant for both evening meals and it was superb! We took drives up and down 101 since this was a great location for that. It’s was just perfect for my husband and I to enjoy some of what this area has to offer! The locals were very friendly and we’d definitely recommend this stay and little village!

This was the perfect getaway for my husband and I! It was our first time attending The Seafood and Wine Festival in the area and we wanted to make the most of our short stay. This condo was so cozy, neatly decorated and had all the amenities you would need for any length of stay. It was very family-friendly, with extra linens, bedding and bed options for any age. The views were spectacular and it was like a dream we didn't want to wake up from! There are also many food options within walking distance, beach access, plenty of exploring and shopping options and Uber even picked us up to venture farther with no problem. We highly recommend this location and the Host! We will definitely be back!!!

A home away from home, so peaceful and amazing location with incredible view of the ocean. Patio is private which was a pleasant surprise! Love the comfy big couch situated next to window with gorgeous view. Bed was extremely comfortable and it was evident a lot of thought went into all the details of comfort, with ample pillows, blankets, comfy furniture, everything you need in kitchen. I would highly recommend this location and cannot wait to come back!!

This is a great little condo overlooking the bay. We really enjoyed our stay. They have lots of little personal touches and things available to you like condiments in the fridge, extra pillows and blankets, shampoo/conditioner, even makeup wipes. Michelle was very proactive in her communication and even messaged us early on check in day that we could check in early. It was cute, clean and convenient to Lincoln City.

Great place and location! There was plenty of whatever you needed for your stay. The only thing ...but very minor. Air vents needed cleaning

This condo is fantastic! It is equipped with everything you would need on vacation. We enjoyed the recliner chairs sitting facing the ocean. The view and sound was so wonderful! Would definitely rent again! Can't wait for the next trip to the beach!!!
