The Lost Cabin was a beautiful, stylish and pristine space. Very cosy even in mid-winter, we were always comfortable. David was most friendly and we'd love to stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the spa lodge - it was such a peaceful and private setting with the garden being perfectly suited for our dog and the beach a stones throw away. Tim was incredibly helpful at check in and provided us with an extensive list of things to do in the local area - a 10/10 experience and would highly recommend a visit. Thanks Tim!

we had the most amazing stay. felt like home and we are missing it already. the hot tub was huge. surroundings were stunning. we were lucky enough to have clear skies at night which meant we could do some star gazing from the jacuzzi. amazing. the canin had everything we needed. cosy and clean. loved it.

We loved our stay at The Old Chicken House. It was wonderful to enjoy the evening sunshine with a drink sat at the table at the top of the steps. The view of the hills is stunning. The treats left were delicious thank you and we had a good nights sleep on the comfy mattress. We loved the decor, woodwork and open plan layout. It’s a gem on the Blackdown Hills.

Recently stayed here with my girlfriend for our anniversary, Sally went above and beyond by adding those extra special touches with balloons, banners & a bottle of Prosecco. Hot tub was on and ready for us to use when we arrived, we even had some chocolate muffins as a little treat waiting for us. Beautiful homely touches that made it feel like home from home. Peaceful & clean! We visited nearby pub for food called the Jack Russell the food & staff were absolutely fantastic! We would definitely recommend staying with sally to our friends and family. We can’t wait to return later in the year with the kids!

We had an amazing time with family. Once kids went sleep a quality time with my husband. Definitely recommend ❤️ I just hope that we will come back there very soon

Just returned from a few days at the Bunkhouse. We had a great time start to finish. Jill kept in touch, making checkin and out very straightforward. The accomodation was clean and tidy and everything was as expected. The location was great for exploring the north Devon area, and it was so peaceful. We also enjoyed some star gazing, being away from town lights, the views were spectacular. We also enjoyed meeting the donkeys, who were very friendly. for shopping there is a Sainsburys at Bude, not too far away. We also tried the local Inn at Bradworthy, great food and reasonably priced. All in all this is a great place to visit, we would recommend to others and will visit again in the future 🙂

Absolutely fabulous holiday home! Louise&Ian greeted us on arrival, they were lovely. They had put up some birthday banners for my husband, as it was his birthday. It was a really kind touch - along with the delicious homemade scones and dog biscuits which our dog loved! Louise&Ian were really accommodating with our 6month old son. The views were gorgeous and the walks along the beach were brilliant. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you Louise&Ian!

My second visit - just as good as the last. Very clean, great facilities, ideal for Lemmy (my dog) and me.

Perfect little get away, made us switch off from reality and gave us a well needed break. Would definitely recommend this for a getaway!

The Cabin was perfect for us and although our stay was short this time, we would love to return for a bit longer. Amy was the perfect host and we're so glad to have found her place. The house was beautiful and well arranged. We enjoyed watching the ponies and being surrounded by gorgeous countryside....thank you, Amy.

This was our third time at Hare’s Lodge. It was peaceful and relaxing with beautiful views. Clean and comfortable as always. Our dogs love running around in the orchard. All in all a very happy family time away. We will be returning soon.

What a great find! The Log Cabin was a perfect base for the pair of us exploring Devon. After busy days on the coast or in Dartmoor, it was great to BBQ in the big garden, watching evening fall and the swallows dart about. It’s compact but doesn’t feel like that owing to Belinda’s clever use of space and décor. The pictures are accurate. Whatever space you’re in feels spacious and even sumptuous. I could be in the kitchen happily doing my thing while my partner lounged in the pleasant living room. Belinda is a great host, very helpful, coming to our rescue several times. We look forward to returning.

We had a great stay at 'Le Shack'. The lodge had everything we needed, very well equipped, extremely clean and super comfy beds. We used the onsite pool a couple of times, which was great and not busy. Fabulous location, with great views out to sea and a gorgeous beach right on your doorstep. Nice stop off at the Cliff Top Cafe on the way back up!! The pancake stack was delicious! Would definitely come back for another stay. We loved this part of Cornwall. Danny is a very responsive host. Thanks again🙂

A fabulous location with beautiful views. Quiet and serene. The accommodation was well equipped for a comfortable stay. Our dogs particularly appreciated the large garden space to sniff!

Id highly recommend staying here! A very unique place to stay, the cabin itself and the garden it’s in is really beautiful. It feels very private. All the details inside have been really thought about, and has everything we needed. It’s felt so relaxing and luxurious. There are so many nice touches everywhere such as the stoneware, and bed linen. The outdoor shower made us feel a lot more connected with nature each morning, and the outdoor hot bathtub after we’d built a good fire was lovely after such a long drive. Kitchen has all the things you’d need, and as a bit of a coffee person having a v60 and filters in the cupboard was a really nice touch. The local farm eggs were a real treat! We utilised the communal barn as well (again a very well thought out space), which has a big oven etc. We really loved it here. Many thanks again to Henry and Ania, we can’t wait to come back!

We had a lovely stay. The lodge is in a peaceful, rural location but a short drive to some stunning beaches. The lodge itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing family get away.

We really enjoyed this beautiful wooden cabin. It was warm, cosy and quiet and just what we needed for a retreat weekend away from our busy lives. The location was stunning, set within a forest with gorgeous views over the devonshire countryside. Thank you to our host for a wonderful experience. We hope to come back again one day.

Jonathan and Jenny were great hosts and the Cabin was spotless and very comfortable. The cream tea was a lovely touch and it was just a really relaxing place to return to after exploring the local area - highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay here. The location and views are beautiful and peaceful with plenty to do in the surrounding areas. The cabin was clean and cosy and had everything you need for a wonderful stay - the outdoor bath was a lovely extra. Simon is an excellent host, very responsive and helped us with hiring bikes fast and easy :) We can’t recommend this place enough and look forward to returning!

We stayed at this lovely spot for just one night, so peaceful and relaxed. The hot tub was fantastic, really private and secluded. Great little kitchen to cook in, if not going to the pub! Garage just round the corner well stocked with food and wine. Wi-Fi was a bit hit and miss but we went for peace and quiet which is just what we got! The host Nathan was very friendly and helpful and explained everything on arrival, would not hesitate to return very soon!

Lovely little quaint spot, our little cabin stay was just what we were after. Everything was set and ready for us including a warm room and pre heated hot tub. It sounds strange but I particularly liked the outdoor bathroom set up! The outdoor shower gets surprisingly hot and even has a temperature gage. We really liked the town being small and enjoyed the local canal walk. The only thing we need to do is come back in apple season! Helen was proactive and very quick to respond to any messages. Thanks for being so attentive, we really enjoyed our stay.
