Spent a few days here over Christmas. It's such a beautiful house and has everything you could possibly need for cooking, hosting etc. Lovely, clean and comfortable bed and plenty of blankets and dog accessories. Our Jack Russell had a lovely time too. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us! (note 2 flights of stairs upon entrance, so not ideal for disabled people)

Absolutely loved our stay!! Tara was extremely helpful upon check-in, and greeted us at the lodge on our arrival. She had a cream tea waiting for us which was delicious! Tara also offered us a lift into Looe if we needed (especially if it was raining) which we were very appreciative of. The spacious accommodation was spotless, and Tara provided everything you could possibly need to make it a home-from-home, from kitchen cooking and cleaning essentials to a washing machine and ironing board. Despite the British winter weather, we enjoyed using the hot tub in the evenings and the view from the garden overlooking the river was breathtaking. A very comfortable place to stay and we would definitely return. Thank you for your hospitality Tara!

I loved my stay in this beautiful, cosy studio. Considerate and generous hosts, were proactive in ensuring I had everything I needed. Complimentary small bottle of wine and milk etc. to arrive to! They also invited me to join yoga classes at their incredible studio just upstairs. There's a door (which locks from the inside of the studio flat) but enters into the yoga studios, so you don't even have to go outside for the morning sessions! What a treat- would definetly stay again! Thank you so much both, for a perfect stay

A hi-spec hi-tec apartment with stunning views across Plymouth Sound. Walks to Rame Head and Mount Edgecombe from the door. Good selection of nearby pubs - the Devonport Inn in particular. Natasha was very helpful. We had a fabulous stay - highly recommended!

We have just spent two nights in this cosy flat.. And it was a great few days stay. Amy was very good responding to us with anything we asked. And we would stay there again.

Carl was wonderful. Having a separate kitchen was amazing. The outdoor space was really good and calming with the stream flowing in the garden. Bed was very comfy too. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Such an enjoyable stay at Ali’s home. Immaculately presented and decorated extremely well. Was so peaceful. Wonderful beds and linen. Great kitchen which allowed us to cook for our family that we were visiting. Our dog loved it too Would love to come back again in the summer. Thank you Ali ❤️

Superb! Beautifully decorated, clean and spacious property with some lovely personal touches, and in a quiet location. It had everything I needed for a very comfortable stay. Chris was friendly, responsive and helpful. I couldn’t ask for more, I’ll definitely be booking again.

Had the good fortune to stay at Rich's place for a second time this week and as before just a great place, it has everything you need for your stay, nice and warm and comfortable and very clean and comes with driveway parking. Brilliant.

Visiting Plymouth for a competition at the mayflower life centre. Perfect distance to the pool peaceful evening yo unwind. House was spotless quiet and comfortable. Perfect stay thank you xx

Amy was a pleasure to deal with and the house was huge and lots of original features. Very close to the train station and not far from HMS Raleigh as we were there for my sons passing out parade. Had a fab time and the house is loverly well worth the money 👍

Richard was a great host, able to answer any questions with quick responses. The house was lovely, very spacious and clean. We had what we needed for a comfortable stay. Spacious bedrooms, cosy comfy beds too. There is a little spar shop for emergency supplies but I'd recommend a trip to Kingsbridge to do a bigger shop for what you need. The kitchen is equipped with all you need. The garden is neat and tidy and a prefect place to sit and enjoy the country air. Our 3 dogs were welcomed and loved the space too. Thankyou for having us, Richards place is worth checking out.

We instantly felt at home here. The house has been done up lovely and it gives a calm and inviting feel to it. Everything was as described and we would definitely return.

The cottage is cosy and beautiful with all necessary amenities. The details provided were clear and precise. The local suggestions by Janet about restaurants and outing really helped us. We were welcomed with sweet treats. Our 6 year appreciated this gesture a lot. We had booked our stay for 3 nights and our little one liked this cottage so much that she wanted us to extend our stay.

This is a fantastic place to stay for a family celebration - ours was for our son's 21st. It is a super house that is spacious and very well equipped, in a fantastic location. All the rooms were well presented with the bedrooms as good as most top-end hotels with dressing gowns and quality bathroom supplies. The kitchen was also very well-equipped and set up for those who really want to self-cater as a "master chef". If you don't want to cook Joyce provided us with a number of local recommendations. We celebrated with a Birthday Lunch at The Sardine Factory where the fish in particular was "epic"! The close proximity to the beach and dog walks along the coastal path was brilliant for our labrador to be able to run free and make a number of new friends! A baby gate was provided to ensure he didn't wander from the ground floor when back at the house. We didn't use all the facilities, but were very happy to stay in this fabulous house with a great host! Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Victoria was super helpful and it was easy to contact her asking recommendations during our stay. The apartment is in a super location, walking distance to the town centre, the hoe and the Barbican. There is a Tesco 2 minutes away. Lovely, homely flat, a real home from home. Clifford and Mary were the perfect host with a beautiful home. The property had everything we needed to meet our needs. It was spotless and well maintained. The property itself is set in a beautiful location just a stones throw away from a selection of little beach coves. We spent quite a few days with our children enjoying the beach, searching for sea glass which is there in abundance. It's als close to Plymouth which provides plenty of options to explore Devon and Cornwall. There's a lovely pub just down the road from the property which provides excellent food and a great local vibe. Clifford and Mary made our family honeymoon the perfect week away. Thanks so much 😁

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Kevin & Jess’s property. They were very responsive and provided very detailed information about the place. In terms of the apartment itself, I quite liked how tucked away it was as it felt more safe. It was gorgeous and let in a lot of natural light during the day. They also stocked up with a few basic essentials, which was appreciated.

Absolutely stunning location and views of the sea and beach, even though the weather was a bit choppy the first few days, it made exploring that little bit more adventurous. Lovely appartment, we've stayed here every year for the last 3 years and Bronwen never lets us down, always greatfull, hopefully be back again next year.🤞 Tash & Rob

Pro: perfect location, close to the Hoe and walkable distance to city centre and Barbican. Chloe provides daily parking permit which is super helpful! Any very easy to find a parking space in Citadel Road. Welcome milk and chocolate. We love them. Plenty choices of seasoning for cooking, cleaning tools and laundry detergent. Con: The sound transfers easily between floors. The kids wake up 6:50 - 7:10am every morning and start to running and jumping. It becomes quite loud, making it difficult for my 1 year old baby to keep sleeping. You will never late for a morning meeting if you are having a business travel, but you may carefully consider if you want to wake up naturally. A little bit dusty at the beginning that I cannot stop sneezing. But get better when I wiped the blinds and put those artificial flowers in closets.

Stayed for 2 nights. Perfect location for us visiting family. Great communication from hosts and clear instructions on finding them, parking etc. Friendly welcome, house exactly as described with appreciated extras such as milk in the fridge. Really cozy with everything we needed. We'll happily use again. Many Thanks!

Visiting with my daughter who had an interview at the university. Great apartment in a good location. Nice quality throughout, fresh smell and good feel to the place. Good location and seems a good neighbourhood. Parking easy as I’ve got the App. Communication brilliant from the start and would stay again if my daughter chooses here for university. Thank you
