A lovely property towards the top of town, it’s ideally located for local shops, some fantastic pubs and, of course, access to some of the most beautiful parts of Devon. Great walking. Would suit most abilities and the dogs loved it too. At the end of the walks I’d suggest any of the three pubs that position themselves along the estuary. All dog friendly, they offer local ales/spirits and some delicious food. The mussels at The Dolphin are a real treat.

We spent 2 nights here and were very very impressed with everything. The cleanliness of the cabin, the little details for birthdays and if you take your dog, the garden area and there is even a little trolley to get all your luggage to the cabin! Literally everything has been thought of. Will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family. Thank you very much Claire!

Lovely place very clean , it is a hill up to it if you have anyone elderly just be mindful car park was grand across the road you have to pay between us all it wasn't much and it's free in the evening till morning , everything was in the house hair dryers etc and everything is spotless great hosts

Absolutely amazing place. Accommodation is fitted to a very high standard and the view is absolutely incredible. Very grateful we got to enjoy the terrace whilst the sun was out. Great location with a short (but steep) walk down to the beach. Would definitely visit again.

We had a wonderful time at the Old Tea Hut. It’s beautifully decorated, spacious, with the most amazing views. A special place to stay regardless of the season, we were treated to mostly sunny weather (the sunset was incredible across the bay!) but even on a rainy day it was great to look out and enjoy the property. Lots to do in the local area - we enjoyed a good dinner at the Finnygook Inn, golf at Whitsand Bay Golf Club, and lunch at the Cliff Top Cafe.

It’s quite simply a beautiful place to be. Water views to the front - from the terrace, the lounge, kitchen and bedrooms. Fields to the rear. As the hours pass and the tides change, so does the wildlife. It’s just mesmerising. We spent a week, as a family - 3 siblings and our mum. The 4 bedrooms are all a great size, really comfortable beds, good linen. The living areas are spacious and well equipped. The covered terrace is just the best place - even when the weather takes a turn and that’s where we spent most of our time, watching the waters change and the birds fly and feed. Thank you Mark, for all your great communication and for this stunning home. It was everything.

Stayed here over the New Year period and it was perfect. Great location, the sea view was spectacular and the log burner was a great addition given the cold weather. Local pubs were so friendly and food was great. Will definitely return, thank you.

Just returned from 3 nights at beautiful sea mist , such a special place . We loved sitting looking out at the beautiful view , spent lots of time in the hot tub & enjoyed walks to the local cafe . Perfect escape from it all . We found the property really easily using three words which was very helpful . Suzanne responded quickly & was very helpful . It was very busy & we would say the only negative is lack of parking as this proved tricky . But apart from that we had an amazing time x

We had a wonderful stay—this place is a gem. The view over the sea is absolutely stunning, with sunsets that felt like something out of a painting. Access to the beach made it ideal for our family of three (plus one very happy dog). Peaceful, comfortable, and the perfect setting to properly switch off and recharge.
