Nagyon jól esett nekünk minden nap a kedves kiszolgálás és a vendégszeretet, amit kaptunk! :) Szuper, szállodai szintű ellátásban volt részünk, főleg az étkezésekre gondolok! Babi és Mudu gondoskodása pedig megkoronázta a napokat! Mindenkinek szívből ajánlom, hogy nálatok töltse a nyaralását Sri Lankán, biztosan nem fog csalódni! We are very glad that we were with you this summer! We really enjoyed the kind service and hospitality we received every day! :) We had super, hotel-level care, especially the meals! And Babi and Mudu's care crowned the days! I wholeheartedly recommend everyone to spend their vacation in Sri Lanka with you, you will definitely not be disappointed!

It is impossible to sum up just how welcome we were made to feel from the minute we arrived until departure. The villa was beautiful and the pool exquisite- large to relax and swim and spotlessly clean . The inside exactly as described. But the experience was made special due to the wonderful staff, Gihan and his team, who could not do more to make the stay so special. Beautiful breakfasts showcasing Sri Lankan specialities and home cooked food for dinner if wanted for a reasonable cost. He also drove willingly to nearby Hikkaduwa so able to eat out on as many nights as one wanted. However they also respected guests desire for privacy - a difficult balance to achieve. They went above and beyond anything we might have hoped for. The villa is a little remote but one knows that before booking and the tranquility more than made up for the inability to walk to restaurants. I would highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat.

Great responsive host, Jeewantha and his wife were very helpful. Beautiful villa by the river only minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is a good size with a beautiful balcony and big windows and faces a lovely garden and river. You can walk, crossing the train tracks, to a nice beach where you can swim have nice fruit and juices and surf. The apartment also has a fridge and stuff to cook, great for a family. We love it and recommend to others.

The Palm Beach Villa was absolutely amazing! Piyal, the house manager, was waiting for us at the airport, and drove us to the Villa, even tho we arrived early in the morning. There was a wonderful breakfast waiting for us upon our arrival. Piyal and Sujami took such great care of us during the day, and Sumith was there all night, which made us feel very safe. We weren't expecting the high level of pampering we received from the 3 of them. It really made our stay truly relaxing. The Villa and grounds are beautiful! The dogs were an added surprise, and were definitely part of the experience :) The pool was heavenly! The beach was right there!!! and was so beautiful and virtually empty! Watching and helping with the morning fishermen was an experience we will never forget! The location is so private, but close enough to many of the island's attractions. Piyal was a gracious host, driver, and AMAZING cook!!! Sujami was so sweet and helpful. Sumith was great! Will def be back!

The villa is in a beautiful surroundings, overlooking a rice field. The villa is very spacious with swimming private pool. We thouroughly enjoyed out stay here. Christa was very helpful. The helper onsite is really very helpful, and responsive. Only negative I would say is it was far from attractions and main city. Beach is around 4 kms and getting a transport here is a challenge. Booking vehicles in advance to move around could help. The approach road is narrow around 100 mts from the main road.

One of our all-time favourite accomodations, from over 40 countries visited. What we loved: - falling asleep with the sound of waves, which was perfect (not too loud, not too low) - our mornings and sunsets on the terrace of the building - the location inside the forest, and on top of the cliffs - nature all around us, with nice fauna (varan, monkeys, peacocks, small birds) visiting us. Don’t worry, there is nothing dangerous, they avoid people - The access to the cliff which is just a couple of steps away from the villas. Very good place for sunsets and meditation after - The pool is really nice for relaxing swimming at the end of the day - Near 2 beaches : Jungle beach (amaaaazing place) and Unawatuna beach, also very nice - Small cozy restaurants just outside the villas - A lot of space inside, very comfortable beds & pillows - The host and personnel are top-notch. Hospitality at next level. It was my wife’s 25th birthday and they helped us make it memorable. Great experience!

We traveled as a group of 6 to Villa Acres Green for a one-night getaway. The place was truly beyond our expectations and the pictures don’t do justice to the place! The property is spacious and gives you a sense of seclusion from the rest of the world. The vast garden is scattered with lots of trees, a pond and a well maintained lawn with benches and hammocks for a nice evening chill. The pool is much bigger than you’d expect and was clean. The tiles in the pool are starting to break so a little caution would be advised. We opted to get our food prepared at the property. The BBQ dinner was excellent, but the Sri Lankan breakfast (kiri bath) was only average. It’s possible that the food maybe a hit of miss in our experience. The rooms were nice; spacious and clean! The A/C cooled well which was more than appreciated since the days were scorching! All in all, we had a fantastic experience at the property and would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Hikkaduwa.

Moss Villa was more than just a home for our family for 3 weeks! It was just perfect. We had a happy time in this spacious bright clean tranquil green place with its large garden & brilliant pool. So relaxing, so private, so exotic. The well equipped kitchen is great (only a toaster is missing). It’s not too far from town (15 mins walk) & only a scooter or TukTuk ride away from the beaches. We loved the big porch, watching monkeys, peacocks, birds, fire flies & lizards… The pool gets cleaned twice a week & a weekly clean keeps the villa super tidy & the beds/towels fresh! Our 10 year old daughter loved jumping in the pool & we loved the sun loungers. It is such a quiet space in the jungle. We spent more time there than on the beach, as it was so relaxing. Highly recommend this wonderful villa! We will try & book again next year! Already missing our Moss Villa! Thank you for making our stay so unforgettable! 🙏

Vi bodde i huset i sex veckor och gladdes mycket över generösa utrymmen överlag. Huset är väl placerat med gångavstånd till många olika restauranger och barer. Avståndet till stränder är något längre, ca 1,5 km. Personalen tog väl hand om oss och var lyhörda för eventuella önskemål. De kunde ordna transporter av skilda slag och hjälpte till med allt vi undrade över. En i personalen kunde mot en mindre ersättning laga underbart god lankesisk mat som vi åt i den stora matsalen med plats för åtta personer. Poolen överraskade oss, den är finare än som framgår av bilderna. Ett litet minus är att trädgården runt huset är liten och utsikten från poolen är en mur. På muren kunde man ibland se apor och ekorrar och på gräsytorna spankulerade påfåglar. AC finns i sovrummen men ingen sådan i sällskapsutrymmen vilket ibland gör dessa svåra att använda. Köket är mycket basic. Ugnen som anges i beskrivningen finns i personalköket men den kunde vi använda.

Wir haben uns bei Chami wirklich extrem wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist tatsächlich zwischen den Bäumen und in die Natur integriert. Was zuerst absolut neu für uns war, ist sehr schnell gemütlich geworden. Nicht zuletzt weil das Personal wirklich freundliche, zuvorkommende und liebe Menschen sind. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich, individuell gestaltet und sehr lecker gewesen. Gepaart mit dem Ambiente also ein toller Start in den Tag! Unser Zimmer war einfach gehalten, was aber für unsere Zwecke komplett ausreichend war. Alles Nötige ist auf jedenfall vorhanden und der Deckenventilator sorgt auch für genug Abkühlung. Für die,die mögen, ist die Naturdusche auch ein tolles Erlebenis - mit Glück erhascht man sogar einen Blick auf Affen! Trotz ein paar kleiner Löcher in dem Mückennetz, hat es seinen Zweck total erfüllt & wer mit Ohrstöpseln schläft hat auch kein Problem mit den Umgebungsgeräuschen. Jeder der in Hikkaduwa ist sollte hier unbedingt einen Halt machen!

Loved the visit to the Villa for our 2nd week in Sri Lanka. Madara and Amila were great housekeepers and the previews reviews were correct amazing home cooked food, I would say better curries than the restaurants and done just your liking and whatever we wanted they made for us. Amazing. Very accommodating to our needs, even though they live on site they gave us enough privacy to not let it affect us. I would definitely recommend this villa. The one criticism I would have is that the neighbourhood was quite noisy, dogs barking even in the middle of the night (luckily we brought ear plugs) the man selling bread and the tune he played all the time. Lots of fireworks going off from 7am in the morning due to it approaching New Year and noise from other houses, music etc but it may be again because of the New Year approaching and people celebrating and then all the nature sounds (which we love) - it didn’t really bother us too much but thought I would Mention this if want peace/quiet

My family had 5 nights in this delightful house which was a perfect antidote to 10 days of rushing around the island of Sri Lanka. It was so relaxing and greatly benefited from having private staff who dealt with everything we could possible have wanted. There is a private chef who went out of his way to prepare whatever we asked for, 3 meals a day if needed. He only charged us for the ingredients required to prepare those meals which included a range of seafoods (e.g. huge prawns and seer fish), fresh fruit and very tasty Sri Lankan main dishes and deserts - nothing was too much trouble and he should be justly proud of his cooking skills, some of the best meals we tasted on our trip. They happily took us out on the tuk-tuk to local shops and will arrange local tours but we were "toured out" by the time we got there. The pool is fantastic (and huge!) and the grounds are constantly maintained by "Uncle". I cannot say anything but positive things, but do bring the bug sprays!

Absolutely magical place. If you are a nature lover, this is a dream come true. Me and my husband stayed in Ganguli for 10 nights and we loved every second of it. Gonapinuwala is close enough to the beach and nearest bigger town - Hikkaduwa, but at the same time it is far enough to be in a calm place, away from other tourists. The garden that surrounds the house is natural, so it feels like living in a beautiful jungle, with monkeys jumping on the trees and endemic birds sitting on the branches (Sri Lanka Grey Hornbill visited us!). But you shouldn't worry, it never feels unsafe, we've never seen any dangerous animals or anything like that. Chandana and Krishna are unbelievably helpful and kind, they just made us feel like home. They are always ready to give advice or organize transport. I hope they will read it, so Chandana and Krishna, let me thank you again! You made our trip even more exceptional. You are the best!

We hadden een heel leuke tijd in Karin haar. Alles is perfect in orde en schoon! Leuk strand op wandelafstand en alles is gemakkelijk bereikbaar met de tuktuk driver. Sathish de house manager was heel vriendelijk en gemakkelijk bereikbaar bij vragen.

Incredible stay at Villa 948. What an amazing location! Just loved it. The place is right on the beach and has a mini pool which was lovely to chill in. Great restaurants at walking distance. The manager Gayaan was super helpful and helped us with what we needed. Very spacious common area helped the 6 of us have an amazing fun time. Can’t recommend this place enough. Totally worth it!

Our stay at Wigis villa was wonderful. The villa itself is located in a perfect spot allowing you immediate access to the beach as well as the Main Street with all its cafes, shops and restaurants, on the other side. The villa is a haven of tranquility, in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the town. Inside, the house is fully equipped and very well kept. The garden was beautiful and our children had many hours of fun in the lovely pool. Lastly what really made it great was the excellent team on hand. The team prepared beautiful breakfasts each day, together with lunch and dinners on request. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We hope to be back!

Our family of four absolutely loved Cecilia’s house. It is located in the middle of the paddy fields with lots of nature and wild life to enjoy. During our three day stay we saw peacocks, fireflies, giant lizards, squirrels, monkeys and a giant spider! Just be warned that there are also many mosquitos in the house so bring your bug spray. Cecilia’s staff were also very attentive who prepared us nice Sri Lankan dishes for breakfast and dinner. They made our kids separate western dishes. Thank you Cecilia!

Coconut tree villa is such a special place. The location is really incredible, so peaceful, surrounded by jungle with birds, monkeys and peacocks. Our children loved the pool and were made to feel like royalty by the staff on site. We had a few lovely meals prepared by the lovely ladies for extra cost. Roshan the tuk tuk driver took us to the market to choose some fish, but beware, we were scammed when we went ventured off from him to buy fruit, spending £17 on a few items! The town is a 5 min tuk tuk ride away and we paid 600 ruppee each way, directly to Roshan. We were provided with a mobile and we just called him once we had finished at the beach and he arrived in miniutes. Lesley is a fantastic host, and responded to our requests. We had the most incredible start to our trip and wished we had booked longer, we cant wait to return to CTN!

We stayed for a week as a family of four and really enjoyed it. The location is great—right on the beach and just a short walk or tuk tuk ride to restaurants and shops. The kids were well entertained with both the pool and the beach. The surf directly in front of the villa can be a bit rough (classic beach break), but there are plenty of safer snorkeling spots and good surf not far away. We appreciated the quiet and peaceful setting. The villa manager and team were helpful and responsive throughout our stay.

Henry and everyone at Villa 80 was extremely lovely and welcoming. The place is a great find, really good location, amazing pool, the list goes on and on. We were visiting for a friend's wedding and was so glad Henry could accommodate us. Would highly recommend and return. Thank you Henry!

We enjoyed our stay in Serendipity very much! The bungalow is excellent, the pool phantastic with a wonderful view around rice fields and the nature, like in a tropical garden! Satish is a great host and very helpful during the whole stay! He organised everything we asked for! We had a wonderful time in Sri Lanka, thank you for this great experience

AMAZING- YOU MUST GO! The house is beautiful quite colonial in style, on one level with fabulous four poster beds with mesh mosquito nets (although we weren’t bothered by mosquitoes). Lovely quality bedding and fluffy white towels. Outside the tropical garden and pool are just stunning and the wildlife is spectacular! Chaminda the on site chef prepared the best food that we ate in the whole of our stay and your wish is his command. Doing the shopping preparation and even the clearing up. His attention to detail is wonderful, and all this at a very low cost! A lovely humble man! And Kosala the house Tuk Tuk driver is an absolute joy, we became instant friends and had so much fun together. Kosalas knowledge of the island is immense and he can advise on everything from shopping to sights and restaurant recommendations.We shall miss him. Gizelle is a super host and more, from the point that you book untill the time of your return. She has great knowledge and organisation skills
