Very good vommunication, clean and modern appartment, decently equipped, nicely located to city center, a not too busy pedestrian walk outside the terrace. It was very good for our short stay visiting Christchurch, we would have definitely liked to stay longer at Johns place!

The apartment is in a great central location with very clear check in instructions and great off-street parking that accommodated our large vehicle. A child friendly space and our hosts set up the extra bedding before our arrival. A bit of road noise at night but nothing that was problematic. The kitchen had everything we needed as did the laundry. We enjoyed our stay!

A perfect stay in the heart of Christchurch This is my go-to place whenever I visit the Garden City — I’m a returning guest and always look forward to staying here. The location is exceptional, with most of the CBD within easy walking distance. The host is incredibly responsive, which makes every stay seamless. I really appreciate having Sky TV Sport available — it's perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The place is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Highly recommended!

Good value place to stay in central Christchurch. The apartment was centrally located and only 5-10 minutes’ walk from the centre of the city. Walkable from an evening meal out! Apartment had every amenity including fully functioning washer dryer and dishwasher. Everything was clean and modern and the kitchen area was well equipped with lots of pots, pans and utensils. We were very pleased with our stay. Communications were super quick! Thanks.

The place was as described, cosy and comfortable for 2. Super convenient with supermarket just nearby and easily walkable to shops and restaurants. Just note that there's 3 flights of stairs up into the apartment- we could carry up our luggages so no issues.

Barry’s place was perfect for our day. It had everything that we needed in regards to self catering and comfort. The location was very handy and we would definitely stay here again thank you.

We absolutely loved staying at Shan & Lauren’s place. All instructions were super clear and easy to follow (photos included) and their place had a nice homey feeling to it. The couches and beds were super comfortable as well! We are spending 3 weeks travelling and wish we find another place like this along our travels. We highly recommend this stay!

Thank you so much for a fabulous stay. The apartment is beautiful and one street from the beach front and Brighton Jetty. Inside is so clean, bright and modern. The shops are so close - at the end of the street and the cheapest fuel around the corner. Also, a short drive or bus trip into Christchurch central, and many other areas. New Brighton is a developing area, due to location and proximity. The old is being replaced with new and modern. We were a little surprised when we drove into the area/street. It initially seemed like a very low-socio economic area, but as we explored we could see the potential and the work in progress. Our four days at the apartment were sensational. We joined the New Brighton Club(at the end of the street). $5 for a months membership, this allowed us to buy drinks with our meals. The food was fabulous and very well priced. Also, we were always able to park on the street outside the apartment.

Accommodation was in a great location opposite the park. Apartment was as described. Easy walk into city. Really enjoyed staying there.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rachel’s place in Christchurch. Like all have noted it is clean, classy and comfortable. We loved the location which is close to shopping, recreation and dining. Rachel is also an awesome host giving us help when needed and spot on recommendations. I encourage everyone else to book Rachel’s condo! You won’t be disappointed.

Our stay was great and the location was great. Having some extra space and a garage but being able to walk everywhere was perfect. If I’m in town again I would stay there again.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Susan’s apartment in Christchurch! As a family of four, we found the space perfect and very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. The location was ideal, close to everything with a café on the corner, making it easy for us to explore Christchurch. We highly recommend Susan’s place to anyone visiting the area.

Christchurch is a beautiful place, I was working this trip, but best spot to stay, I recommend this highly Cheers Colin

Great lace to stay for my latest work trip to Christchurch. Cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops close by and good to be right next to Hagley Park for walks and events. Really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back again soon - thank you.
