The house was clean and tidy with a large kitchen and separate dining area. all 6 double bedrooms were spacious. The owner responded to messages immediately. The main city centre is on 10 minutes away by taxi. ($2)

This is one of my favorite places I've ever stayed in. A lovely design, a great location, and a fantastic price. And there are pet turtles! That's just awesome. The space is down an alley with a trendy 24-hour cafe. It's a little bit out of the way from major attractions, but I got a Grab pickup near the main road whenever I was traveling around.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in HCMC. Phoenix’s place was a fabulous character filled house in a local neighbourhood with excellent coffee, pastries and street food close by, and a wonderful park a couple of blocks away. The owners were attentive and very responsive to our needs. The rooftop was wonderful for evening drinks!

Chị host rất dễ thương, nhiệt tình, reply lại các thắc mắc rất nhanh chóng. Vì mình cần check in phòng sớm nên có liên hệ, chị cũng rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ. Phòng sạch sẽ, giống như hình trên app. Vị trí thuận tiện để di chuyển đi chơi giữa các quận cũng như ra sân bay. 💙💙

Very nice host

We enjoyed staying here since it’s closed to SGN and not too far to Saigon central and yet no traffic going out to other Provinces such as Bình Dương, Biên Hoà, Đà Lạt.

This luxury apartment is huge for the area in D1 with 24/7 security. the apartment is beautiful and quiet. The restroom can use a bit of remodeling. The gym was clean. The rooftop with city skyline view and pool was nice.

Everything as described, easy check-in and responsive host.

Clean, spacious and comfortable stay. There’s a security on site 24/7 so it’s very safe. Similar to a hotel, there’s a placard you can put outside to have the apartment cleaned daily if needed. There’s a small washer you can use to do laundry as well. 5 stars, highly recommended. Would stay again for future visit.

Eine gute Wohnung, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir sind meistens mit dem Grab in die Innenstadt gefahren, dafür war es aber angenehm ruhig im Apartment. Das Gym war klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigen. Gabriel und Justin haben uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und waren sehr zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

At first, I was a bit worried after seeing the exterior of the apartment, but as soon as I stepped inside, all my concerns disappeared. The interior design is absolutely beautiful, with plenty of great spots for taking photos. The high ceiling and large living room window create a spacious atmosphere, and the view from the open window was stunning. The swimming pool is equipped with float tubes, and you can swim anytime you want, It is a great advantage. If you want to share a special experience with your friends in a beautiful place, I highly recommend this airbnb.

I had an incredible experience staying at this place! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless and well-organized. Check-in: Super smooth and hassle-free. The host provided clear instructions and was very responsive. Cleanliness: The place was spotless, well-maintained, and smelled fresh. It truly felt like a home away from home. Amenities: Everything I needed was available—every appliances. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept great! Location: Perfectly situated in hcmc. It was close to everything. . Host’s Hospitality: it was incredibly kind and accommodating, always ready to help with recommendations and quick responses. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. We had a wonderful stay at this place. First of all, the location was good—conveniently situated in Bình Thạnh District, it only took about 10 minutes by taxi to get to District 1, where most of the major attractions are located. Using Grab was super easy and affordable, usually around 3-40,000 VND per ride. The apartment itself was clean and very well-maintained—just like the photos. You can tell the hosts really take care of the space and pay attention to the details. The bathroom was well-stocked, even with disposable toothbrushes, which was a thoughtful touch. One thing we really appreciated was the host’s kindness and attentiveness. They even checked in with us to see if we needed anything else during our stay. When we asked for extra towels, they brought them right away, which made us feel very well taken care of. Communication was smooth and quick from beginning to end. I will stay here again when I visit HCMC again.

Had a very good stay. The horse took very good care of us and was very prompt and responding on the app. She even arranged a mid stay clean for us. At no extra cost when the plumbing broke down, she had somebody there very promptly to fix the problem.

Trinh's place was lovely. Located close to the markets and larger shopping centres. The place was clean and had all the amenities for a longer stay.
