This home is lovely. The neighborhood is fantastic. The hosts are very kind and communicative. There is a nice view from the patio, comfortable couch, well stocked kitchen, well stocked apartment in general. Some things to be aware of: there is a lot of glass and breakable items everywhere so children or clumsy people may have a hard time, most of the decorations are bottles of alcohol so if you are sober this may be uncomfortable, there is not really a designated workspace - just a kitchen table and chairs which are not comfortable for long hours, the internet can be weak at times especially in the main bedroom, there were quite a few ants and some other bugs but spraying raid and cleaning a lot helped get rid of them for the most part. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

Overall our favorite airbnb in Vietnam. We will be returning and recommending to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh! The host is fantastic and it was such a delight!

Very good location in the area, wifi was good, team was professional and room was comfortable. Walking distance to Ben thanh market and a lot of food places. Security was good. Checked with the team and they do change their passcode before. There is dryer and washing machine in the common area for anyone who wants to use it.

Loved the room, fantastic view of the street from multiple angles with huge window. Prime location too !

Căn hộ hơn cả mong đợi của mình khi nhìn qua hình ảnh. Thiết kế thật sự có gu, từng món đồ trong nhà đều hay ho và thú vị, mình cảm giác là mình đang đến nhà một người bạn với đầy đủ tiện nghi từ dụng cụ bếp đến sách báo kiến trúc nội thất. Toà nhà và khuôn viên cũng cực kì dễ thương, trong lành, sạch sẽ chứ không bẩn và tối như nhiều chung cư cũ mình từng biết. Cổng chính đóng lúc 11h kém và cổng phụ đóng lúc 12h đêm như Trí đã đề cập nhưng tôi thấy ổn vì nó rất an ninh và tôi cũng chỉ cần tận hưởng ngôi nhà tuyệt vời này Leo bộ 4 tầng nhưng rất chill, mình đã đi bộ ra công viên bên cạnh vào buổi sáng và đi xem xiếc ngay đó vào buổi tối. Một trải nghiệm thật tuyệt vời với gia đình mình. À, mình siêu thích chiếc giường ở đây nhé! Bame mình khen quá chừng! Cảm ơn Trí đã rất dễ thương và luôn hỗ trợ mình khi cần. Hẹn gặp lại sớm!!

Happys place was nice and clean. He responded in minutes to any inquiries we had. The building also has a gym and pool on the sixth floor. I loved that the stay was very close to the airport.

True to whats in the picture. The 2 huge TV was a hit. I love the place. close to restaurants and short walk to the metro Train. it's my 2nd time and will definitely come back. Thanks Minh for being a great host

This is one of my favorite places I've ever stayed in. A lovely design, a great location, and a fantastic price. And there are pet turtles! That's just awesome. The space is down an alley with a trendy 24-hour cafe. It's a little bit out of the way from major attractions, but I got a Grab pickup near the main road whenever I was traveling around.

We had a great stay at this air bnb, what a great find! Was extremely comfortable and a lot of food/drink places nearby The air bnb host arranged a day trip to the tunnels, I see that trip as a must do when visiting the city.

Words are inadequate to explain how special this space was for our first trip to Vietnam ever. It was a safe, clean, comfortable space for us to rest, especially in the heat and in the late evenings. While located conveniently near Ben Thanh Market, it is away from the highly trafficked tourist areas which allows for more local flavor and interaction. The space is located in a residential alley behind a blue gate. Don't be deterred if you find that uncomfortable as the home is secure and your neighbors are locals who live and work there. There's even a youth center across the way from you. Our group loved everything about the actual space - decorated to resemble 70s era Saigon home. Having a washer/dryer, a full bathroom on each floor and three beds with TVs and AC in all main rooms - you can't do much better. There were a few items that needed repair or replacement of batteries (and they were responsive) but my stay here was full of joy, revelation, and magic. Can't wait to return.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay in Ho Chi Minh City! The Airbnb was comfortable and well-located, making it easy to explore the city. The host provided warm and attentive service, which made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting!

Close to the airport, but would not recommend walking from airport to the studio. This suite is a studio style apartment with a bridge, microwave, hotplate, plates and glasses available. The bathroom was clean and had toiletries available. The studio had a a washing machine Hine in the balcony which was very convenient after traveling for several days. Unfortunately, the bed was a hard to sleep in, so if you're used to a pillow top or a comfortable soft/ medium soft bed you will not like this one. Downtown will be a about 20 to 25 mins via Grab and depending on traffic. Over all a good stay and very nice studio.

Thanh was very proactive in his responses to messages, very quick and accomodating. He was lovely enough to sort out a cot for my 9 month old and awaited us for check in, showing us how to get to the apartment and giving us a quick walk through. The apartment is situated away from the hustle and bustle, so can be very relaxing, but not too far from everything, just a grab car away.

Clean rooms, great central location just minutes from Bui Vien and Ben Thanh Market, functional washer and dryer and great views of the city. Hosts were great communicators and very helpful throughout our stay.

great stay. the place is entirely new so expect the mattress to be hard (no one stay before). location are great and convenient. Meko the co host has tried her best to provide the necessary basic.

Our group of 12 had an amazing stay at Jennifer Thuc’s Airbnb! The place was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout was perfect for a large group, providing both privacy and great common areas to hang out together. Jennifer was a fantastic host—super responsive, accommodating, and helpful with recommendations. The location was also convenient, making it easy for us to explore the city. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this place for anyone traveling with a big group!

Grace was very helpful and able to accommodate to our request. Prime location with walking distance to tourist places! Highly recommended!
