Arion was a wonderful host. He met us when we arrived and made sure we were settled. He even left water and snacks for us in the kitchen. The location was perfect, many restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the city center. Upon leaving Arion also arranged for a Taxi to pick us up and take us to the airport.

The apartment was a great experience, it was superb, comfortable and very modern. The host was more than friendly, a true “superhost”, where no request seemed out of place, always kind and the answers always promtly. I can only recommend the apartment amd the host as well!

Full correspondence of the description and photos to reality. Absolute cleanliness and order. Edi's wife met us. She told us everything in detail. Edi's father was always nearby. A very friendly person, although he does not speak English. The house, despite its small size, is very comfortable for two people (a little inconvenient shower, water does not completely drain into the sewer, it remains a little on the floor). Very comfortable bed. The presence of parking in the yard is extremely useful. You should not expect silence in this place, because this is the very center of Tirana (and we wanted to live in the center). Our rating is the highest. Thank you to the hosts!

I had a lovely stay overall—the place was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The surroundings were peaceful and the host was friendly and responsive. However, one thing to keep in mind is that there were quite a lot of stairs, which might not be ideal for everyone, especially if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues. Other than that, it was a great experience and I’d still recommend it for those who don’t mind the extra steps!

Kann die Unterkunft und den Host nur empfehlen. Alles sauber und so wie es sein sollte. Mein 3-jähriger Sohn und ich haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Der Host war jederzeit erreichbar und in der Kommunikation stets freundlich und unterstützend. Gerne wieder.

The apartment itself is very well decorated and is immaculately clean. The kitchen, whilst compact, works well and is very well equipped. The wifi is stable and fast and all furnishings were perfectly comfortable - this is a property you could live in all year round and be happy. The location itself is within a ten minute walk of Skanderberg Square and there are a variety of cafes, supermarkets and eateries all within a five minute stroll of the apartment. The flat is located on top floor of a five story apartment block and this elevation helps avoid a lot of noise you might experience at street level. It needs to be noted that there is no elevator and the block itself is not new and like many such buildings in Tirana could do with being renovated and improved but once you're inside you will not notice such things. All the neighbours during my stay were perfectly fine. A short shout out to the hosts who were were very accommodating to me, thanks guys you were great!

L'appartement était confortable, il était bien équipé et était propre. Le propriétaire est réactif. Il a été facile de trouver l'appartement grâce à ses instructions. Très bien situé dans Tirana. Il faisait un peu froid malgré la climatisation et c'était pas très bien insonorisé mais rien de bien méchant. Je recommande cet appartement.

Ev çok temiz ve ferahtı. Fotoğraftaki gibiydi. Konum olarak merkeze 10 dakika uzaklıkta bu sayede her yere yürüyerek ulaşım sağlayabiliyorsunuz. Ev sahibi de çok samimi biri, her ihtiyacımızı giderdi. Mesajlara hızlı dönüş yapıyordu. Arnavutluğa bir daha gelirsem tekrar aynı yeri kiralamayı düşünüyorum.

We spent a night at Enea's place with friends. The check in was flexible, with great instructions, so easy to find, and the place itself is cozy and very close to downtown.

My mother stayed in the apartment and loved the place. It was clean and comfortable. The location was also great. She had nothing but positive things to say about the host. Dorian was very helpful throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend.

Denis's Apartment is modern and very comfortable feeling. The spaces are big and I was able to relax. The bedroom has plenty of storage and the kitchen has all you need. Comfortable bed and a solid bedroom. The Internet was fast and reliable, I never had any issues. I never has any power outages. The terrace is nicely setup with chairs and has some nice view. There is construction going on but it is 9-5pm type. Something to note, you are in a 3rd floor walkup. At this point let me address the comments about the outside of the building. While I was there the owner was updating the exterior. Which means there was fresh paint on one side and was working to make the entrance better. Denis is a good host and I recommend this apartment.

Un très joli appartement très spacieux, propre, et confortable dans un quartier très agréable et intéressant juste à côté de le New bazar (l’appartement a un balcon une très jolie vue du bazar et la ville). Vous avez tout à proximité, tous les meilleurs restaurants et lieux d’intérêt sont juste à quelques minutes à pied. Artan est vraiment gentil disponible et réactif et à l’écoute pour toute question ou demande.

Deze prijs kwaliteit verhouding ben ik nog niet eerder tegen gekomen op airbnb. Erg nieuw gebouw! Modern ingericht, precies zoals de fotos! Mooi licht appartement. Ligging zelf heeft niet veel maar binnen 5 minuten ben je in de stad met een taxi van 4€. top verblijf!

Alles war super. Endrit war sehr höflich zuvorkommend und äusserst hilfsbereit - er hat uns sogar das ganze Gepäck in die Unterkunft getragen und uns alles kurz gezeigt :-) Schönes Appartement und alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Ottima casa mi sono sentita a casa mia, ha tutto il neccessario e superpulita, i proprietari sono davvero gentilissimi e disponibili, super consigliata.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ada is a great host and her place is in a great location. She was proactive in communicating with us and ensured all was in place as we travelled overseas. All conveniences are near by, from transportation to food and shopping options. Thanks for a great stay!

Lorena is extremely nice, friendly, and helpful host, and just a great person. The apartment is exactly like the pictures, very nice and spacious. AC in every room is very nice. The location is very central and convenient for walks, and easy to get to the shops, mall, restaurants, etc. All in all great experience for me, and I would stay here at this apartment again in the future.
