Sunny Villa is a great place to stay. Nikubur is a great host. I have to travel across Assam often, and each time I have to halt at Sibsagar, I do at this great place.

Had an amazing stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, Trisanu and the caretaker were incredibly welcoming, responsive and hospitable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We reached the property at 3 AM after a tiring drive from Guwahati. It's a well built and well maintained villa with super comfortable beds. Unfortunately, we couldn’t spend much time as we had to leave early in the morning, but I’d love to book it again to enjoy it more. Khemraj Daa truly knows how to host.
