This place was exactly what we needed! It has everything we could have needed. Super clean, very homey. All was exactly as described and pictured. We were easily able to walk downtown to enjoy 2 breweries in Strawberry Alley, we were able to walk in a different direction to another brewery, and I was able to easily access lovely walking paths for my morning walks. Great place!

An adorable small apartment located in the woods. We didn’t see any wildlife except for a possum on the driveway going down to the apartment. We would stay here again except it’s too far away from the family. Peaceful and relaxing, it wasn’t warm enough to sit outside but would be nice when warmer. The Peacock theme was adorable as was the houseplants, made it feel very homey.. Betty and Bill

Stephen focuses on great hospitality. He is personable, but also mindful of his guest’s privacy. Unlike some hosts that manage a portfolio of listings, Stephen is singularly focused on your experience within his unit located directly under his own residence. He was responsive and accommodating throughout my time in this unit. The unit is also very nicely laid out and fully separate from the main residence. It is a converted garage/basement space that is outfitted with every amenity that you would need in a furnished apartment. Stephen also went beyond by investing in a few enhancements to maximize my comfort and that of future guests. I would stay here again and I recommend this unit to anyone needing a place to stay in this area. Thank you, Stephen!

This place is truly a hidden gem! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed the space was. It was clear that a lot of care went into creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Every corner was full of charm, and it felt like a home away from home. The location was also perfect—quiet yet close to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful, stylish getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Really great deal for something so nice!😊 we really enjoyed staying here. We slept the best we’ve ever slept on that bed! The shower is amazing! Lots of blankets to stay cozy and warm. If we ever come back we will be wanting to stay here! Thank you!!

Great place to stay. It was a last minute booking and Mina was great to work with. Mina's place was very clean and welcoming. Loved that she had toiletries, bottled water, and snacks available. If we are back in the area we would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay… and had everything needed, the jacuzzi is a huge plus with the privacy fence right next to it, no noisy neighbors, LOVE LOVE THE GAS STOVE(I’m from the west coast so made it feel right at home) would definitely stay here everytime in town

Harley accommodated us for any request we had and was the perfect host. Having a great host makes renting a place and working around any request much simpler and gives you more time to enjoy your stay. The place was perfect for us as we visited for the Kill Tony show, which the house made it great for a fun hangout before and after since we were close to downtown. Very comfortable and pleasant apartment. We were able to walk to downtown. The host communicated at checking, in the middle of the stay and at check out. Just enough to be helpful. We met up from different locations and enjoyed the space very much. Parking was easy for 2 vehicles. We didn’t cook, but enjoyed the coffee maker and the ability to make healthy breakfasts.

Highly recommend, very clean and cutely decorated! Montserrat was very responsive when we had a problem due to the storm with a window and she stopped by to check on it.

The location and accommodations were comfortable and convenient. It was the perfect space for what I needed for the weekend visit with my daughter who goes to Lipscomb. I will definitely be back!
