My stay at Jackie's was fantastic! He keeps a very nice home and he made everything seamless, from corresponding, to the helpful and instructional welcome packet. And most importantly he's a really genial person. Any time I'm ever in Nashville, Jackie will be who I reach out to first.

Debbie was the ultimate host. She was so welcoming and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Debbie knew I was dealing with a health crisis regarding my mother and showed true compassion. The location was perfect and her home was inviting. Her labradoodle, Emmy Lou, was a welcome addition, as I missed my own pets. It was a little chilly upon my arrival, so Debbie went out and purchased an additional space heater to ensure my comfort. Fresh baked banana bread was sitting on the table upon my arrival. She also provided fresh fruit and snacks. The refrigerator was stocked with snacks and condiments, and the cabinets had tea, coffee and other things. I loved my stay and hope it will be available for my next visit.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is so cute. Just like the picture show. We felt very comfortable. We would stay there again. Thanks for having us.

Brigitte’s place was just as described. It was clean and cozy. It was in a very walkable location next to a greenway. Brigitte and her co-host were very responsive. I’d stay here again!

This was so perfect for a couples trip! I was hesitant about the location because it was right next to the highway, so I thought it might have been a little sketchy, but the neighborhood was perfect. Parking was also so convenient, which can be hard to find in the city. Super walkable to bars, restaurants and coffee shops in the nations as well as Charlotte. The host was so friendly and flexible and allowed us to have early check in, which was huge. The bedrooms were SO spacious for an Airbnb, and both had king beds, which was incredible. The one thing to be aware of about this space is that it’s very dark with pretty minimal natural lighting, so we didn’t want to spend much time here outside of sleeping and getting ready. Not a drawback as much as something to just be aware of depending on how you’re planning on using the space. Overall we loved and would highly recommend. The interactions with the host really made our experience!

Julie's place was so comfortable! Streaming services were included on the TV, it was in the back of the house with plenty of trees around with a beautiful deck so it was very privately. We never saw another person. There was a small fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and regular sized stove. The place was well decorated. There was a record player with plenty of records. The beds were soft, every room was a decent size and it was an open space so you can sit in the kitchen or dining room and talk to somebody in the living room. There was no exhaust for the stove, carbon or smoke detectors and the shower was a smaller standing shower. Otherwise we felt so safe and comfortable!

This place is truly a hidden gem! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed the space was. It was clear that a lot of care went into creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Every corner was full of charm, and it felt like a home away from home. The location was also perfect—quiet yet close to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful, stylish getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

This is my hometown and for the last 5 years we’ve couch surfed or got a hotel. It always made for a chaotic and exhausting trip. This was right in the middle of our families, plenty of space for the kids to decompress and gave us a nice reminder of country living! All for the same price as a hotel!

Loved staying here for a wedding in Charlotte!!! The hosts were so kind. I would love to come back if I’m ever in the area.

This house is beautiful!!! The surroundings are as well and beyond peaceful! The beds were comfortable and just what we needed after long days in Nashville! The listing and photos don’t do this house justice! I could’ve stayed there forever. Local restaurants provided great meals and everyone is very friendly! 10/10 recommend and we look forward to staying here again!

We had an amazing stay at this house. We were greeted with a basket of snacks upon our arrival. Everything was spotless and we took advantage of the theatre room as well as the pool table on the lower level. Our party of ten enjoyed all the amenities and we were able to find some great food nearby also. I would give this house a five star rating.

A very beautiful, relaxing, peaceful place to stay and enjoy family time. Perfect, clean, 3 bedroom home. Luther Lake is a few steps away with a beautiful walkable pathway. Close to all the restaurants, stores and downtown Dickson. Perfect place to stay.

Had a wonderful stay! Jeff was very kind and helpful when I forgot the entry code. The house was quiet even through a storm. Was perfect for us with two doodles who loved going for walks. Convenient to White Bluff, Franklin and Nashville. Highly recommend and would stay again when we need to be in the area.

If you are considering booking a place in this area, stop scrolling and book this! The house is perfect! Two bathrooms, a wonderful open concept kitchen/living room, huge windows with a wonderful view. The kitchen is also very well socked. It was so peaceful, sitting out on the giant back porch, listening to the birds. We hope to return in the future!

We had a lovely family get together around my son's wedding day. The house was superb, clean and well appointed, with amazing details and care for the guests evident in every room. I can't speak highly enough of our stay making family memories. It was truly the best!

Close to APSU and downtown area. We were able to take our dog and there was a nice area to take her outside. Would stay again!

Our group had a fantastic time at Isabeau and Shaun’s. The home was very clean and decorated beautifully. It was perfect for two couples giving us all our own private space with king size beds and ensuites. The kitchen was amazing and the large island is an added bonus. The living room was perfect for relaxing and had plenty of space for the four of us. We had some weather systems move in while there and the hosts reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a week in Nashville. We had an excellent experience. The place was as advertised, and close enough to downtown to comfortably do everything with hassle.

This was my first time in Nashville, we came to celebrate my boyfriend and I’s anniversary. We were close to the city but just far enough out where it was calm too. Only 10 mins from downtown and easy Lyft ride. Close to a lot of attractions, host was really easy to get ahold of, place was clean, neighbors were very friendly too! Pet friendly place and my pup adjusted well ! Loved it here! We will be back! Thank you James! :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if ever in this area. Renesha was so easy to deal with and so kind… and the place was very cozy and clean. The land is beautiful, and I especially loved the lighting lining the driveway. Highly recommend.

It was spacious and clean. We loved the kitchen and washer and dryer. Bed and couches were clean. The bathrooms were nice and updated. For a dog friendly place, it was outstanding. The instructions were very clear.
