It's the second time we've stayed at Rosebank. It's a perfect apartment - comfortable, spotlessly clean and really well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It's a beautiful place and feels like being in a boutique place - it's finished to such a high standard with beautiful furnishings. Josie is friendly, accommodating and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her place. It's well placed, a short walk from town and good restaurants and a lovely pub on your doorstep too. Will definitely be back.

Angela's place was extraordinary in term of the amenities available in a relatively small space. Indeed, there was nothing we could think of that wasn't there at hand. There were even things I was surprised to find and hadn't thought of! Clearly, a great deal of thought and care had been put into the comfort of guests. The bed was without doubt one of THE most comfortable I've slept in in an Airbnb. We slept like babies. Moreover, the being so close to Windsor and Eton was fabulous for all the things you may wish to undertake in the area. We could not recommend Angela's place more highly! Just awesome....

Lovely Annexe, so much storage, lots of cleaning products, Host friendly and very helpful. Area peaceful and quiet, free parking. Area lite well when returning in dark, felt safe. Could cook own meals which is great. Host gave me a large bag and was happy to wash bed linen and towels. Lovely local pub, food great. Local to family and friends. Would definitely recommend. Excellent communication prior to the event and Chris was very accommodating. The space itself is lovely and in a great location.

I had a comfortable stay - the flat was very clean and it was very nice to have some basic food and fruit there on arrival. Marlow centre is within a short walking distance.

Good location with easy access to centre of Oxford by a regular bus service. Annex had everything we needed for a weekend stay and was clean and well maintained. We didn't get to meet the hosts but had clear instructions for check-in and a message on day 2 to check that all was ok with the our accomodation. Would recommend as ideal for a city break.

We had a wonderful stay at Mark’s house celebrating my mums 80th birthday. From booking to checking out Mark was super responsive, providing excellent tips of the local area and was very flexible with our arrival & departure times which was hugely appreciated as family had travelled from all over (including the USA) and arrived at different times. The house is beautiful (very comfy beds!) with a lovely garden and games rooms which was very much enjoyed by the children - and adults! Very thorough instructions were available for every aspect in the house. The location was perfect for visiting the beautiful town of Windsor. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Our engineers were happy and comfortable in the property. It was a lovely property and close to amenities for the lads, and a they reported that it was a home from home feel. The check in instructions were and clear and Koala were quick to respond to any queries we had. Overall excellent customer service and would definitely use again!

Orchard House is lovely family home, very comfortable for a large family group stay. Our weekend was a birthday treat for a grandparent and two families with 5 children. Agnes left her own children's toys available to play with and that made the venue a great hit with our youngsters. That and the spacious and extremely well equipped rooms made our weekend a great success. The location is easy to find and well placed for anyone visiting Oxford and the surrounding areas, particularly convenient for Woodstock and Blenheim Palace. An all round 5 star venue and a great and considerate host, Agnes.

I had an amazing stay at this property! The neighborhood is lovely, with a peaceful and friendly atmosphere. My son absolutely loved the woodland area and nearby parks, providing plenty of opportunities for outdoor fun and exploration. The house itself was very well-planned and organised, making our stay incredibly comfortable. There was ample parking space, which was a great convenience. Every detail in the house was thoughtfully arranged, contributing to a truly homey and relaxing environment. Toby was an exceptional host—very approachable and always available whenever we needed anything. His responsiveness and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a delightful and hassle-free stay.

Sam is a great host and her accommodation is perfect for a short break away in the Cotswolds. It is a short walk in to Chipping Norton town centre where there are lots of nice restaurants and pubs. I can highly recommend the Boxing Hare for a country pub with dining about a 5 mile drive away, food is amazing. The accommodation is spotless and Sam has thought of everything. Couldn’t recommend more highly, definitely hope to visit again.

Just a perfect place for usjto stay for a few days to catch up with friends and family in the area. Feels just like home with everything you need for a stay. A short walk to M&S and close to lovely cafes, restaurants and local walks.

Noel is a great host. Friendly and helpful we were warmly welcomed. The apartment was very clean and tidy with decor in good order. Secure gated parking. Very good central location with a short walk to the castle, bars, restaurants and shops. We can highly recommend a stay at Noel's apartment.

Lovely air bnb, very homely and warm. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of space. The location is perfect for accessing the town centre and off road parking is a huge bonus!
