simply amazing experience staying with Laura and her family. if you are thinking of booking please do as you will regret the experience. Laura 's attention to detail is astonishing. Truly a beautiful soul is Laura, her husband and dear children. location is superb, walking distance to everything..we felt safe and truly welcoming to such a remarkable city. we will be back. Was looking for something away from the hustle and bustle of the City Centre to use as a base, and Miriams boat was perfect. Spotlessly clean, and only 15 minutes from Central Station via the tram, which was a 2 minute walk from the Boat. Peaceful, comfy bed, a very helpful host if you needed anything, and an ideal location, already planning my next visit.

Harm was excellent from start to finish. He was very friendly and extremely helpful, bending over backwards to ensure that my girlfriend and I had an amazing time in Amsterdam. The apartment was located in a really cool part of town, close to public transport, and was the perfect base to explore the city. I’d definitely return to Harm’s apartment in the future!

Martian’s apartment was exactly what we were after. Comfortable and well positioned with a lovely canal outlook. Easy to walk to from the central train station and within walking distance of all the major attractions like the Anne Frank House, Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum and lots of great places to eat and drink. On check in Martijn also provided a list of local recommendations which was appreciated. We’d definitely stay again!

Ons verblijf bij Yvonne was heerlijk. Het is een lichte, schone ruimte. Alles van Muiden was op loopafstand en toch was het heerlijk rustig. Yvonne was altijd beschikbaar als we een vraag hadden. En ze had goede tips voor activiteiten en restaurantjes. Een aanrader!

We have spend 5 amazing days in this great house. Perfect for 2 people with or without a child. The welcoming by Mark and Anne was super: friendly, enthusiastic and with great tips on restaurants and things to visit. The interior with all details on the city and Amsterdam (Dutch) icons immediately makes you feel like home. This place literally has everything. Bath, great shower, great kitchen with all amenities, cosy garden, unique toilet,… and enough place to put your personal belongings away. The location is also great with a supermarket and gym around the corner and several good restaurants on walking distance. Touristic spots are also within 15 min travel time. Next time we are in Amsterdam, this is our place to go again!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was very well equipped and also very clean. The closeness to the water and the quietness of the neighbourhood made it a very relaxing experience. Thank you, Robin!

We spent a lovely week at Marjolein’s beautiful home. The house is even more spacious than the pictures suggest and it was totally spotless from top to bottom. Everything we needed was available and Marjolein had thought of everything. The beds were comfortable and the washer and dryer meant we went home without suitcases full of laundry! The location of the house is very convenient - five minutes walk to the tram and 10-15 minutes from Central Station. Marjolein and her husband were responsive to any queries we had and were both friendly and helpful. We can highly recommend this lovely home if you are seeking somewhere close to Amsterdam! Annette’s home was a great base to explore Amsterdam with our young family. The house is about a 5-10 minute walk to the tram with regular, quick service to Amsterdam. Stores are about 10-15 mins walk. The area is peaceful and there are beautiful views from the house. The kitchen is beautiful and well appointed. The bedrooms and living room are large even by American standards. We did not use the garage but it would be very helpful for anyone exploring further afield with a car.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der kleinen aber feinen Unterkunft von Ben und Inge. Die Lage ist optimal. Mit dem Auto ist man 15min Fahrt vom P&R Weesp entfernt und erreicht super das Stadt-Zentrum ohne viel Stress. Sehr schöne, ruhige Gegend und Ben und Inge waren sehr aufmerksam und nett. Immer wieder gerne

We had such a great stay at Dorothee and her family's place! It is convenient to the rail station, has restaurants and cafes close by, and Oosterpark is a short walk away and has a fantastic playground. Their place is stocked with games, the rooms were perfect for our kids (ages 10, 8, and 7), and there is a lovely patio where we ate dinner one evening. Dorothee gave us helpful recommendations for things to do and places to eat (and get dessert!) in Amsterdam, and checked in on us to make sure we arrived safely. We highly recommend her place. Rick was a wonderful host, had a friend greet us on arrival to show us the place and gave us a little tour of the town, since he was away. Greeted us with a bottle of wine and an excellent instruction manual and recommendations of nearby “things to do” He has a lovely home in a walkable town. Rick was responsive to any concern we had. I highly recommend this property and Rick!

I am so happy that I booked Pieter’s place for my stay. The place us located in a very lovely, calm neighborhood that also has everything you need in approximately 2 minutes walking time, supermarkets, local shops, fast food. The tram station is around the same distance and the tram is quite frequent and it takes you to centraal station in like 10–15 minutes which is very convenient. The place has everything you will ever need, quite spacious, great furniture, lovely backyard garden and very clean in general. And for Pieter as a host I must say that he is a great person, gave a lot of helpful recommendations, very responsive and helpful. That was my first stay in Amsterdam and he contributed for it to be perfect. I can’t ask for more. I will definitely book again the next time I visit.

Erika was a wonderful host—extremely responsive, full of helpful recommendations, and accommodating. The house was a comfortable and convenient base to explore Amsterdam, with just a short walk to the tram to Central Station. It was fabulous to wake up to the sun reflecting off of the canal right outside our bedroom window and to sit by the water at the end of the day. The grocery store was one tram stop or a 10 minute walk away. Lovely neighbors gave us a tour. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

I stayed for a few weeks at Derek's place and had a fantastic time. Super convenient, close to shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars. Easy access to the Joordan and a close walk to anywhere in the city. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable and well decorated, it has that true feeling of staying in someone's place, you really feel like a local! And with a large kitchen, and washing machine, it's suitable for self-sufficient longer stays. Derek was super accommodating, he helped me with my luggage (before and after), and made sure that I was comfortable throughout. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay here. Brian is a most amazing host and the apartment was clean, perfect and stocked with anything we could possibly need. Tucked away in a quiet area with a view of the canal, we were within walking distance to shops, dining and bus stops making it a snap to get to all of our planned destinations. If you’re looking for a quiet place to retreat to after a day of hustle and bustle, this is the perfect place to stay!

Sake and Marleens place was clean, easy to reach via public transport and spacious! We had a great time and Sake and Marleen were very easy to reach and overall great hosts! I would love to stay with them again if ever back in Amsterdam.
