Tim’s flat was very homey and clean. The location was great with the tram stop just up the road to get into the city centre. His flat had everything we needed including entertainment on the TV and a beautiful garden. His communication was great throughout our trip, allowing us to check-in in line with our late flight arrival and even catered the toiletries to our needs before we arrived. Would definitely stay again!

I stayed in Balaz's apartment for a week with my two older daughters. It is very tastefully furnished and has everything you need. The apartment is the ideal base for excursions into the city center of Amsterdam, the connection by streetcar is easy to reach and you are at the central station in a quarter of an hour. When you've had enough of the hustle and bustle of the city, you can relax in the apartment or on the nearby beach. I can highly recommend Balazs' apartment for Amsterdam vacations.

Lyske’s apartment is nice and cosy 2 rooms and toilet .Diemen is a quiet suburb with supermarkets and lots of public transport options. You’re quickly into the centre of Amsterdam. Lyske replies to any queries very quickly.

Robert’s place was perfect for us to experience New Years Eve. The rooftop terrace views were amazing. Was a quick tram ride into the centre of Amsterdam. Robert was very helpful and communicated well. His place was warm and homely.

Laura’s place was in a great location. It was super easy to get to other attractions/food/shopping. Not to mention the place was clean. One of my favorite things was how easy it was to pick up the keys. Thank you again Laura for the accommodations.

I had the best time at Ozzy’s house. He was so kind, friendly, always reactive. His flat is really nice and clean, very easy to find: it just takes 15 minutes from the centre of the city to arrive by tram! Last but not the least: I am totally in love with cats and JC and Cleo were simply wonderful. JC was a sort of sweet boyfriend: he was always with me, showing his belly and cuddlind all the time! Thanks a million for everything, Ozzy! I sincerely hope to see you again in a future!

A cozy apartment located in one of the sleeping areas of Amsterdam. You can easily and quickly get from the airport on your own and save on taxi. In 5-7 minutes walk there is a metro station, from where you can get directly to the city center, as well as there are several grocery stores nearby. In the apartment you will find everything for a convenient and comfortable stay, however, if you need a hair dryer or an iron, then I advise you to take these two things with you, as you will not find them. Makky, the owner, is very friendly, sociable and ready to help if you have any questions. I recommend this accommodation and if I will be in Amsterdam again, I will gladly stay here again.

Daniel’s place is surrounded with smart devices, good heating system and has a great location which makes it perfect overall. It has the best kitchen I’ve ever seen in an airbnb. It also has a fireplace that you can enjoy, and a beautiful terrace. It only has one king sized bed. There is also a small, one person couch on the living room that can be converted into a bed, not super comfy as a regular sofa though. There is no separate kitchen table however cooking island was quite enough. Has a great location, coffecompany/several restaurants nearby. Also has a studio bike nearby that you can rent a bike. Was a great experience overall! We felt like we are actually living like a local people. Definitely recommend.

The house was very comfortable and well situated! We enjoyed all of natural light in the dining area and really liked the neighborhood. Lots of stuff to do right outside, including a very nice park which our dog enjoyed! Manja kindly left us some nice treats.

Roger’s place and hospitality made the trip to Amsterdam more enjoyable. The location is superb in a quiet area. Clean, spacious & well equipped. Roger was responsive and helpful. Definitely will consider coming back!

We visited Amsterdam for the very first time to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, and staying at Brian’s place made the experience even more special. From the start, Brian was incredibly responsive and helpful, he went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and stress-free. He met us early in the morning to take our bags after our long flight, and even carried them up the stairs so they were waiting for us in the room when we checked in later that day. He was also super flexible with our check-in time, allowing us to enjoy the city at our own pace without having to rush back. The apartment itself was bright, spotless, and had plenty of space for the two of us. Most importantly, it was such a relief to have a reliable, professional, and friendly host while traveling internationally. Thanks to Brian, we never had to think twice about our accommodations and were able to fully focus on enjoying our anniversary trip. We’re so grateful for the experience!

We are extremely happy with our stay. The location of the house is amazing right at the footstep of a lovely neighborhood. The house is well decorated with uniquely designed items. The living room and the kitchen are spacious and comfortable, with its own balcony. In the sleeping quarters each 4 guest have their own beds. The toilets were clean and well supplied. But what stood out the most was the rooftop area, which was the main reason we booked this house and we got lucky with great weather in Amsterdam. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Katja as a host is responsive, kind and helpful. The highlight of the house for everyone was the massage chair - we asked Katja to provide the brand and model so we can buy one ourselves! Overall it was a perfect weekend stay for us and we will surely consider booking again if the house is available. Cheers

Spędziliśmy 2 dni w mieszkaniu Anny w Amsterdamie, 3 dorosłe osoby. Mieszkanie jest przytulne, czyściutkie, z balkonem, kuchnią z dużym stołem i sypialnią. W kuchni oliwa, sól pieprz oraz kawa i herbata czekały na nas, co było bardzo miłe. Przystanek do centrum Amsterdamu ok 4-10 minut autobus i tramwaj. Bez problemu można dojechać w ok 20 min. Okolica mieszkania spokojna i przyjemna. Anna jest bardzo miła i pomocna. Dziękuje Anna!

Perfect location a 40 minute walk to city centre. Very clean and lots of facilities. Exactly as described and pictures. Perfect for a family as 2nd room is children room and bed. Mattress not suitable for adult. Excellent communication with host and would definitely recommend for Amsterdam stay. Thank you had fabulous time.

Great place. Really quiet when we were there, felt right at home, many beautiful touches on the boat. Location was great too, bus few minutes away, also walkable if you fancy.
