Beautifully designed apartment within walking distance to activities and great restaurants in Amsterdam. We stayed with our toddler who enjoyed the nearby farm, parks, and playgrounds.

We enjoyed staying at Anne's place. It felt like a home away from home. It's beautifully decorated and furnished. Communication with Anne was great. The location was perfect, close to transportation lines and very walkable to everything we needed. We were visiting family who live in De Pijp and it was very easy to get to their place. We absolutely adored Tibby, the resident cat. Very comfortable accommodations. highly recommend.

Lukas place is great for a stay in Amsterdam and in Pijp neighbourhood ,close to the tram and the park and a minute away from the market. The place is spacious, clean and quiet. We felt right at home when we arrived. Lukas' co-host helped us with everything we needed. I recommend this place!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The flat is absolutely gorgeous, newly renovated with super chic vibes (and super clean). It had absolutely everything we needed and more. The two balconies are incredible, washed by sun all day long. The AC in the bedroom was a godsend as it was 32 degrees one of the days we were there. But even on that day, once you opened the windows, there was great air coming through. Only thing to note is that the stairs to the bedroom are stip and spiral-y and the bathroom is downstairs - might not fit everyone. Communication with Nina was great - she was always there to answer any question and had prepared a welcome page for us with loads of recommendations in the area along with a bottle of wine and some traditional Stroopwafels - incredible! The neighbourhood is super cool with loads of great restaurants, coffee shops and galleries, yet out of the super tourist-y area. Super easy to get to the center and anywhere you want though. Highly, highly recommend!

We had great 7 night stay, everything is exactly as listed and pictured. Very clean, fantastic kitchen and plenty of fresh coffee beans provided with a high end espresso machine. This is also one of the best areas of Amsterdam to stay in. You’re so close to everything and it’s much more quiet here than in other areas of the city. The projector in the living room is really unique, we enjoyed watching movies on it in the evenings. Great TV in the bedroom as well with blackout curtains in there and it was very quiet. We’d highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity, you won’t be disappointed.

Ramon was an amazing host! Extremely communicative and responsive, helped us carry our bags up the famous Dutch stairs, was very accommodating of our departure and arrival times, and always ensured we had everything we needed. A true host! The space is wonderful with amazing views of the city and canal. Location is perfect, with a nearby grocery store, restaurants and cafes (definitely stop by the Pancake Club for a plate of poffertjes!) I HIGHLY recommend this place and would 100% book again!

Ties was very friendly and responsive and even allowed us to check in a bit early without an extra charge and he also had a welcome bottle of wine for us. The location felt safe and it was walkable to several restaurants and stores. The space was small but doable and very clean. The apartment is up several flights of stairs so be prepared to drag your luggage. My only complaint is the bedroom. Although the bed was very comfortable, the bedroom is actually a LOFT area equipped with a ladder so it was very inconvenient trying to rush down to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Other than that, everything was great

Appartement très agréable, calme et accueillant. On se sent comme à la maison. Équipement de la cuisine permettant de cuisiner à notre guise. Petit coin de jardin apportant une touche de nature. Hotes réactifs et accueillants.

Maison idéalement placée, voiture inutile pour se rendre à Amsterdam, quartier calme et reposant, très bons échanges avec Fiona et Roeland que nous remercions pour leur gentillesse, leur écoute et leurs bons conseils. La maison correspond bien au descriptif, il fait bon y vivre. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter.

This is such a great location and Saeed is a fantastic host! We felt right at home. It’s located near great restaurants and around public transportation. Saeed is very friendly and respectful. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants and tips on how to arrive from the airport. We are looking forward to staying here next time we come to Amsterdam

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour chez Doortje et son conjoint, l’accueil était extrêmement chaleureux de leur part ! L’appartement était incroyable, très bien décoré, chaleureux, fonctionnel, bien situé, spacieux et charmant ! Les hôtes nous ont aidés du début à la fin de notre voyage ! Duco's place was absolutely fantastic! We loved everything about our stay. The neighborhood was perfect for us, with a great selection of stores, restaurants, and cafes. Having a grocery store right downstairs was convenient for quick trips, and the proximity to other grocery stores was a bonus. I can't recommend Duco's apartment highly enough!

A wonderful and quiet apartment in a very convenient location - right next to the tram and a beautiful park. The living space is beautiful with tasteful design features, natural light and lots of wonderful baby items which Sophie kindly shared during our stay. The master bedroom was large and very comfortable, along with the baby room which was well appointed. Please note, this is a lived-in family home so don’t expect a lot of wardrobe space for storage.

We enjoyed our stay here. Yes there are lots of steps but Sem was an excellent host. Great kitchen. Nice fireplace. Love the second bathroom. It was a little chilly but hey it’s Amsterdam. And the location was great.

Enjoyed our stay at Niel's! The kids loved the playground across the street and playing with the toys at the house. Beds were comfy and the fireplace was nice at night. Quiet despite being in a busy part of town. Right off the main street. Lots of food and bakeries near. Next to the canal. Steep stairs down the primary bedroom. One of the kids bedrooms is on the first floor. It's exactly what Airbnb was made for back in the day - your staying at someone's main home, so it's not pristine or organized like a hotel, but everything you'll need for a few days away. Thank you for hosting us!

If this place is available, rent it now! It is the perfect Amsterdam home base. It's in a nice residential area & is right on the bus line to Centraal Station (comes every 10-12 mins) and a short walk to Jordaan & 9 Streets area. The apartment is better than the photos--there are homey touches throughout. There are several flights of stairs up to it, but it's worth the hike. The first floor has a 1/2 bath, fully-equipped kitchen (w/ spices & all necessary equipment) & a large living room (w/ piano & cinema w/ retractable screen). The next floor has 2 bedrooms w/ comfortable beds & an amazing bathroom w/ tub & shower. The roof garden is very relaxing, w/ beautiful sunsets & comfy furniture. We watched the Dutch team's victory over Turkey in Euro 2024 on the roof, & hearing the whole neighborhood celebrate was an amazing experience. We felt like we saw the real (not touristy) Amsterdam. Finally, the host was very proactive, helpful & patient w/ my questions. Highly recommend!

Hi Wilma. Thank you for everything. I enjoyed my stay at your luxurious apartment at the beautiful gein river. It’s really quiet and peaceful. I had all the amenities I needed for everyday life. Your interior decoration is so feng shui and so inspiring. I have absolutely zero complaints. I wish I could stay longer, but then I realized this apartment is really in high demand, and another lucky tenant had the fastest fingers, and they locked in a reservation just before I could extend mine 😅 I wish you all the best and hope to be hosted by you once again. Pound for pound the greatest air bnb experience we have experienced. we have been on our first European tour from Australia and never have we felt such at home not only in a city but in Anne's beautiful home. So helpful and the main draw card for my 2 girls (10 and 6) was being able to take care of Skippie and Coco (sometimes)the resident cats. Anne's instructional video I recommend watching as we were all too excited when we arrived but it's very detailed. We will return one day and hopefully all see a football match together. We felt like we knew Anne and her family by the beautiful home they live in with all their photos and the children's rooms were just lovely (I wonder if the little books we left have been located yet lol). But if your a family wanting a true neighbourhood experience this is it. away from all the noise of the city but still so close. Transport so easy. Truly will be 4 days we will never forget.
