We were a group of 7 and stayed 4 nights. It was a beautiful villa and we had a lovely stay! There were always personnel on the premises: although they weren’t English speakers, we communicated easily via Google Translate. Check-in was smooth and the rooms were clean and comfortable. There were lots of spaces for us to hang out as a group. At first glance, the villa seems located off the beaten but the area gets quite lively in the evenings. It’s either a long walk into town or a short taxi ride. However, a few things to note. Music from the park next door played well into the morning. The sound was quite muted, sensitive guests wore ear plugs (provided by the villa). The villa is also right next to a construction site. The work starts in the early morning and ends around 5pm. We were out most of the day so it barely affected us. Finally, the drainage in the bathrooms in the top two rooms emitted a terrible smell: keep the door shut. Despite these hiccups, a great overall experience!

Truc's place is lovely. The house is clean and spacious and the swimming pool is gorgeous!!! Truc was so helpful! She arranged a taxi to and from the airport, a scooter for my son and supplied lots of local knowledge. We had 10 delightful days in Hoi An and would definitely come back to Truc's house and would recommend to friends.

We loved it here. We had 11 people and it was great, we didn’t even use two of the rooms, plenty of space. We utilized the kitchen and outdoor spaces quite a bit. Had all the amenities we needed, even had activities for kids. Host was able to help schedule 16 passenger taxis as needed., as well as rent us a motorbike. Location was good, a bit far for our family to walk with a few people in their 60s, but the electric golf carts made getting back from hoi an quick and easy.

We splurged with only being two of us in a very large villa and it was worth every penny. Our host was great and responsive and also helped line up transportation from the airport and rental motorbikes. Villa has amazing style inside and out, rooms were so nice with great beds and the pool was so refreshing after long days in the sun. Will visit again soon and be staying here again.

Ich war mit meinen 4 Freunden dort und es hat uns allen super gut gefallen! Die Unterkunft ist wirklich schön und etwas besonderes! Bee war sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar! Sie hat uns bei der Organisation von Ausflügen super weitergeholfen und ich konnte sie alles fragen!!!! Bee ist wirklich eine sehr unterstützende Gastgeberin und ich kann ihr nur 10 von 10 Punkten geben! Ich komme gerne wieder!

The property is close to the water and is very relaxing. It was nice to have a private pool to swim. Loved that our family had space to spread out and relax. Enjoyed waking up to the ocean each day. Loved that they had a washer but missed having a dryer. Mahk was extremely helpful and kind with all his attention to helping our family. Many thanks.

Our young family's stay at Xuan's Happy Villa was a highlight of our trip to Hoi An. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The villa itself is neat and clean and beautifully decorated. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and complete with modern amenities. The pool was wonderful for our kids. Xuan is the most attentive host you could ever hope for—she went above and beyond. Xuan helped organise and recommend with the best local eats and tourist activities. She even helped us book transport. Thank you for making our stay memorable.
