Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der White House Lodge sehr genossen. Wir haben uns schnell wie zuhause gefühlt in der grosszügigen Wohnung. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Die schöne grosse Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Janaka und seine Familie haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und wir haben interessante Gespräche geführt. Unsere beiden gleich alten Söhne haben sich angefreundet, vielleicht eine Freundschaft fürs Leben? Das Internet funktioniert sehr gut, perfekt um zwischendurch zu arbeiten. Janaka hat unsere Ferien mit Tipps für Ausflüge bereichert. Sewwandi hat sehr lecker für uns gekocht, vielen Dank dafür! Preis-Leistung ist top! Wir kommen wieder.

We have had a fantastic week here at Cococabana, with a spacious and well-equipped house, a park-like garden and a large and elegant swimming pool. In addition, the hosts Anne-Marie and Daniel are very positive and attentive, along with their pleasant staff. The dogs that live here are friendly and contribute to a great environment. When we arrived, we received a good overview of all the practicalities, and were met with a clean and delicate house, with fresh fruit and food in the fridge. We have been traveling around Sri Lanka for over two months, and this is without a doubt the most beautiful place we have stayed in. The property is located undisturbed right by the sea, but still only a nice walk or tuktuk ride to beaches, shops and restaurants. Here we have experienced everything we could wish for. We would be happy to return on a later occasion.

Celine’s house was great for us. 6 persons (4 adults and 2 children 3 and 4 years old). + house exactly the same as on photos. + location is great. + almost private claim beach was good. + Christian and Indra are really great hosts. Please, read feedback from Helen (November 2016) "Myself, husband, two children ......." - it's still actual.

We had an amazing stay at Nilwella Palms, which is essentially a big and beautiful beach house. The place was great, with plenty of space for 11 of us and lots of bathrooms. There were three standouts for us; The beach was absolutely stunning, the pictures do not do it justice. With four older ‘boys’ (21/18/16/15), plus fathers who love the sea, the waves provided endless fun - btw all the women in the group loved the beach too!. You have to be careful and stay close to shore (we received warnings from Tammy and locals). Ultimately however, great fun. The team at the house, Chef Pathum, Sous chef Dishan, Denish and Kavi were extremely attentive through our stay, making a particular effort on Xmas day, with fireworks over the ocean and the two chefs dressing up to do a fire dance! Huge fun for all. Dickwella beach for sunset, lovely, long with lots of cheap eateries and bars along the front, very quiet compared to Hirikiteya which we found a bit busy Would definitely stay again

We have just left Khouse after 3 nights as a large family of mixed cultures (12 adults and 3 young kids). Khouse was the perfect choice for us to spend relaxed quality time together. The 2 properties both with 3 bedrooms each situated close by to one another provided flexible accommodation with just the right balance of closeness and space. With the use of 2 extra beds for the kids it was perfect. The buildings are beautiful. The shadey garden is full of nature and large; affording space to safely play and the pool has a great shallow area for the pre-schoolers. The beach is lovely for exploring, digging, rock pooling (with shoes) but not for swimming, although you can snorkel early morning. The staff are friendly and accommodating, they cannot do enough for you. They have a small kitchen and only 1 chef so catering for a large group can be complicated this is not a hotel but we appreciated every effort they made even adding extra guests for a special meal. Perfect. thank you all.

Visited Lucid House with my girlfriend and two other friends. Lovely place for a small group. Everything was perfect. Located away from the town but not far away either. 2-3 minute drive to Secret Beach and 5 minute drive to the Ahangama Town.

une villa parfaite, avec une situation parfaite juste quelques mètres de l'océan et de la ville et d'un quartier bien agréable l'accueil et le suivi par Irish est formidable et parfait. cette villa permet un repos profond et à des qualités top allez y sans retenue car elle vous permet d'être comme chez vous avec en plus une petite rue hyper calme restaurant à côté familial et prêt à toujours rendre service ( challenge hut) piscine impeccable et une eau parfaite si nous pouvions m'être 10 étoiles, nous le ferrions avec sincérité. 👌👍👏

Een geweldige villa met alle voorzieningen die je maar kan wensen. Grote koelkast, gefilterd water, vriezer, keuken met al het keukengerei, koffie zet apparaat, blender etc. Goede slaapkamers met goede bedden en AC. Woonkamer ruim en groot tv met HDMI. Buiten kan je lekker eten aan de buiten tafel. Een geweldig prive zwembad met twee lekkere zitzakken. Geweldige service, staff stond altijd klaar voor nieuwe handdoeken of housekeeping als je het huis verliet. Patrycia reageerde altijd enorm snel. Goed werkende WiFi! De apen kwamen in de ochtend of middag vaak rondom het zwembad, met name langs de muur aan de zwembad zijde en het dak. Wij vonden dit zelf best eng, want dit is vrij dichtbij. Aan alles is gedacht! Kortom een geweldig verblijf met een top locatie! Een aanrader dus.

We had a wonderful stay at this two-story house. The property is spacious, well-maintained, and located in a beautiful area. We especially appreciated the peaceful surroundings and the helpful communication with the host. Just a small tip for future guests: be mindful of keeping doors and windows closed, as the local wildlife is quite active. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again!

Trop cher pour ce que c’est par rapport à ce qui se fait au Sri Lanka, mais en dehors du prix c’est un logement agréable proche de la plage, avec une belle piscine.

Magnificent spacious and beautifully designed heritage home. Responsive and delightful staff. Immaculately clean and spacious. Large grounds. Quiet with sensational private pool. Sarath organized a chef and meals for us and was able up take us out on his tuk tuk. Very nice beach is a 4 minute walk away , safe swimming with a nice surf break a further few minutes walk. Look forward to coming again.

We had a wonderful time at Don's place! He was super responsive and always proactive even informing us when he won't be nearby his phone, so we can reach out to the rest of the team. There are people who constantly clean the outside area and the whole team, including in the coffee shop is great (Thanks, Cherry!). We also rented a motorbike from him, which did us a wonderful job. Note, that it's good to have some sort of a vehicle to see the beautiful surroundings. Also, there are looooots of mosquitos, so go prepared with some serious sprays.

We had a great time at Hela Studio. The studio is decorated tastefully and is in an ideal location. Marta was very responsive and took pride in her place, would stay again if we were to return to Hiriketiya in the future!

Wowowow! What an absolute gem!!! We loved staying here, it’s so nature-oriented & the location is perfect if you’re looking for somewhere to chill that’s within walking distance of everything ☺️ Lara is also the most generous and welcoming host, I cannot recommend this place enough ❤️

We had a great stay at Bandula’s villa! Bandula was so helpful and friendly. The place was clean and perfectly located. We would 100% stay here again if we came back to Sri Lanka

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in Kumbalgama und haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen. Kalsara und seine Eltern waren jederzeit erreichbar und halfen gerne mit Tipps. Sie haben sogar einmal für uns gekocht, sodass wir uns sehr heimische gefühlt haben. Lediglich der Lärm von der Straße ist ein kleiner Wermutstopfen, wofür jedoch der Gastgeber nichts kann.

Hadde flere nydelige dager her! Veldig fin villa i rolige og fredelige omgivelser. Huset var ryddig, rent og hadde et godt utstyrt kjøkken. Rundt 12 minutter å gå til stranda. Ville bodd her igjen!

Amazing house with even prettier garden! You have a place for yourself, away from the street but close enough to the supermarket (2 mins) and the beach (1,2 km). The place is calm, private, you can really enjoy your stay in peace and calm. For this amazing price I don't think we could find a better place to stay!

Lovely hosts who were helpful throughout & greeted us, showing us around the property! Such a huge space with lots of useful amenities :) A very beautiful villa inside and outside in the private garden.. Was great that 3 of the bedrooms had A/C & the kitchen was fully equipped. Surrounding area was great and there was lots of points of interest within walking distance. Once again such lovely hosts and we will look forward to staying again as we felt right at home! Thank you :)
