I had an amazing 10-day stay at Angelica’s condo in the vibrant BGC/Burgos Circle area! The location is unbeatable, with plenty to do—shopping, dining, and exploring—all within walking distance. The coffee shop in the lobby was perfect for morning brews, and having a laundry service and a convenience store right next door made my stay even more comfortable. Angelica was an exceptional host, providing quick responses and thoughtful local recommendations. The area felt very safe and was always lively, making it a perfect home base during my trip. I highly recommend staying here and would absolutely return on my next visit!

Another standout feature is how fresh and pleasant the place smells, adding to the overall relaxing vibe. Lastly, the host is very accommodating and ensures a smooth and pleasant stay. My family loved the stay, very spacious, WiFi fast, have an space for laundry drying which I saved more from doing laundry outside, AC works good. Emily (caretaker) is very approachable and very friendly, she’s very easy to deal with. we will come back again for sure.

My family had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants and US Embassy. The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

This is a spacious, simple, clean apartment with all the kitchen equipment you need. No clutter around. Two generous sofas. Almost at the top floor of the building, which has a spacious lobby. Gym and swimming pool available on floor 6. The host, Sweety (Rova June) is very responsive, and her helper, Ate Beth was always available next door if needed. One of the best neighbourhoods in Makati, near a nice park and very close to GreenBelt Outdoor Mall. A very good Airbnb in every way.

Beautifully presented apartment with easy access to lots of amenities and onward travel. The hosts were wonderful and quickly responded to all queries in a friendly and instructive manner. I used the pool facilities during our stay and they were perfectly clean and well maintained, as is the whole complex. Would recommend 100%. Absolutely loved spending our time at Marie’s listing given that it was our 2nd time renting it. The place was just so cozy and easy to go to. She also gave us specific instructions and information so we didn’t really have any problem staying there. I would totally recommend it to my friends who are looking for a place that’s surrounded by great restaurants and places.

Perfect, location wise. Typically not crowded so going in and out of the building is relatively fast. The unit is clean with cleaning materials available to use (good for daily maintenance). I highly recommended this place if this listing comes across your search! Thanks.

Wil’s place is very clean and comfortable. My team did not have any problems during the stay (except for the blankets - they leave some loose threads in clothes and in bed) and we really loved the view. It is very clean.

I stayed there for 2weeks plus, I had a very good rest at this place. They were all responsive, friendly & helpful. They provided me all my request that is available. Its hasslefree, his place has a positive vibes felt at peace, actually its better in person, couch & bed were comfortable & i like it that they provided me comforter and extra sheets it helps me rest easily after my medical treatments, can cook quick meals, napkins& trashbags are provided too, complete kitchen tools, fridge, microwave, bathroom is clean and shower is easy to use. It feels like home & I find it peaceful.. I will definitely come back next time. Highly recommended!:)
