We felt like we had the best spot on the bay! Being right on the water was amazing. It was so peaceful and we enjoyed watching the tides change. It was nice to finally stay in Bodega Bay and get to enjoy the beauty. The location made it very easy to get to everything. My kids loved taking baths downstairs while looking out at the water. The wrap around deck was a plus. We played outside on the deck until dusk one day. Lastly, sitting outside in the hot tub surrounded by the bay was the cherry on top. We hope to come back soon!

Awesome place for a weekend away. Had a golf trip with 10 people, and were able to comfortably.

Debra is an excellent host and communicator! The place completely exceeds expectations. Beds are extraordinary, kitchen is clutch, hot tub is great, and waking up to the ocean view is serene. Having access like that to kayaks and the bay from your bedroom is extremely unique in that area of California. There is really nothing like it! Would book again in a heartbeat.

This house was amazing, from the layout, the comfy bed, the hot tub, the nice bathrooms, and especially THE VIEW. After a tumultuous few months, coming to Barbara’s house was the perfect antidote. Barbara was very communicative and responsive. I really can’t say enough about the house. And, to have one of the bedrooms in a semi-detached part of the house made it even better for our son! The fact that you can actually go out the back door, follow a path, cross the road and be at the beach was an added plus. Definitely would recommend this home to others!

Vivien was an awesome hostess she was like a long lost sister checking on us to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay the house was blessed with a Zen spirit it was a very relaxing atmosphere

Aaron's place is a wonderful retreat right on the water. It is a beautiful house that is private and tucked off of the main road. Everything we needed was there. Full kitchen with great appliances, cozy living room & bedroom. All main rooms of the house have wonderful views of the water, bay and mountains beyond. Sitting on the deck is incredible with the water coming in below you at medium and high tide. The hot tub is excellent amenity! relaxing outdoors and seeing the moon & stars is an unforgettable experience! Aaron is a great host, very communicative and friendly. Highly recommend.

The house was beautiful and a restful place away from the city. I agree with other reviews and it was super clean. My small family thoroughly enjoyed the house and its proximity to hiking trails and Healdsburg downtown.

The cottage is serene and we loved looking out at the water from the dining table/bedrooms. The kids loved that we were on the (small) beach and loved tracking the tides. The place is rustic and homely. We loved the old record player and it had everything we needed for a weekend stay. It was a easy drive to food and hikes in the area. This is the second property we've stayed at and love how responsive and kind Tom is. We made a request for the kids to see the animals on the farm and Tom happily obliged. He gave them a tour, introduced them to all animals and machinery and patiently answered each and every question they asked. He was one of the highlights of the trip and they are still talking about "Farmer Tom and his (fill in the blank)" till today. Farmer Tom truly embodies the Airbnb spirit. It isnt just about "renting a place", it is about understanding and getting to know the community and environment. Thank you giving my family such a wonderful Point Reyes experience.

Beautiful view and such a pretty home! Loved the handpicked selection of things in the home and the plants. The big glass windows with a beautiful view of the ocean was such a treat!

Lovely place at the incredible Stinson Beach. Loved the big picture windows for the beautiful ocean view. Comfy beds. Nice hot tub. We really enjoyed our time!

The house was perfect for a relaxing vacation. The neighborhood has beautiful greenery with ocean views that help relax your soul. The place was well equipped with all your needs. The location was perfect. Easy access to San Francisco, Napa Valley, Muir Woods, private beach, etc. Even though we did venture out sightseeing, we were also happy to just be at the Airbnb and enjoy the house and location.

We loved this home! We do family vacations with my parents and my brother's family so we have 6 adults and 2 kids. This house was ideal for our family. It is so spacious and has a beautiful view. It also feels very private. The price for this sized house is awesome. Usually homes this large cost much more so it being affordable made it so that we all were able to go. The only thing I would mention that was an issue was the driveway. It is very steep so if you have a sedan, your car will scrape as you drive up. This also happens when pulling into the garage.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage on Kristen’s beautiful property with our two kids and my parents. The cottage is beautifully appointed with a great sunny deck and very comfortable beds and linens. The property is amazing and we loved exploring the hiking trails and private beach and watching the sunrise. The kids also loved the trampoline. The house is in a very private location but it’s just a short drive to downtown Tiburon, which has lots of charming restaurants and stores. Kristen and Athena were wonderful hosts - very welcoming and responsive.

Wow, what a special place. The rainy days couldn’t ruin the trip, even though they tried. Gazing out the huge windows in the living room was peaceful and more entertaining than we could have imagined. Seals resting on the beach between the estuary and ocean, plenty of birds and beautiful spring blooms. The property is exactly as pictured, if not even more impressive in person. Super clean, well equipped, comfortable furniture and the bathrooms were very luxurious. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen; which is well equipped and comfortable for preparing meals. One of the best AirBnBs we have stayed at and plan to return soon (if not annually).

Absolutely stunning view and very private location. Plenty of room for our group and we especially appreciated the dog run off the master bedroom for convenience for our pup. The house has everything you need and the upstairs living areas are a bit more updated. Very comfortable to hang out and just enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. The deck was perfect. Host was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay.

This is the 3rd Stinson house we have rented and the best! The location: on the beach, closest to town possible, easy parking, beautiful views from inside or out, perfect interior layout. We rent 3 to 4 house each year for our family of 7, ( I figure cheaper and more flexible than owning a vacation home) Tahoe for Christmas, Santa Cruz before Thanksgiving, Lake Arrowhead this summer and Hawaii for Thanksgiving 2025. Unlike a lot of places we stay, Jeff's place had good stuff! Beach chairs/toys, fry pans and utensils and good kitchen lighting! The place feels well cared for and supported! We hope to be back soon!

Very convenient location. Easy access to freeway, food,etc. House was very clean, well equipped, and nicely decorated. Plenty of room for family of 4.

We had a very relaxing weekend here. The location is easily accessible from the Bay Area, with a smooth and straightforward drive—no winding roads. The views from the house were stunning, and the hot tub was perfectly positioned to overlook beautiful greenery, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. We even spotted a few deer close to the house, which was a lovely surprise. The only downside was that the overall value for money felt slightly lacking. There’s an extra charge for a 1 pm late checkout. That said, it was still a great place to stay.

This location and Owner exceeded our expectations. The location is beautifully assembled and offers every amenity needed for a true "show up and enjoy your stay" experience. The cozy setting had us very impressed and made for a truly relaxing stay. Judy was very responsive to any "after arrival" questions asked, and we could not be happier. The next time a coastal getaway is in order, without the RV, this will be one of our first to check out for a return visit.

Amazing location able to see the beach from the deck so can keep an eye on your kids playing. Fully stocked with comfortable furniture inside and on the deck. No beach chairs so make sure to bring those. The dishwasher is really old but worked. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans etc. would definitely stay here again.

We are on a 2 month road trip and by far this vacation home was the BEST! Well outfitted for all your needs. The host and management team are top notch and made us feel appreciated and at home. Beautiful surroundings and incredibly peaceful. Will definitely book again.
