There was no one around during our stay. Had deer in the backyard along with a little fox friend. Very relaxing and much needed break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing location able to see the beach from the deck so can keep an eye on your kids playing. Fully stocked with comfortable furniture inside and on the deck. No beach chairs so make sure to bring those. The dishwasher is really old but worked. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans etc. would definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful and a restful place away from the city. I agree with other reviews and it was super clean. My small family thoroughly enjoyed the house and its proximity to hiking trails and Healdsburg downtown.

Patricia is a lovely host, very accommodating and responsive! The home is huge and very well equipped. We had a great time and gorgeous weather...of course, weather's beyond anyone's control, but it is especially spectacularly beautiful there in the bright sun under a clear blue sky!

Galina was incredibly responsive, helpful, and provided great instructions and recommendations. House looks exactly like pictures We have young kids and were easily able to walk to the beach. Looking forward to staying here again. :)!

We had a fantastic stay at this rustic oceanfront cabin! When you first pull up, the house is a bit unassuming, but don’t let that fool you—once you step inside, it opens up to absolutely stunning views of the ocean. The interior was very clean, especially the bedding, which made for a super comfortable and cozy stay. The private beach access is such a rare and special bonus—perfect for peaceful morning walks or running the dog with less people around than Dillon Beach. The owner was also very responsive and communicative whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet, scenic getaway right on the coast!

Phenomenal stay! You will not be disappointed. Views are gorgeous. The Spinnaker restaurant within walking distance has fantastic food and drink, with tables overlooking the water. We will be booking again!

The house boat is lovely - very tastefully decorated, beautiful view, multiple outdoor sitting areas, everything is new and crisp. It's situated in a row of about 10 or 12 other house boats nestled close together. Nevertheless, it is quiet. The neighbors are interesting and welcoming. Unit 4B has the distinct advantage of having the rooftop deck but 4A has a very nice floating dock/patio with a couple attractive chaise lounges. It's a short drive to Sausalito and to the ferry landing. We stayed for 2 weeks and, with the easy ferry ride to SF, did not get bored. We hope to get back.

A great spot with amazing views, and so quiet! The house was spacious and clean, as advertised. Can't wait to go back next time I want to play golf.

The place is comfortable, cozy, clean, and has beautiful views of the ocean. Robert was very responsive and allowed us to book on 24 hours notice after another rental cancelled on us at the last minute, which we appreciated.

We had a lovely stay at the Vacasa Bodega Bay house, check in was easy and the house had plenty of room for our group. We did have toddlers and there are a lot of stairs in the house - something to be aware of with young children or folks with mobility issues. The house was clean, and had a beautiful ocean view. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and was an easy walk to the beach. We also walked to the Pinnacle Gulch trail and hiked to Pinnacle Rock beach which was really fun, and great for families, lots of fun tide pools at the beach. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing and watching the stars in the evening. I would stay again and recommend as a relaxing vacation spot.

The views were absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of space for 5 adults on a family getaway. 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom was a definite plus. Short drive to bodega bay.

If you are looking for a relaxing, beautiful, comfortable home with incomparable views, you cannot do any better than this. The house itself is lovely: well-furnished, well-appointed and very easy to live in. The setting is extraordinary—in addition to the breathtaking view (which, frankly, would be enough on its own, even if you were staying in a tent) there is a badminton court (you should play!) a trampoline (you should jump!) and garden for quiet contemplation if you have tired of the sea. The town and an excellent surfing beach are a short walk down the hill. It is impossible to overstate how wonderful it is.

Wonderful time at this home. Host was responsive and helpful. Gorgeous view and meticulously kept, my husband and I commented that this was one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in. Don’t tell anyone about this hidden gem 😊

This place was fantastic for the four of us to have a peaceful New Years Eve trip away. You are right in a redwood grove, with a lot to do right nearby. The place had a really well stocked kitchen if you want to cook (great flat top grill). The hot tub is fantastic, and the couch/tv area was great for a movie night. If you want to explore Russian river, this is as good as it gets. We walked across the street for nine holes of stunning golf. A 20 minute drive got us to Jenner to explore the dramatic coastline, 15 minute drive to a state park for hiking, and 30 minutes to russian river's brewery. Also there is a coffee shop just across the first hole of the course, which is a rare convenience. If we had 6 guests this would have been really incredible value.

The house is in the most beautiful and dramatic setting. We didn’t want to leave! The kitchen was a bit tight for group cooking but it’s super well outfitted with plenty of plates & glasses and every gadget & serving piece you could want. We had a great time here & I would book here again in a heartbeat.

Wow, what a special place. The rainy days couldn’t ruin the trip, even though they tried. Gazing out the huge windows in the living room was peaceful and more entertaining than we could have imagined. Seals resting on the beach between the estuary and ocean, plenty of birds and beautiful spring blooms. The property is exactly as pictured, if not even more impressive in person. Super clean, well equipped, comfortable furniture and the bathrooms were very luxurious. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen; which is well equipped and comfortable for preparing meals. One of the best AirBnBs we have stayed at and plan to return soon (if not annually).

Amazing ocean views right when you walk in the door. Hot tub on the deck was wonderful especially on a cold Northern California coast day. Would recommend staying here!

We rented this home for a family gathering during a cold, rainy weekend in late March. Even though it was off season for recreation on the river, this location proved to be the perfect, warm, cozy place to spend lazy mornings watching the rain fall and to share meals in the evening. The decor feels very old school "cozy cabin on the river" from a warmer, friendlier era, when families would spend whole summers on the Russian River. The views from the windows are peaceful and beautiful and no one minded keeping the wood stove going or hand washing dishes. It was all part of the charm of the house. We appreciated the very specific directions to the house and the advice to arrive well before dark. The narrow, winding roads along the river aren't the easiest to navigate, even for locals! We appreciated the rain holding off for a few hours so we could explore Armstrong Redwoods on a moist, cloudy morning. We were treated to majestic trees, lush moss, and even banana slugs! Thank you!

Second stay at this beautiful location in this beautiful home. My only disappointment was our stay was too short. I accidentally left my jacket behind and Renee was kind enough to go out of her way and send it to me.

Charlie is a great host and very responsive. You have a great view of Dillon’s Beach and the ocean. The family loved staying there, just be aware that you have some stairs to go up to get to the house. For most people, that should not be a problem. My 3 year old grandson loved to go up and down them and hike to the beach(definitely with in walking distance). Beautiful location and we saw plenty of wild life in the area. Thank you for great experience.
