Great place and wonderful host. Walkable to brewery, restaurants and shops as well as downtown. Close to multiple ski slopes. Would definitely recommend.

Tricia was a great host. She lives at the property but we never heard her and was super respectful of our space. She was responsive to everything and even made us cookies on our last night! The location is perfect my family walked to and from dinner every night. It was tough to leave because the view from the primary bedroom and the upstairs sitting area was nothing short of spectacular!!! The space was roomie enough for 8 adults to be there multiple days without feeling on top of each other. The private hot tub was a bonus as well!!

The house was nicely laid out, with a place to work in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen was stocked with spices, etc. and paper products so no need to shop for these items which was so nice. In the winter, you can drive your car and park at the French Creek bus stop, then take the bus with skis. Also, there are hiking trails starting right behind the clubhouse, an easy walk from the house with our dogs. Note that you do have to walk on the main road to get to the next street with the trails. We enjoyed our stay!

We took a family vacation to Keystone, and this bnb was the perfect place for us to all stay together comfortably! Kyle was responsive to questions we had while we were staying but also was proactive before we stayed! We had asked to see if they had a pack n play as we needed one and didn’t want to bring one if we didn’t have to. Kyle went out of his way to ensure we had a pack n play ready for our arrival! The hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing and the house was stocked with everything you could need - from the kitchen to the bathrooms! We would highly recommend this location & host!

This is a great place walking distance from Leadville! Very good also for people that like to save money by cooking some meals as the house rather than go out for everything!

This is a nice and comfortable mountain cabin that sits within a quiet, safe, and walkable neighborhood. Easy 10-min drive into town of Breckenridge. Check-in and out are easy. Alex is a friendly, accommodating, and responsive host.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning mountain views, peaceful surroundings, and cozy yet spacious accommodations. The home was immaculately clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and perfectly located—just a short drive to downtown Breckenridge while still feeling like a private mountain retreat. The hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful, ensuring our stay was seamless. Whether we were enjoying the place and space, relaxing in the hot tub, or exploring the beautiful nearby restaurants, every moment was memorable. If you’re looking for the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and breathtaking scenery, this is the place to stay. We can’t wait to return!

We really enjoyed staying at Andrew’s property. The place was clean, convenient and cozy. Andrew was quick to respond when minor issues arose. Only complaint is it’s a steep hill to the property and other residents/guests parked on the hill which made the drive down with snow very difficult. If you stay here in the winter make sure you have a dependable 4WD. We’d definitely stay here again!

Amazing spot for my fiancé and i with our two dogs. Right next to the shuttle that took us straight to the gondola but when we wanted to walk it only took 15 mins to get into town. Super cozy as well. We will definitely be back! :)

Great place to stay on 4 o'clock run. Easy checkin and close parking. There was some building maintenance/construction (April 2024), but was not loud or very noticeable in the condo.

Michael's place made me feel at home. It had everything we needed to feel comfortable and get a good night of rest. We loved the nice view from the living room and the huge hot tub. The proximity to retail and restaurants was great as well. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved staging at Hayley and Mike’s place in East Vail! Perfect for a weekend ski trip - it’s spacious, quiet, and close to the bus into Vail Village

We had a great stay at the condo! Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Great location close to many of the ski resorts in the area. The view over the mountains is very pretty!! David was helpful and prompt to respond when we had questions. Really the only thing to note was every step could be heard from the upstairs condo - as other guests have mentioned also. But didn’t affect our stay - it was always very quiet at night 😊

I can’t recommend Penny’s place enough! The apartment was perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing and Penny offered us the use of her boot driers, which was absolutely fabulous! We also appreciated the quiet and peaceful environment of her neighborhood. Thumbs up all the way!!

This is a great place in the heart of Leadville. Tons of outdoor options year around. There is a large winter outdoor community in Leadville, this place is in the heart of it all. Host was excellent and easy to work with.

Douglas’ home was perfect for our annual trip to Breck. The location is perfect, literally within mins of Main St. The house is clean, well-appointed, and easily accomodated my family of 6. The parking garage was a nice convenience as well. My family and I have stayed at various lodges on 4 O’Clock Rd over the years and this was the best yet. A true gem! See you next year!!!

My fiancé and I had the BEST time in Breckenridge. Denise’s Airbnb was in a prime location - Easy to walk into town (10 minutes max), across the street from the snowflake lift and true ski in access at the end of the ski day. We also enjoyed the hot tub which was a short walk from the apartment and featured 2 heated tubs and a heated pool. Denise was so easy to communicate with and very helpful if we had questions during our stay. The place was clean and exactly as advertised! We also had friends join us in Breckenridge at the last minute and they were able to book a different studio in the same complex. This was a great way to travel with friends, especially if you appreciate a little bit of privacy. I have nothing but positive things to say and I would 100% book here again. If you are considering booking here for a winter getaway, do yourself a favor and book!

Loved this place. Incredible view, plenty of space, large patio. The kitchen was amazing with every possible item you could ever need, even lots of spices. There were plenty of paper products, shampoo, laundry products, etc. Very clean and inviting and just as it was described. I think it was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. We definitely hope to return.

The condo was as described, well-equipped, and was the perfect landing spot for our little family ski vacation.

Loved this place! Comfortable beds, loved the hot tub, internet worked great, and wonderful location! It is easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants! You also have a reserved spot/garage which is nice!

This Airbnb is perfect! It has all the right amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy fireplace. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to multiple ski hills and local attractions. The hosts were responsive and provided great recommendations. Overall, a fantastic stay—I can't wait to return!
