Kristin is truly the best host I’ve ever encountered! It is clear that she is doing this not as just a business but because she genuinely wants to create a sacred place rooted in care. We were welcomed with a delicious loaf of bread and she was readily available whenever we needed anything. She always ensured we were comfortable and would even come to shovel periodically when there was a winter storm. Anytime she stopped by she would ask if we needed her to pick up anything and would bring us a treat. The energy of the house is very special, it feels like you are in an extension of nature. There are relics from India, sound bowls, and stones from around the world under the floor that all contribute to the house’s magic. It completely surpassed my expectations.

This place is a little piece of hidden paradise! I would highly recommend. It’s out in the country but still close to restaurants and shopping. The horses are definitely a bonus! As well as the barn cats we saw and got to pet. Definitely would stay here again! The little things that they have are amazing. Little snack basket, candy, Q-tips, floss, anything and everything that you could possibly need.

Great host and great proximity to NYC. Awesome value for 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Transportation into NY was seamless with the bus stop right across the street and it’s the last stop on the route before entering NYC which was really convenient. Venky was super responsive and provided everything we needed for a great stay (including cereal and milk for breakfasts). Weehawken was clean and safe…short walk to a fantastic park with phenomenal skyline views of the city. Only downside was that there are limited walkable options restaurant wise. Overall great place to stay!

My friends and I can’t say enough great things about Christiana (host) and her stunning home! My friends and I have such a wonderful time, coming together to celebrate my upcoming. It was such a welcoming space for our gathering and we enjoyed every bit of the amenities! She was extremely accommodating, lightening fast responsiveness, and top notch clear communication. Thank you so much for everything, completely exceeded our expectations. We may have to make this property an annual ladies getaway!

Simple amazing, if you are a bigger group and need beds for everyone then this is your spot, the house is clean and there was different coffee pods, snacks, teas, and some breakfast items were left for us! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking in the area!

Kinder Hawk is an amazing place to get away from everything and relax. Kinder Hawk is very comfortable, cozy, and has everything you need. Kitchen is equipped well. Bed is very comfortable. Kinder Hawk was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Furniture was very comfy and Gas Fire Place and candles provided a perfect atmosphere for relaxing, reading, and spending time with family. Host is very responsive, accommodating, and informative. Area is very relaxing and peaceful. Welcome basket is amazing and very delicious. Several small towns within a 20 minute drive with multiple things to see and do. Great Hiking close by.

Margaret's place has a lot going for it! House was nice, plenty of room for 6 adults and 6 kids. The adjacent hotel was great, with a pool and goats, which the kids loved! Hiking nearby was fun, with a creek the kids enjoyed, plus rafting along the Delaware River. The small main street in Narrowsburg was cool, with a couple nice restaurants, book store, coffee shop and nice small farmers market. Definitely worth a trip!

Brendan is an awesome host. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, this is what you are looking for. It’s in the woods and gives you the country feel but near enough to shopping and places to eat.

I had an amazing experience staying at Anthony’s place! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated the space was. The location was perfect, offering easy access to NY! I was for a work project and extended my stay several times that’s how much I liked the place! Thanks you the place was great!

The pristine pictures barely did it justice of just how beautiful, well maintained & comfortable the apartment would be.. the extra touches, cleanliness & accommodations were more than expected and truly made a difference. My family and I enjoyed Daniela’s place . Everything was just as described. Beds were very comfortable. Daniela and her team were so friendly and made sure my family felt right at home . Will visit again :)

This is a delightful place! The location is peaceful, the decor gorgeous and the hosts easy to work with. I enjoyed my stay so much, feeling instantly right at home. And the fresh eggs that are right there in the frig (wow), well, I was happier to have them than I had anticipated! It's just minutes away from New Paltz.

At Thanksgiving we like to be at an Airbnb instead of an hotel while visiting family in the area. Roseanne's place was perfect for three of us. The condo was very comfortable, clean and a private place to be altho we didn't spend a lot of time there. The beds were comfortable and there is a lovely view. We would stay there again.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything I needed. The location was super convenient, close to a few restaurants and a supermarket. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. Alta Gama Propiedades was very responsive and made check-in a breeze. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The home is on peaceful location at the lake and in a country setting where we often saw deer and turkey. The home had all the amenities that we needed. Michelle was an A1 host. She responded quickly to my text. At times we would be outside at the same time. and chat. I consider Michelle a friend and highly recommend her airbnb!

Another wonderful stay at Karina’s apt.! My husband, pup and I always enjoy our stays and will gladly book with Karina again in the future! Highly recommend, the Apt. is always tidy, well stocked with anything that could be needed while feeling like home away from home. The area is walkable with convenient shops/ restaurants and public transportation nearby. Thank you, Karina, as always, for a cozy and great stay!

We were so happy to be back at Joe and Barb’s. Their hospitality is wonderful - from recommendations to bonfires to impeccable breakfasts. Already planning our next stay!

Incredible place to stay! Had enormous cozy living room, bedroom, and bathroom to ourselves that was perfectly furnished with interesting farmhouse style decor. Bedroom and bathroom were clean, coffee and tea in the living room and games/books, and the best part was the outdoor space - lovely big backyard with lots of outdoor seating, cedar hottub (shared with other guests but no problem there!) and swimmable creek (enjoyed cold plunge -> hot tub in late Oct). Leaves were beautiful this time of year, easy 5-min bike ride to the O&W rail trail, and 10 min drive to Kingston and close to Woodstock too - Sarah gave great food recs. Can't wait to come back.

Ben and Cindy are a lovely couple and are very hospitable. Anything I needed, they accommodated. I will be staying here again. It is so close to my daughter's summer camp, I really can't beat the price or location convenience.

Doris and John are such wonderful hosts, really enjoyed my stay. Bed is very comfortable and breakfast was amazing!

Couldn’t have asked for anything more! Stayed for one night and wished it would have been for longer! Their hospitality was wonderful and breakfast was even better!!

Linda's place is exactly as described. Photos were identical to what you got in real life. Quiet area, 12 minute drive to Calicoon and Bethel Woods, about 20 to Narrowsburg where there are lots of cute shops and restaurants. The sunroom had a beautiful view of the fall foliage. We loved coming back at night and starting a fire to get cozy (much needed since the room was a bit chilly). Linda was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay.

The Inn rooms are clean and spacious with well-appointed bathrooms. The grounds are pretty and relaxing, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. A great place to stay for Bethel Woods concerts, as it's roughly 20 minutes away. We missed the fire pit because we were at a concert but would love to join next time. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We give this 5 stars across the board!

My boyfriend and I loved staying at Borland House; it was comfortable, charming, and the folks who manage the B&B were very helpful and responsive. It's right in town near several restaurants and shops and the history of the home and period details made for a welcoming and enjoyable stay! Get brunch there on the weekends!
