Amazing home to stay at. Great neighborhood lots near by. The hosts are absolutely wonderful and great communicators.

Basia's home was BEAUTIFUL and had a serene feeling inside and out. We would definitely book her home again if we are in the neighborhood.

We are doing business in the area and this was the perfect place for us. We had to change/extend our stay a few times and the host was always proactive in making sure that we got the dates we needed! Will stay here again. Hopefully its available!

I loved my stay here. It was literally perfect. I hope to reserve this same location in the future. It’s very peaceful and such a convenient location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! It's very spacious and welcoming. There are several excellent restaurants within walking distance, a lovely trail along the river and we even popped by a weekend farmer's market!

This was our second time staying at Kim’s property and with good reason. Once again, it was a pleasant stay. The pictures accurately portray the space. It was so nice to arrive and find snacks, water and coffee available. Kim really goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a great experience. He is very responsive and proactive. Also, the bed in the master bedroom is so comfy. We enjoyed taking walks along High Street into Old Town where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

Joe was very kind, helpful and informative. His place was cozy , clean and has everything you need.

Cute apartment with all we needed for an enjoyable weekend away. Some water damage in the ceiling but host is addressing the issue. Joe is very responsive and helpful!

Wow, what can I say? Everything worked out for exactly what I needed it for the host was magnificent. Everything I needed was available. If I needed anything he provided it for me. Keenon was on point with everything thank you sir.

Great place!! I work as a locum so I needed something close to the hospital. James's place was perfect! Close to the hospital, clean, and safe neighborhood. The kitchen was perfect as I hate to eat out so I was able to cook all my meals. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to everything. James and his wife are very sweet and attentive. I definitely will be staying here again if it is available.

This was a great air bnb. Very clean, stocked and perfect for a couple. If I didn’t move to the area and needed a place to stay in the future, this would be my go to spot. Derrick was responsive and made accommodations for us to check in early which was extremely helpful.

Great place very convenient

I had a wonderful stay at James’ place! I arrived late in the snow, and with all the nearby restaurants closed, his wife kindly cooked a meal for me, which was incredibly thoughtful and much appreciated. James was very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The hospitality was exceptional, and I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you both for making my trip so comfortable!

Reagan, thank you for hosting us. Your place was the perfect sanctuary to come home to after a full day of exploring the city of Richmond + the use of the building's gym. Walkable to almost everything we want to see...The State capital, the many parks, the different neighborhoods (so many hidden gems), museums, the city's history and its fabulous restaurants. Restaurant recommendation to other guests: ZZQ (MUST get there early to avoid the out-the-door-down-the-street line) and right next door BrickFire Wood Oven. We look forward to staying with you next time we are in town. Cheers!

Thanks again to our hosts! Great space near plenty of great restaurants and shops. Walking distance to grocery stores as well. Easy parking, so you can leave the car for your entire stay and just walk to your desired destination. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Richmond!

The apartment works great for our four person family. The kids shared a bedroom and we had our own private room. It was nice. There was a bathroom on both floors. I was able to walk to my meetings. Mark was very responsive to any of our needs.

Quiet and clean, and very walkable! We enjoyed our stay at Gabrielle's! She was flexible and accommodating.

Stayed here from Thursday to Sunday for Galaxycon 2025. Couldn’t have made a better decision! Great place. Super close to the convention center. Walking distance to everything you need. Lovely place. Vintage and classic look to it. 100% coming back next year!

The check in was easy . The location was great . Everything was in the Arts district . Many sights and restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this place .

Enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops, as well as a nice park and the James River. Longer walk or short uber to downtown. The unit had spacious common area and was a good size for two people. Would stay again!
