The apartment was very comfortable and spacious…liked that the bedrooms were on opposite sides for added privacy. The kitchen is well equipped, loved the coffee pods provided…good quality pots and pans… Tera was responsive to messages and very accommodating…We really enjoyed our stay!

Last minute booking for a soccer tournament weekend. We loved the apartment...felt very homey...2 floors with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spacious and great views and amazing location...right above the most popular restaurant in town We walked out and about and ate many meals at the local restaurants and enjoyed them all! Great little town for a weekend stay...loved the ease of parking across street and the ability to walk around the little town and enjoy things and walk our dog. Gets a bit noisy at night but, they have now provided white noise machines in the 2 bedrooms on bottom floor which helped tons and we brought one for the top floor...but, it's alot less noisy up there. Great place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! The host was very kind and responsive and we loved the view from the backyard.

My stay at Weldon’s Place was absolutely wonderful. I needed to rest in a peaceful environment and that’s what I got. The cottage was clean, had everything I needed and the bed was so comfortable. It was so beautiful to sit at the kitchen table and look out at the pond and how well kept the grounds were. Jackson was friendly and I can’t wait to stay again. If you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet getaway with nature…this is it.

The place looks better compared to the pictures. The place was easy to find in really peaceful neighborhood, so my boyfriend and I had a really good time to relax and enjoy our getaway. Would definitely love to come back for another get away.

The place is beautiful and just what we needed as a family of 4 for our temporary stay. The owners were exceptional, very easy and communicative and super friendly. They went out of their way to make sure the place was clean and in a great shape. Absolutely loved the cold drinks in the fridge and the treats. The place has fast WiFi and 4 TVs, and appliances that seem to be quite new. Parking was no issue and we were never bothered by anyone around. Both Petersburg as well as Colonial heights offered great selection for shopping and take out. Going to Richmond was also easy using the close connection of Hwy 95/65 It truly felt like home and we would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Katie’s place was a home away from home when we were displaced due to the LA fires. She not only was incredibly kind, helping us with accommodation and giving us supplies to last our stay after we had to extend. She was also very personable and made us feel safe. The home was cozy, from the large tv, to the comfy memory foam beds and the beautiful outdoor seating area.. it truly was a 10 out of 10 experience for my family. Our pets loved the yard and the room to move around in the home. Truly we cannot wait to stay with Katie again when we are vacationing to see family in the future!

We spent a wonderful two nights in the cabin. The location right on the lake was gorgeous and we enjoyed watching the mist rise off the water each morning. The house is well appointed, clean, tidy and comfortable. Amelia was a great host with prompt communication. Highly recommended!
