kika's place is amazing - a great and complete beach house, a few steps away from the best places in Arraial d'Ájuda. The house is within a 5-minute walk to the best beach in Arraial and in 10-minute walk from the town centre where the best restaurants and bars are located. The house looks exactly like the pictures and Kika was lovely host. I highly recommend it and I'm already planning my next stay.

The apartment is even nicer than the pictures! Everything was clean, the pool and outdoor shower were nice, and we even got to see monkeys and many beautiful birds in the back. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have traveled all over the world and this was by far our favorite stay. We can’t say enough good things about this beautiful and serene home, our hosts, and the special town of Trancoso. The home is so peaceful and we loved waking up and seeing plants and trees all around us, listening to birds chirping. The regular housekeeping is so nice and Nane is the best. The town and beach are both about a 15 min walk or short drive away. TWe loved this home so much that we extended our stay, and we didn’t want to leave! Thanks Fernanda and Marcel for such a beautiful experience. We cannot wait to return.

Uma das melhores casas que já me hospedei. Tudo lindo, limpo e em ordem, a casa é exatamente como nas fotos. Ficamos 8 dias e a piscina ficou sempre limpinha, pois um profissional vai lá quase todos os dias fazer a limpeza. Amei e vou voltar com certeza.

Se a procura é comodidade em lugar tranquilo está aqui, pois toda sossego da natureza , ótimo atendimento, tudo pensado com carinho, banheiro privativo separado do banho, espelho, enxoval, cheirinho bom, ar condicionado, café da manhã, opções de almoço, jantar, porções, sobremesa, não vá se arrepender só venha e desfrute de cada simplicidade com toda comodidade. Descanso e calma descreve muito bem.

A Cris é super solícita, respondeu tudo que precisávamos na hora que pedimos. Se disponibilizou para ajudar com os problemas e foi muito simpática. A casa é bem localizada, fica próxima à praia e ao centro da cidade. As cachorrinhas são um amor, muito tranquilas!

Ficamos extremamente satisfeitos com o local. Super aconchegante. Piscina bem quentinha, espaço bem organizado e acabamento de móveis muito bonitos. Muito bom para crianças também. Super recomendo e voltaria novamente, sem dúvidas.

Fomos bem recebidos e orientados. Já conhecíamos a região e para nós foi ótimo poder ficar de frente à praia num lugar isolado. As acomodações são simples e rústicas, mas o local é bem agradável e houve limpeza, cordialidade e boa vontade do anfitrião e seu gerente, o Adaílton. Como já conhecíamos o local de muitos anos atrás, esperávamos algo simples e rústico mesmo, mas pudemos ficar bem à vontade e liberdade não tem preço. Recomendamos a quem tiver interesse.
